Vantagens:

Gostei muito da facilidade pra usar, consegui criar rapidamente espaço de trabalho online sendo seguro, facilitou muito meu trabalho, tendo a opção de trabalhar de onde eu quiser.

Desvantagens:

Atende muito bem meu negocio mas acredito que há possibilidade de adicionar mais recursos na opção de gerenciamento .

Feedback on the use of Glasscubes in Project Management

Vantagens:

It creates a common platform for everyone involved in the project to keep track of documentation from all three African universities involved in the project.

Desvantagens:

Understanding how to navigate your way was not necessarily instinctive at first.

Simple to set-up, personalised with company branding, easy to add members, like the folder structure (rather than just a file library), easy to assign rights to users, simple to upload and share files with document control functions.

Desvantagens:

Would become fairly expensive with lots of users due to pricing structure.

Review of the system/product after 7 years of usage

Comentários: Good product, 100% reliability and resilience in my experience and can't recall any downtime except for planned overnight downtime that did not interfere with our operation

Vantagens:

This is an honest & genuine review after many years of experience with the system/product & I would highly recommend it. I have been using & administering the system for over 7 years and have not had any glitches or downtime at all. The responses to queries and issues from the team is rapid and problems are resolved quickly. They are also open to additional features and development.

Desvantagens:

We have had to come to an understanding with the finance people of GlassCubes that in NHS we take a while to pay our invoices and sometimes can't react quick enough to pay them due to internal processes

A very useful and user friendly platform

Comentários: A very user friendly platform. I joined the platform through my employer and I have since been amazed and impressed by its usefulness in terms of how it created and facilitated networking and communications between the various sections of the organisations and most importantly how it made file and data sharing easy.What also impresses me is how one can have control over his/her account; as to who can or cannot have access to the account, files and data and what access rights they can have. I find it immensely helpful for research projects' planning and implementation.

Vantagens:

The Pros are many. What is stands out among them is how easy it is to use the platform even without any formal introduction or training. The ability and various facilities/features available for one to have full control over their account/platform.

Desvantagens:

Video conferencing is one of the features I am looking out for to use on Glasscubes.

Comentários: my overall experience has been very good, very helpful with problems and issues arising, our company will continue to use Glasscubes for a long time.

Vantagens:

easy client interactions and top tier customer service.

Desvantagens:

ability to do things in bulk, sometimes we are unsure of what the client is seeing and we can be a little bit precautious when trying to do things.

Comentários: My overall experience with glass cubes is very smooth as I do not need to remind client manually to forward the information. The burden of work on deadline dates now reduced.

There is nothing that I can say to date i do not liked.

Comentários: I mostly enjoy GC, Im not a huge fan of how it looks but that's personal opinion. It can be harder to use when just on a small laptop screen. But overall I like the use of file sharing.

Vantagens:

I think the use for file sharing is great especially when just downloading and commenting on

The online editing does not work well, it is clunky, unclear if the document saves, not all features can be used and can distort certain elements of the documents - especially spreadsheets

User friendliness of glass cubes

Comentários: It's very helpful, user friendly with loads of support options.

Vantagens:

It's user friendly, lot of shortcuts for easy navigation.

Desvantagens:

Nothing at the moment. Once I find something I will leave another review.

File storage system is ok, excel document access could be better

Comentários: Glasscubes works well over all, but it would be great if the number of clicks needed to access excel documents was reduced.

Vantagens:

Its easy to navigate, files are locked to avoid version clashes, preview works well for word documents and pdfs.

Desvantagens:

Excel documents don't work well in preview, you have to use desktop connect, which adds a few steps every time a document is opened (on the down side). Sometimes if the connection times out you can lose work, and sometimes the connection doesn't work at all and you just have to download documents to desktop and reload afterwards.

I love Glasscubes!!

Comentários: It offers so many amazing features that you can more or less customize for a variety of uses. It's easy, it's flexible, and the support folks are just awesome.

I use the project management sections using the CanBan methodo,logy and occasionally creating the management tiers is a bit tricky, the way project items are moved around into tiers. But I do get it to work.

Comentários: The problem of solving a one stop shop for each specific job/campaign and associated assets for a wider marketing team. Glasscubes worked well for us. It was important that the right people could see the right task and files for the right brief.

Vantagens:

Ease of use across multi-channel marketing teams. One simple place to manage and track campaign work.

Desvantagens:

The missing function would be for there to be an option where you can choose to download all files from a job rather than having to download them individually.

Simplicity - very easy to use and intuitive. Anyone who can use a web browser will be able to use it.

Some excel files viewed look blank on screen when previewed but have content in them when downloaded and viewed.

The system was very easy to use and for clients to get used to. Enabled workforce to request, manage and chase information requests with ease.

No such issues arising as of yet - less than 6 months into the service.

Comentários: It's great - getting our employees to utilize the platform has been a challenge but it's a great way to have an intranet for all of our locations.

It's a great way to get communication out to our network. User friendly with lots of options to post different items.
