I enjoyed how easy it was for the whole team to download the app, join the challenges, and get started.

Desvantagens:

I wish there were wider options for challenges. However, I know it's limited based on what employees have HR monitors or not.

YuMuuv: Transforming Corporate Wellness

Comentários: I joined YuMuuv as part of a wellness initiative at JLL, and it's been an incredible experience so far. We're currently participating in two exciting challenges that are really shaking up our daily routines. The first one is all about getting us moving - whether it's walking, running, or any form of exercise. The second challenge focuses on developing healthy habits, like drinking more water, spending time outdoors, chatting with friends, and eating meals without screens. These challenges are set to run for about two months, and what makes them truly special is the global connectivity they offer. I've had the opportunity to team up with colleagues not just from Colombia, but from various countries around the world. It's amazing how this app has opened up a window to connect with JLL employees globally, fostering a sense of community I never expected from a wellness app. The weekly challenges add an extra layer of excitement, with the chance to win prizes. But honestly, the real prize has been the improvement in my overall health and well-being. It's not just about the competition; it's about creating lasting, healthy habits and building connections with colleagues across borders. YuMuuv has turned our wellness journey into a collaborative, global adventure within JLL.

Vantagens:

What a surprise YuMuuv has been! As a user, I must admit it has revolutionized my daily routine. The app is so easy to use and the challenges are easy to implement. The challenges are truly motivating and the rewards... wow! I'm hooked. But what I really love is being able to connect with colleagues from other offices. The other day I participated in a challenge with a colleague from the Colombia office, can you imagine? I feel more active, healthier, and best of all, more connected with my company on a global level.

Desvantagens:

There's something that bothers me a bit: the blind trust in users' honesty. I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but sometimes I wonder if we're all equally sincere when logging our activities. It would be great if there was some way to verify achievements, you know? That way, we'd all be on a level playing field and the competition would be even more exciting.

Comentários: App never did what it was advertised to do, not worth the effort. I have used much better similar apps globally

Vantagens:

I did not have any good experience with YuMuuv

Desvantagens:

Poorly coded, poor UX, did not automatically track training or movement from a Garmin watch, required manual input.

Great app for work to unit co-work together

Comentários: I am happy with the app and can compare my steps with my co-workers, which made me move more encouraged around.

Vantagens:

It's a great platform to keep all co-workers together and a good way for step counting that allows the automatic collection of step data from the watch while having a manual entry option, it also has some interesting facts on the statistics page

Desvantagens:

I wish the app have Integration option support for wider brand of smart watch or other devices.

Found a New Motivation

Comentários: I am only about 10 days into a challenge with my firm but it has been so motivating! Really enjoying it.

Vantagens:

I liked the ease of adding points, the confirmation of entry before submitting, and the chat features are all great. I also love the green i bar that helps folks track to meet the goal by the end of the challenge. The "find me" button was great.

Desvantagens:

The filters were a little difficult to find and I could only see the "find me" button on the "people" tab but not on the "teams" tab. It would be nice to see where your team ranks with similar ease.

It does not always sinc up with my AppleWatch

Comentários: first time we use this app, earlier we were using activy app, the local provider, not sure how it would handle with thousands of users, this one is super fast

Enjoying the experience

Comentários: It is fine. It is a good app and a good experience.

Vantagens:

It is easy to set up, easy to connect to fitness devices, and easy to enter points. I am enjoying seeing how I and my colleagues are getting on with the challenges set.

Desvantagens:

I have no complaints about the app, though I have had some colleagues find that their fitness trackers don't record minutes of activity well, and my own has been a bit off.

Is difficult to know if everyone who uses it, does so by the same rules. For example, a "step" challenge.

Sometimes I have observed that this app has performance issues with the mobile app. Improving the app's performance and stability would enhance the overall user experience

My YuMuvv Experience

Comentários: Very interesting, challenging. You really need to set the things needed to keep you healthy and fit at all times.

Vantagens:

Personally, it helps me a lot. I can manage the needed weight I wanted to achieve. Interesting - it can measure the # of steps I can have & set on a per day base. That I am challenge when I was not able to meet any of the needed requirements I have set.

Desvantagens:

The needed updates are posted from time to time.

May not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but its IN THE SHED and I DIG IT!

Vantagens:

Auto-tracking and THE LEADERBOARD. Its incentive to get up, move around. Keep pushing. It is encouraging to see yourself break old sedimentary habits and personal records.

Desvantagens:

I experienced disappointment when some of the allowed metrics to apple health/google fit, did not automatically register in YuMuuv. That lack of integration was frustrating.

YuMuuv got me muuving!! Loved it

Comentários: It really motivated me to exercise and I loved how you could see how you were tracking vs others

It would have been good if it had push notifications to motivate you a bit more

My experience walking with Yumuuv

Vantagens:

What I liked most about YuMuuv is that it allows you to track progress and updates with each step. In addition to the fact that the application is very easy to use.

Desvantagens:

Really everything regarding management and goals was good.

Vantagens:

I loved the ease of the application. The tracking of progress, goal settings, and activity board encouraged me to keep up with the competition, in an engaging, healthy way. It encouraged comradery and excitement among the employees, which was very pleasing to see.

Desvantagens:

my profile page itself did not offer a lot of engagement, so I did not put much time or effort into that piece. There are some devices that the app did not offer connectivity with. The manual entry button was a great option for those who needed it, but without proper auditing of entries, some people thought it could be used to cheat.

Comentários: My Fitbit is very happy, I see a big difference in the amount of Steps I take everyday and I hope that I continue this trend even when the competition is over.
