Comentários: O Bamboo permite uma melhor interação com os colaboradores a nível mais administrativo, permitindo também a análise de dados agregada quando necessário.

Vantagens:

Facilidade de usar e extrair dados de forma agregada

Desvantagens:

Cada funcionalidade ser um módulo adicional. Alguns fazem sentido ser cobrados à parte, mas creio que o pacote base podia ser mais abrangente.

Comentários: Good HR platform to know internal company related activities and issues , leave apply and management tool. Can navigate the hierarchy of colleagues easily for any emergencies.

Vantagens:

Can put request and keep tracks on all HR related company information easily. Easy tool to use and can login and work from anywhere. UI is attractive to work with and manage. Uploading and keeping track of onboarding documents.

Desvantagens:

Needs to work to bring more features and information clarity like leave managements.

Comentários: Used as a solution to a non existent HR management. Migrated employee information from paper.

Vantagens:

Easy and simple to use. Great way of organizing employee data. Great hiring and onboarding features.

Desvantagens:

Not a very flexible software. You have to do things the way it is set up and there can be times where the software makes you do tasks a particular way that isn't the best

Comentários: Like the product for starting companies, but as your processes and strategy become more detailed, I am not sure if Bamboohr can manage properly as a stand-alone platform. Like the HRIS, the rest of the features are not robust

Vantagens:

Love the simplicity of the HRIS system to allow for tracking personnel

Desvantagens:

The payroll system and time management are not as robust as it needs to be. Unlike optional features such as performance or applicant tracking that are not critical to risk management, the payroll and time management must be up to par to ensure customers are compliant with state regulations, able to identify and correct discrepancies quickly, and able to customize reporting to identify labor cost trends. Unfortunately, the payroll and time tracking doesn't relate.1 Example: We cannot track if meals are being taken or the system does not alert us when someone does not take their required lunch breaks. Depending on state, there are penalties associated with this2 Example: If an employee is scheduled to be terminated on a specific day, they are automatically taken out of the system before ensuring they were paid their last check. States have many different regulations around when a former employee must be paid their final check. We would have to alter the person's last day and final pay date in order to process their last check, which can cause incorrect records if we forget to switch the dates back to correct separation date. If we schedule termination ahead of time, we have no way of tracking who is up for termination soon or no notice that the person was removed from payroll ensuring timely payment. 3 Example: Timetracking is more than just about having the ability to clock in and out with approval. There is very limited reporting that can be pulled to track labor cost

Easy to use, Great Employee Engagement

Vantagens:

Easy to use for my employees. Smart phone compatibility is perfect. PTO requests are quick and manager approval helps.

Desvantagens:

Login is a pain with the dual authentication when your in a hurry. Reports are good but can take some time to figure out.

Comentários: Best HR platform I have used so far. The training and resources available are excellent and most anybody can utilize it with little to no training.

Vantagens:

It is very streamlined, and you can customize it to be very personal based on your needs.

Desvantagens:

Adjusting time sheets can be difficult if they forgot to clock out.

HR Friendly, but has room for improvement

Comentários: Depending on what kind of features you need, BambooHR may or may not be the tool for you. While it offers features other softwares don't have, there are also features competing products have that BambooHR does not. To each their own.

Vantagens:

I love that Bamboo HR has features that other softwares don't like the ability to post and view announcements. It's a been a great way for our HR team to share updates and benefits information in a place that's convenient to view and revisit.

Desvantagens:

The People directory is a little harder to filter and use. While you can search by name or department, the results do not populate by Title. For example, if I search Customer Success Manager, the results come up empty, which doesn't seem helpful or intuitive if you are searching for a specific person in the directory.

Vantagens:

BambooHR i user-friendly and intuitive for managers and administrators. This platform has nailed the balance between simplicity and functionality, making it a breeze for anyone to navigate—even those who might not be the most tech-savvy. The features are designed with the entire employee lifecycle in mind, covering everything from recruitment to day-to-day management, which is incredibly valuable. The recruitment function and app integration are top-notch, allowing for seamless operation. And let's talk about the support chat—it's fantastic. You get quick, reliable help whenever you need it. The automated reminders are another solid feature, keeping you on track without having to micromanage every detail.

Desvantagens:

If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the recruitment function. It could really benefit from CV parsing capabilities, which would make searching for the right candidates a lot more efficient. It’s a small tweak, but one that could add significant value.

Great application for Company Management

Comentários: Overall, I really enjoy using it because it really enhances the relationship between HR and employees with any incessant need for direct communication and everything is tracked.

Vantagens:

I like the ease of the application and how quickly you can request for leaves or look at other people on leave as well. I wish that we could put in our own color profile as a personal setting, rather than stick to the one that the company has chosen. For example, HR has chosen the color orange, and I would like to change the color to Blue as a personal setting.

Desvantagens:

I would like to see different views available for people on leave. For example, within teams, I would like to see that a person has blocked off a day for an annual leave and can't apply on that day because it's already taken by somebody else. It helps employees under teams recognize that another team member might be out that day and they may not get an approval. I would like to see flexibility on the way hours are plotted for a workday. For example, within our company we have to use percentages like 0.25 to describe a quarter day and because we have an 8-hour workday sometimes we need to take leave for only 1 hour or 1/2 hour and there is a difficulty in plotting that as a leave.

Bamboo makes life easier!

Comentários: Bamboo is amazing. From the features to the customer service, the experience has been extremely positive for me and my company.

