Comentários: Overall experience is above expectations. I find entire team of gupshup very customer centric and readily available to solve problems.

Vantagens:

1) The product is simple to use, the design of their console is very intuitive and easy to understand. 2) Their APIs are well designed and consistent. This reduced the engineering effort and investment.

Desvantagens:

Although design is very clean, I think folks can add more analytical tools for giving more insights on user behaviour, interaction and errors. This insight currently is made available on request basis.

Pathetic After Sales Support and pricing of the product for SME is not justified

Vantagens:

-Product keeps improving every now and then -Sales Team is quick and responsive -Reliable product with almost zero downtime -Super wonderful Onboarding Process

Desvantagens:

-One of the worst after-sales support I have experienced in my life. -Queries are responded to in days and not hours. -No one will take accountability or ownership of the query. -Billings/Accounts Team is super inefficient. -Even a simple query will take at least a week to resolve. -Multiple emails exchanged in asking silly questions stretching the resolution time.

Great Whatsapp Marketing Tool

Vantagens:

Journey management is very easy to understand allowing anyone to understand and create journeys of their own. Along with this they provide Whatsapp template management, campaign tracking and other functionalities.

Desvantagens:

Journey management tool is a little clunky. Separate logins for the console consistings of the journeys and the templates.

Onboarding and Usage experience

Vantagens:

Low cost.UI is pleasant.The customer support people at the least respond. But very very slow.

Desvantagens:

- Whatsapp Channel: Meta integration seems dont work well, needed support from every step from Gupshup and meta to complete migration, onboarding- Whatsapp Channel UI/UX : UI good/appealing. But UX is non intuitive and painful, - Campaing Creation, sending and followup: Several hurdles, does not work smoothly- Customer Support: is available and they do respond and solve problems but speed of such is very very slow.

Gupshup is extremely easy to use, and the user interface design is very simple to understand. Gupshup make it easy to send whatsapp, sms and email campaigns from one place. Customer engagement is made easier with Gupshup converstional messaging.

Desvantagens:

No proper dashboard to maintain a list of audience members. Adding more insights like user behaviour, blocks and reports can make Gupshup more useful.

Comentários: I would say the kind of support we get when we have any issues are pretty impressive, Plus point is when we raise an requirements we get pretty good response and product level changes are impressive.

The new features are good. I recommend to concentrate more on the live dashboard for the customers to view the reports regularly

Comentários: A good client to work with. Someone who can build solutions for us, and someone who have more customer focus.

Vantagens:

You have built a self-service portal while our other clients didn't built that. On top of that you guys have a proactive team who are always there for support.

Desvantagens:

Some feature to clone approved whatsApp templates to all accounts at once. This removes dependency further.
