Good Tool

Comentários: I can send 10,000 personalised invitation and followup on Linkedin on automation on the backend. That helps me generate leads.

Vantagens:

Easy to use tool. Simple UI. The best part is I set up the software once, which has been running in the backend for the last one year. Got 2000 followers without working.

Desvantagens:

My account got suspended for using this software once. It was suspended for a week. And waalaxy is clear about it, that your account might get suspended as they are not affiliated to work with LinkedIn.There is a huge risk involved to lost it. But since it helps me do my work easily I am still using it. Always keep this in mind.

Vantagens:

Easy to create and run automated campaigns.

Desvantagens:

The absence of admin possibility (non-user who will see the stats and manage the account). UX is not always easy to get and navigate - especially for tech less savvy presale members.

Learning curve. Omni-channel functionality. Not being able to manage messages / contacts within the system.

Automation from a galaxy far, far away!

My adventure with this french based solution began with ProspectIn - a tool that preceded Waalaxy. In my opinion, Waalaxy, despite a few shortcomings, is a tool definitely more recommendable. In fact, it makes it very easy to create entire campaigns to reach prospects, job candidates, recipients, not only on LinkedIn, but also through cold-mailing. As one of the few tools, it allows you to bypass the limit of about 15 invitations a day for up to 100 invitations sent each day (although I will add that I do not recommend spamming recipients and selling on the first contact). It also allows you to use one Sales Navigator account for multiple LinkedIn accounts - or not use it at all. As a result, you can save on the subscription to the service worth at least 50 euro/month. The tool itself offers multichannel campaigns, where you can meet your prospects not only on LinkedIn, but also with mailing campaigns. Pros: You can send up to 100 invitations and even more messages, visits, or follows a day. Multi-channel marketing - not only LinkedIn, but also email enrichment and cold mailing. Desvantagens:

Probably the consequence of the frequent release of new versions are bugs, e.g. campaign actions are performed without time intervals, or in November the tool did not work completely for several days. So far, poor personalization options(name, surname, company). Lack of integration with tools such as Hyperise that allows you to put personalized images / gifs / videos in messages.

My Waalaxy voyage

Comentários: Overall I can't imagine my work without Waalaxy right now as it gives me a counstant influx of prospects, I have a tool to quickly set up multiple campaigns, do the A\B testing and find the pitch and industry with the highest conversion for my particular product and I'm really grateful for that.

Vantagens:

Before coming across ProspectIn and Waalaxy I actually tried another similar solution (with a tasty name) but I didn't go further the trial period as the set up proved to be quite complicated. I fell in love with ProspectIn at the first sight and immediately had all of my colleagues use a free trial as I could be set up by a click of a button. Waalaxy was the next step providing the feature we sought after for a very long time - automated consecutive messages and email outreach.

Desvantagens:

Strangely enough it does not have the feature that ProspectIn has - removing old pending invites. Also, the variables in message sections could be more diverse, but they are only limited to NAME, SURNAME and COMPANY. Why not include - INDUSTRY or COUNTRY? The import report could provide more information - why not all of the campaign leads were scanned? What duplicated did you find and what campaign they are in? etc. Email outreach needs to be polished - the text formatting is not supported and it is not possible to include variables for the email topic - so it can't be personalized which is sad.

Great for Lead gen newbies

Comentários: We like it, we use it with our agency for our clients and I always recommend it.Although I think there should be more and more frequent improvements and releases (unpaid)

Ease of use and onboarding, you can get started in minutes.If you don't need specific lead management it's a perfect tool to start with.

Desvantagens:

Contact management is a bit hard within the tagging system.Also, you can't import duplicates which is annoying if you work frequently with the same leads (for retargeting purposes)

Vantagens:

Waalaxy has helped me in reaching out to new prospects every single day. I was able to get out of the LinkedIn Jail and reach out to a minimum of 2000 prospects a month. Within the last 4 months, I have closed more than 8 sales!!!!

Desvantagens:

Waalaxy is expensive as compared to other similar tools but it's worth it!!!!

Waalaxy is a highly feature-rich LinkedIn automation tool.

Comentários: The tool does exactly what it advertises. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation.
BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!

Waalaxy offers numerous automation features, such as automatic profile visits, messaging, connectin requests, email enrichment, and sending cold emails, etc.

Desvantagens:

The tool requires you to keep LinkedIn open in a separate tab all the time. Would be great if it were cloud-based.

Tous les jours j'utilise les campagnes pour rentrer en contact de façon automatique avec de nouveaux prospects. Je suis disponible pour toutes autres choses et disponible envers les personnes qui sont réellement en demande.

Desvantagens:

J'ai mis un peu de temps à comprendre le fonctionnement et le suivi de mes campagnes !

Comentários: Waalaxy permet tout simplement de se démultiplier. Il paraît impossible quand on a une petite équipe de vente de contacter des centaines de prospects de façon qualitative et personnalisée, avec Waalaxy, c'est possible !

Vantagens:

La mise en place de Waalaxy m'a permis de gagner un temps fou sur ma prospection. Etant seul sur ce poste, il permet d'automatiser un grand nombre de tâches (envoi auto de mails, demande de connexion linkedin) et de me concentrer sur l'amélioration de mes approches. Il est un allié précieux au quotidien et l'équipe de support est top ! De plus la qualité de leurs webinars est top (et accessible à tout le monde d'ailleurs !)

Desvantagens:

Le produit est en constante amélioration, il arrive qu'il y ait quelques couacs et j'attends avec impatience quelques fonctionnalités qui sont dans la roadmap (surcouche de messagerie linkedin notamment)

Vantagens:

Produit intuitif, simple à l'usage, fonctionnement très bon avec Linkedin. Les chiffres des contacts annoncés sont tenus La facilité d'utilisation et l'ergonomie font de ce produit un outil pour réussir sa prospection, et donc concrétiser les Rdv et en bilan signer les contrats ! Je suis un fan inconditionnel !

Desvantagens:

L'intégration des recherches des contacts, directement dans Waalaxy plutôt que dans Linkedin , avec un choix de flitre plus nombreux et plus pertinents pour vraiment bien cibler ses prospects !

Comentários: Great for building & expanding your Linkedin network, les great in managing said network. But the best solution out there for start ups and early stage scale-up to connect and grow there business.

Comentários: It has increased research, freelance recruitment and screening process speed for my company

Vantagens:

I found very useful the possibility to change and personalize the campaigns to different target profiles as well as to select the timing of each action within the campaign.

Desvantagens:

There still a few limits to most campaign templates changes, which do not allow enough versatility, such as the impossibility to delated an action or add one if needed. I have noticed that at time there are still system integration glitches with linkedin, which result in a blockage of the program way before the expected daily and weekly maximum volumes are reached, and which I think could be further improved.

Simple to use, but not as smoothly as expected

Comentários: Overall it's good, the campaigns do the tasks which it saves me a lot of time. but it bugs sometimes when I imported the lists of prospects onto the software, and when I launch the software (it shows error message). However, the client relation service is good as they always get back to you within the day.

Vantagens:

I like the easiness of the software, anyone can get a hand on it pretty quickly.

Desvantagens:

The campaign feature, you cannot easily see the full name list when you click on the campaign as it doesn't display the full name.

Still Learning Its Full Use

Comentários: I have switched from using an external lead generating software to using Waalaxy almost exclusively. Easy to use and I really appreciate that the team sends out tips and tricks every week via email. The only downside is that it only works with Google Chrome right now; to be honest, this isn't that big of a con just a minor inconvenience.