Vantagens:

Bamboo is constantly growing and making their products/services better! Their ATS, Time tracking, document management, onboarding/offboarding, reporting and so much more makes my job easier and more efficient!

Desvantagens:

I wish Bamboo had a messaging feature built within it so that HR doesn't have to give out a direct phone number to applicants and employees.

Comentários: Moved all employment contract management online, leave management, onboarding, offboarding, personal details maintenance through self serve functionality, process workflows and performance management.

Vantagens:

Modern HR information system with great broad feature set for medium size businesses. Excellent for leave management, request, approval and tracking.

Desvantagens:

Is based out of the US and orientation is by default to US customers. Works for Australia customers but is a bit short on handling contractors, more permanent focused, and support hours do not cover Australia timezone which has caused some issues.

Comentários: We currently use BambooHR as an HRIS, and previously used it as an ATS. The employee database software is user friendly, but offers no customization. We inevitably switched our ATS to a different software because of these same concerns.

Vantagens:

It's very user friendly. You don't need to be very tech savvy to use the various features available in BambooHR.

Desvantagens:

There is no customization available. If a feature is not available, there is no customization available to help tailor this program to your companies needs.

Comentários: This has been a game changing addition to our department and I don't know what I would do without it. The customer service is better than any other vendor I have EVER worked with.

Vantagens:

We are a small HR team and tracked everything on spreadsheets. This took an exorbitant amount of staff time to keep updated. I love the time tracking, our mother organization deducts leave one month after it is taken and so no one ever really knew how much leave they had. The electronic signature feature has been a game changing time saver. Supervisors being able to view employee documents at any time without having to come to our main location to pull the heavy paper file has been fantastic. And I always have current data at my fingertips including historical items that we used to have to go wade through old memos to reconstruct.

Desvantagens:

There's not much to not love. I wish there were a few more features on the application part. I wish I could have files stored that employees could fill out and forward to us without having to ask us to send them a signature request.

Comentários: We've been able to create tables to house our faculty credentials for tracking and reporting purposes. The signature documents and workflow has helped us reduce the time to create, email, and record faculty contract from several hours to 15 minutes. The eNPS survey has been a great way to monitor employee engagement every six months. We take the feedback provided in that survey and other communication channels and have made improvements in a number of areas that are important to staff and faculty.

Vantagens:

If I were a Panda (HR Administrator), I'd eat BambooHR every day. It's delicious compared to other common HR software forage I've tried. The modern look and feel of BambooHR is terrific. Our staff love the look and ease of use. As a one person HR team with 250 employees, BambooHR makes payroll, performance management, time tracking, and attendance a breeze. Take a nibble and taste the difference!

Desvantagens:

The two items as an HR admin. that can be time consuming and a frustration are tracking training and benefit administration. It would be amazing if BambooHR would integrate with training platforms for single sign-on and training status updates on the employee profile. We use a third part benefits administration platform for benefits enrollment. They take care of the file feeds to carriers and billing. Any changes on that platform then must be updated in BambooHR for the deductions to roll over to payroll. The extra steps take time and can lead to error.

Comentários: I overall loved the whole experience, from the introduction, sales/acquisition of the software, to the onboarding and data transfer. The Salesperson and Project Manager of our account made us feel decided about Bamboo from the very first approach. We feel candidate onboarding and administration of our personnel in the Company has become much more manageable.

Vantagens:

What I like the most about Bamboo is that tracking PTO, benefits, and celebrations is much easier compared to other software we've used before. This unique "social network" design has made it user-friendly for our employees regardless of their age.

Desvantagens:

What I didn't love is that we couldn't find integration with LinkedIn for job postings. We had to use LinkedIn externally for recruiting.

BambooHr is the most intuitive HR software available

Comentários: My company had a lot of manual processes before we started using Bamboo. Bamboo simplified these procedures and freed up time that I could put toward other responsibilities. A certification tracking system was recently implemented. It wasn't as easy to set up as I'd hoped, but with the help of customer service, we're all set up and everyone (including managers) is getting reminders about upcoming courses and certifications.

Vantagens:

As an HR manager, BambooHR equips me with resources to improve workers' lives on the job. In times of need, I receive prompt assistance from BambooHR. Simply put, Bamboo HR is a joy to work with. It's user-friendly enough for small businesses without a human resources department to implement and utilize with no training.

Desvantagens:

If we had a little more leeway, we could replace the generic performance assessment questions with ones specific to our company.

Comentários: Overall, very happy with BambooHR’s performance!! I recommend it to anyone who I know could benefit from it. Streamlines so many aspects of my day to day - hiring, onboarding, time clock, employee performance management, payroll, employee pulse surveys, .. the list goes on!

(I have to manually select the benefits the coworkers choose to update their payroll deductions)

I am a very happy Bamboo customer. Thank you for all your great work. You have an incredibly talented group of employees.

Vantagens:

It is easy to use for the back end and front end users. The Support Heroes are always so friendly and helpful and I have never not been able to get the assistance I need when I need it. They are constantly listening to what customers want and need an are expanding with incredible features all the time. I have worked on many HRIS and this is by far my favourite! I am a very happy Bamboo customer. Thank you for all your great work. You have an incredibly talented group of employees.

Desvantagens:

the performance management system could be a bit more customizable and robust. We have had to create a couple extra tools for managers and staff to use outside of this platform. Wish there were a few more features when rating the employees, based on their skills. I do wish that the employee community was something we could purchase additionally and not bundled with other products we do not feel we need right now. Would love if the system integrated with Ceridian Payroll.. would make things easier.
