I really liked the hands on approach of the APPSECONNECT team.They are very responsive and really know what they are doing.

My experience with APPSeCONNECT - Raenco
Vantagens:
The things more like about this service is the customer service that the team give us, they're always ready to help us. Another thing what we like is the implementation of automate a LOT of process we were doing manually.
Desvantagens:
The only thing we saw as bad was that our server blocked the connection a lot time of the team for the migration and other steps.
Wether an app nor easy.
Vantagens:
They market it as an easy standardized solution to connect Navision and Shopify. But it's a software development project without any structured process or standards. After months still no results besides some screen recordings which suggest it would work. No deadlines were met
Desvantagens:
It's not an app to setup quickly and try it for free. It needs a complet customisation. There are no standards, not even in project management. The onboarding is pretty chaotic, we even came up with some documents to make it a bit more structured. After several missed milestones for many weeks, we still don't see and real working sync between Navision and Shopify. I don't know if it really works or if it's a scam but i definitely cannot recommend it and I'm sure a simple connection via FTP would have been much more efficient.

One of the features that impresses me the most about AppseConnect is its exceptional customer service. Not only are they extremely attentive, but they also demonstrate remarkable efficiency in resolving any queries or issues that may arise. Desvantagens:
While there are many positive aspects to APPSeCONNECT, if I had to mention a downside, it would be the occasional complexity of the setup process. Despite comprehensive documentation and support, some users may find it challenging to configure certain integrations initially.
Phenomenal Integration Solution
Vantagens:
Inexpensive compared to other companies. Top Tier Service. Lots of integration ability. If you can think of it, they can integrate it.
Desvantagens:
None that i can identify. We have been very happy.
Successful Integration between two complex systems
Comentários: We hired AEC to integrate the amazon SC platform with our back-end SAP S4 Hana system and overall we are happy with the final, customized solution which has automated the transactional data feed from Amazon’s Seller Central platform to SAP, which is basically what we needed to accomplish. We recognize that it is a very complicated process and started the project with no prior experience with a webAPI. If there would have been more attention placed on the initial conversations on how the framing of the integration and the blueprinting process it may have saved time with the implementation. Our resident SAP expert had to step in to pull both sides together, ask a lot of questions that were difficult to answer not knowing the Amazon Seller Central data side.
Vantagens:
The team was very responsive, with a good attitude to problem solve.
Desvantagens:
Project timeline was delayed most likely because we had to understand how to best match up the data points which could have been discussed in the blueprinting process.
Shopify > Nav 2016 Order Sync
Vantagens:
The communication and professional delivery and development of our Shopify and Nav integration by Debangan at Appse. He never fails to deliver and is always prompt and answering queries and requests. Debangan delivered our 3rd integration project within just 4 hours once the scope had be defined.
Desvantagens:
Price structure can be confusing. And had a few back-and-forths regarding onboarding fees. But we solved the issues promptly.
I LOVE IT

I like the flexibility and they are always there at our end to support and plan a head and search for solutions that fit us

Comentários: Absolutely wonderful overall. Great staff, great service, honest collaboration make for a truly unique experience.
Vantagens:
Aside from working directly with the programmer, [sensitive content hidden], the next best part was the ease in which things were spooled up and its consistent functionality.
Desvantagens:
If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the login portal. I still need after logging in to removed everything to the right of *.com in the URL and refresh in order to bypass the setup screens and get right to the process flows.
Great Tool to Integrate
Vantagens:
AppsEConnect helped us create a custom integration between SAP Business One HANA and Hubspot. We had several custom and complex requirements for the integration and AppsEConnect was able to satisfy all of them.
Desvantagens:
Due to the timezone difference, it can take some time to get a response back which increased our implementation time.

