Comentários: O Bamboo permite uma melhor interação com os colaboradores a nível mais administrativo, permitindo também a análise de dados agregada quando necessário.

Vantagens:

Facilidade de usar e extrair dados de forma agregada

Desvantagens:

Cada funcionalidade ser um módulo adicional. Alguns fazem sentido ser cobrados à parte, mas creio que o pacote base podia ser mais abrangente.

BambooHR is a game-changer

Comentários: I generally like the idea of the BambooHR having a comprehensive suite of HR solutions as it goes a long way in providing efficient HR management capabilities. Its robust reporting tools are excellent as they track the data and update me on time. their swift onboarding and offboarding processes has really become one of my favourite feature as it has reduced the general onboarding costs.

Vantagens:

BambooHR is a game-changer when it comes to HR software. We've been using it for our growing company for over a year now, and it has truly streamlined our HR processes. The onboarding and offboarding workflows that used to be a time-consuming process have been simplified .

Desvantagens:

Despite that it provides valuable HR solutions, BambooHR is a bit relatively expensive for smaller businesses or startups. Individuals on a tight budget might be a little overwhelmed, but luckily I think they have introduced cheaper plans.

BambooHR makes my work life so much easier!!

If you have a custom general ledger or another payroll report, they will build it for you, but it takes awhile to get it all sorted out We don’t pay the extra fee for benefits administration through BambooHR since we already use Employee Navigator through our benefits management group. (I have to manually select the benefits the coworkers choose to update their payroll deductions)

A Partner for this HR Department of One!

Comentários: BambooHR has saved me time, money and honestly some of my sanity. Before implementing BambooHR, I was spending most of my time manually updating employee's time off records, inputting pen and paper timesheets into a spreadsheet to then key into a payroll system, and using multiple systems to track job postings and candidates. Now, I have it all in one place with so many helpful and time saving features to make my day-to-day a little easier.

Vantagens:

Being able to bring so many various aspects of my job together in one platform has made me much more efficient in areas such as applicant tracking, time tracking, and payroll processing!

Desvantagens:

One of my Bamboo HR wish list items is a scheduling feature! I would like to see this feature combined with the time clock function to help us enforce policies about clocking in early, as well as sending a reminder to clock in or out for scheduled shifts. I would also like to see improved calendar functionality. Currently, the only way to add items to the calendar are through the time off policies. I would like to be able to manually add events and other items to the calendar.

The only tool you need for all-things HR

Comentários: BambooHR has made our HR processes a lot easier and more effectively manageable. With it, we completely transferred our HR operations to the cloud and set up automated systems for reporting on time off requests, applicant tasks, etc. I think it's a fantastic tool for expanding companies.

Vantagens:

I love how versatile Bamboo is. Especially compared to some of the other HR tools we evaluated, there are so many more modules and API capabilities you can run to make eveyrthing easier. The UI is pretty simplistic as well, which makes it very easy to integrate it into your current systems

Desvantagens:

The mobile friendliness can be improved more in my opinon. It's a bit hard to navigate because of the performance issues. But other than that, nothing really sticks out.

Modern and easy interface for small companies like mine

Comentários: We're more effectively managing HR needs across our small yet global organization.

Vantagens:

I like that in addition to the time off requests, we can also get access to org charts, see details about other employees, and can find out who is out of the office at any given time.

Desvantagens:

Maybe we're not using it to its full potential but that's not really an issue for Bamboo.

Efficient ATS or HR Management software

Comentários: BambooHR has been really helpful for our company. First, it made our HR work much easier by keeping all our employee information in one place, so we don't have to do a lot of paperwork, and it reduces mistakes.Second, our employees like it because they can use it to update their info, check important documents, and ask for time off without any trouble. This makes them happier and more productive.Lastly, BambooHR's reports and numbers help us make smart decisions about hiring, keeping good employees, and making sure everyone is doing well at work. So, it's made our HR work smoother, made our employees happier, and helped us be better at managing our team.

According to me, you have already improved its features from time to time, but some of my colleagues want more advanced payroll capabilities and deeper customization options as well.

Is Bamboo worth it?

Comentários: its a really intuitive system that allows you to track Goals, training, competencies and also track time off. It also has the ability to track onboarding training however this is very time consuming and eats a lot of admin time

Vantagens:

Its a really simple, well laid out and user friendly system that allows integrations to other software (lms) really easily

Desvantagens:

managing your teams time and goals is a little more fiddly as you have one small section that needs clicking on to get access to their details.

Best Payroll App Ever

Effective Time Management

Vantagens:

BambooHR offers an opportunity for real-time time tracking. It has made it easier for me to track time spent working on specific projects and provides an easy-to-understand breakdown of time spent on various organizational projects.

Desvantagens:

I would have loved to have the option of receiving notifications a day before my timesheet is shared with my supervisor for approval. This can ensure timely completion of missing entries before supervisor approval.

Amazing Customer Service, Always Looking to Improve

Comentários: Overall we have really benefitted from Bamboo. I think the next big thing for Bamboo would be to offer a scheduling tool within the software. They partner with another company in this as an alternative, but I believe Bamboo could utilize their amazing innovation and forwarding thinking capabilities to create a great scheduling tool.

Vantagens:

We love the customer service Bamboo provides. 90% of the time I have someone helping me within 2 minutes. And they always know the answer. If what I am wanting to do is not an option, they push it up the line and a group reviews these requests constantly. Bamboo is always looking to improve their product, which I appreciate and I want to be a part of a company that is always looking forward to the future's possibilities.

Desvantagens:

Our main issue is with payroll. We would love to utilize it, but you can only have one tax ID. We have multiple tax IDs for multiple locations and employees cross over between them constantly. The work around was for us to have multiple Bamboo accounts to accommodate for the multiple tax IDs. But this is not cost efficient for us.

