Not only did she demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a kind/patient demeanor, and empathetic listening, but she also made sure a plan was in place before ending the call. Her customer service alone is reason enough for me to continue my TherapyNotes subscription. She is obviously an excellent employee and I hope this organization will recognize her and offer an incentive for her exceptional service.