Comentários: The company gave great service and was proffesional on the intergration and understanding our needs.
Vantagens:
That the system works and is was easy to adapt to our needs and structure

There are some build in features that limit functionality that requried a little work arounds
Automatic sync of data between Woocommerce and Business Central
Comentários: Friendly, very responsive, professional and highly recommend.
Vantagens:
It is completely automatic. We do not have to do anything. And it works. In case we want new customizations, these are easily integrated by their Team.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes the sync is not working, but this is due to compatibility between the two systems and not because of AppseConnect. For example if the text string from Woocommerce is very long, the sync will not succeed because Business Central does not allow such a long text string in the mapped field.
Good service with APPSeConnect
Vantagens:
The overall efficiency of the process. No question or request was too big to achieve
Desvantagens:
Trying to allocate time to our weekly meetings. In some cases, it was not necessary to have a meeting.

Systems are rigid and difficult to change.

The time difference is a bit of a challenge. But they are always available if needed.
Quality but delayed
Comentários: Mostly positive, but ran too long and progress was mostly centered around meeting times.
Vantagens:
The portal is very easy to navigate and makes what troubleshooting you can do on your own very effective. They were extremely accommodating to find a meeting time that worked for both time zones until our project was complete and when their focus was on our issues things got solved very quickly.
Desvantagens:
The conflicting time zone is a constant challenge and being a seasonal business only increases that stress on any delays in response or project moving forward. We have only a few months to be effective and it seems hard for other business to understand and react to that in a manner that fully supports our business needs.
Great product with excellent customer support
Comentários: I've been very grateful to be working with the AppseConnect team, as they understand all the needs, ideas an situations that we face as a retail business and try to fulfill all that needs.
Vantagens:
A wide adaptability with commons ERPs, great customer support and good communication.
Desvantagens:
Integration must be done by experimented technicians as there is a learning curve to keep going on alone on the connector's platform.

Comentários: We have used this product to sync sales orders, customers, shipping info, and inventory between multiple sites and SAP. This has saved us untold hours of data entry and allowed us to focus on marketing, product design, and strengthening customer relationships.
Vantagens:
We have been using the product for several years, and it has been extremely reliable. The team has worked with us to make the software fit our needs perfectly. The best thing I can say about it is that I don't have to think about it. After the initial setup, the syncing between multiple websites and multiple platforms and SAP B1 just works. The team is responsive, and very helpful when it comes to customization requests, training, and setup.
Desvantagens:
We have had a few instances where I would have liked the error messaging to be a bit more informative, but these instances have been few and far between.
Reliable and easy to use synchronisation between Magento and SAP B1
Comentários: With developers that were very familiar with the systems we were syncing between, it was very easy to discuss scope issues with the team. Insync the company behind APPSeCONNECT seems to be run very well with responsible teams and team leaders. We would always be able to get a response within a few hours and we were always notified ahead of time of any unavailability of the team that were working on our project.
Vantagens:
After coming from a B1if custom solution that was hard to maintain and optimise, APPSeCONNECT looks to be a very reliable alternative. After spending time getting the touch points we needed right, the functionality is reliable and data syncs quickly between our Magento and SAP B1 systems. The choice of manual and auto sync with the ability to control the interval between syncs is a nice feature that is built right into the GUI.
Desvantagens:
We would have liked to have been able to customize the Sync Panel a bit more. In the age of widescreen monitors, resizeable windows and forms would have made APPSeCONNECT that much more amazing. With the detailed information provided by the touchpoints, it would make sense to be able to make the user interface bigger so you can see all the information easier.

Great Affordable Solution for E-commerce Intergration
Comentários: We are a multi - unit, multi channel Tile retailer. This software allows us to publish our stock by physical location on our Magento 2 website and update prices, inventory and other attributes quickly and easily. It makes for a great customer experience and has saved us alot of money while helping to grow our business. The integration itself was a breeze - the team at Apps EConnect seem to be available 24-7 to fix any problems or issues we might have. Having had a bad experience with another provider I have nothing but good things to say about this company and product. I would highly recommend it.