The convenient one-stop-shop for HR needs

Comentários: It's easy to hire new workers and let old ones go. It's a great way for our employees to bond and get to know one another better. We don't have a dedicated account manager, but the live chat feature is fast and easy to use if we need help.

Vantagens:

After using BambooHR for more than five years, I can declare without a doubt that it has contributed significantly to the success of my company. Thanks to the report feature, I now know more about staff turnover and other factors.

Desvantagens:

Reports on items waiting for an electronic signature should be downloadable. A manual updating function for leave types such compensatory time off should be made available to administrators.

Our First HRIS

Comentários: The organization had never had an HR department prior to my hire in September 2019; they were also 100% paper. Since using BHR we have been able to post simultaneously to our website and the partner website which increases our candidate pipeline and exposure. In addition, our onboarding functions have been transitioned to BHR which eliminates the emails and possible security breaches.

Vantagens:

The ease of use; including the set-up and implementation. Also the Headcount report, invoice tracking, SparkHire and Employee Cycle Dashboards integrations and cost-efficiency were huge wins for my organization.

Desvantagens:

I would like to have a report which provides data on all of our open and on-hold vacancies. To accompany that I would also like to see a form or feature which is a position request for new or replacement roles. I'm currently using a form but to have everything housed in BHR would be much easier for HR and the hiring managers. This would also incentivize them to use the system more frequently.

Great scalable HRIS solution

Comentários: It has made self service HRIS a breeze!

Vantagens:

It was super easy to set up and is quite customisable for what it is. For our size of business and our needs it does everything that we need.

Desvantagens:

Integration with Seek would be good in the hiring app, and more non-US features. We're an Australian company and there are features that just dont work for us in benefits and some demographic functions.

BambooHR literally has everything our company requires.

Comentários: Overall, it was a fantastic experience; hiring and tracking new employees was a breeze. We use Learning Management System (LMS) and integrating the two is straightforward. The app is useful for tracking time and work hours, especially since most of us work abroad. And security is top notch. We store people's information here, and we like how BambooHR performs security checks and locks on its own when you are not in front of your computer.

Vantagens:

We previously used Time Doctor to track our time and for payroll. However, as the company expanded. We want a system that allows us to track all employees from their assessment/ job application to their onboarding. We can even send new hire packets to get them prepared for the job. This includes what they needed to do on their first day, what documents they needed to submit, and who they should contact. It's also easy to track time off request and UPTOs. BambooHR can also be integrated with LMS tools such as TalentLMS. As a user, the app is very useful; seeing your timesheet hours and pay period, as well as the payroll reminder, is a great feature.

Desvantagens:

The training section of BambooHR is a little complicated, and adding new training and categories is done alphabetically. As a result, having your own training roadmap and guidelines causes everything to become jumbled. When we asked their support team for help in resolving the issue, they were able to help us by manually assigning a number to each category. Another thing is, marking each training category as complete must be done one at a time. It takes a lot of effort, but it works.

Best HR Product I Have Used

Comentários: Setting up and using signed document features - super easy, allows simple tracking of who has signed.

Vantagens:

We are a small-mid-sized business and this product makes managing people and processes very easy for the administrators and the users. User feedback is that the product is intuitive and easy to navigate.Service has always been stellar!

Desvantagens:

Features continue to be added and I am sure the one I want most will come in due time but I would love to be able to file documents with recruitments that are not connected to an applicant. Things like approval forms and interview question templates.

BambooHR review.

Easy to use system that allows central tracking and reporting of most employee information.

Comentários: BambooHR has been really helpful in storing and reporting on employee information, giving employees access to view their benefit and personal information, and I can't rave enough about the Applicant Tracking feature. As a one person HR department, BambooHR has allowed me to become a strong, communicative and organized recruiter in the midst of the million other things I do. As I learn more about email alerts and forms, I'm finding more and more ways for BambooHR to support and automate processes that otherwise take up a lot of time and paper. I love that you constantly seek, and act on, customer feedback to make continuous improvements that are relevant to improving our day to day operations. I love that you are responsive to questions and patiently provide guidance and instruction on how to use features. I don't feel like I've purchased this software, and fell into a black hole. The Bamboo team is accessible and supportive, welcoming questions and feedback. I look forward to learning more about how I can use BabmooHR's current features, as well as waiting to see what new features and updates you'll roll out next. Happy Bamboo-ing indeed!

Vantagens:

BambooHR's customer support is second to none. How they find such cheerful, helpful people, I don't know. They are happy to work with you to help you get the most out of the system. The system is user friendly and can be customized in a lot of ways. You can report on any information in the system, with easy to use standard reports, or you can create your own. They constantly add features and make improvements based on customer feedback. In some cases, they can make requested changes immediately. But they really seem to listen to what you want, and work to get there. Employees can see and request updates to their information, as well as complete & submit forms electronically. I'm able to create approval workflows to support many request processes, allowing us to become more automated and maintain files electronically, which we can then report on. I love the applicant tracking system. I think it's the strongest feature they have, allowing collaboration with hiring managers, as well as communication with candidates. It's helped me manage and improve our recruitment process with the click of a button. All candidate records are maintained in one place, and can be seamlessly on-boarded.

Desvantagens:

It is only as good as the data you enter, and does not currently integrate with the other systems we use. So, it requires constant data maintenance to keep employee information up to date, for effective reporting. There's no seamless automation for benefit enrollment. The time off system is easy to use, but does not currently show enough detail to be useful for our needs. I hope that BambooHR will focus on automating the integration of information from other systems, and provide a simpler update of benefit plan information at year end.
