Colaboração de trabalho e dados facilitado. Muita facilidade para deixar a interface do programa da melhor maneira que o usuário gosta de usar. Fácil implantação para uso na nuvem ou no local de trabalhando, contribuindo para que a colaboração e o compartilhamento do trabalho seja ainda mais eficaz.

Desvantagens:

O caminho para geração dos relatórios poderia ser mais simplificado. Se por um lado o sistema é muito fácil e intuitivo de usar, a geração dos relatório poderia ser mais fácil de ser encontrada

Profissional e simples

Comentários: No geral e me grandes linhas eu recomendo por que além de barato é totalmente profissional e promete muito o que é descrito! Atende as visões, ações e conceitos de qualquer empresa grande e de médio porte com processos concretos.

Vantagens:

Fácil de fazer um workflow de serviços e rotinas, não tenho problemas no uso e nem na implantação

Desvantagens:

O armazenamento de arquivos ou segmentação de dados é uma parte que poderia ser potencializada nas próximas atualizações

Your all in one stop business manager

Comentários: I enjoyed using CMW's Platform, they have a very hands on help desk structure, the platform is easy to understand and most importantly for me is navigation and this platform is very simple to navigate around. I like that they offer a fair and not very high fee for their services and that they give us the users the options to use an in house specialist if we have one and if not we can always ask them for an external specialist

Vantagens:

I like the CMW Platform because of it's effective business control and the way in which it helps the company manage its processes by allowing integration with software that is already being used by the employees meaning they would only need training for the new platform functions but can still remain in their current positions and their current work would not be effected. I also liked that this platform is customized according to the company's needs so there are no unnecessary programs added that would not be used. I also liked that this software platform can be used in various different industries and that it is not industry restricted.

Desvantagens:

I can not say I have any dislikes or any parts that I least like I find that for the skilled IT professional this program is amazing but for your average employee that has minimal IT skills they would find the program difficult to use and would require additional training while using the program.

Mature platform with great automations

Comentários: Overall, CMW is a mature and reliable platform which offers additional flows and automations. Unfortunately, the platform can be slow at times in addition to having a bad user interface which can both hurt productivity

Vantagens:

I like how the platform combines many of our pre-existing needs as a company. In addition for the non-developers, they can easily make flows and automations without needing to know how to code. Additionally, I was able to communicate and work with CMW to implement my specific business needs.

Desvantagens:

Some of the downsides are that the platform can be slow to a crawl at certain times when our team relies on it. In addition to the UI which isn't always intuitive and requires extra training and creating of a knowledge base and tutorial for internal use which other tools don't require.

My use of Comindware Tracker

Comentários: Time management. keeping track of the workflow in the business. every task is sent to the right person at the right time automatically. I don't have to always be in the office to be working. I can keep track of everything everywhere in the world.

Vantagens:

It's easy to use, for the software capability is very cheap. I can get all the work load I have for the week done without breaking a sweat. Every task is sent to the right employee automatically. the work flow in the business is amazing and very productive. Now we don't have to arrange a meeting every weekend to discuss what's happening with certain project. I as the managing director can review the process and keep track of the work follow on the software, more is done in very less time.

Desvantagens:

The software can be slow at times and employees don't get their tasks in time the automated process can be slow and frustrating at times.

CMW FOR MY TEAM

Comentários: I have had a great experience with CMW both as a user and admin, and I would highly recommend it

Vantagens:

It is easy to integrate CMW with ms outlook, has mobile access and am able to track my teams progress in real time... It does not require much training when incorporating a new team

Desvantagens:

It may be slightly pricey, but it indeed gives one's money worth

Comentários: Overall CMW requires some level of restructuring as a business offering. It has good core capabilities but can improve on ancilliary offerings.

Vantagens:

Its a good app from process automation and simple business software creation. It has good intergation capabilities.

Desvantagens:

The technical capabilities of CMW in terms of diversity of process creation and control optimisation are lacking. Especially from the point of view of business scaling.

What I like the most about the CMW platform is its ease of use because we can design the apps without any coding knowledge, and I must say thanks to its visual tools. We can use the apps on both web and mobile, so it enables us to work anywhere we want. I also like its drag-and-drop features to set up the data.

Desvantagens:

What I like least about it is that we feel a bit confused in the starting days of its use, as it has many features and options. It takes some time to learn how everything works, but once we start working with it, we feel that productivity has been increasing.

Comentários: From a Business perspective we had a very good experience with CMW platform. it configured the we wanted and worked very well for all the function. we would highly recommend CMW platform for all the modules it offers.

Vantagens:

CMW is a great platform for the various modules such project management, Task management and workflow management. the best thing about cmw platform is the simpleness and low code support that means even the person having the less exposure on technical side can easily create workflows, processes on CMW platform. User interface is very simple and interactive. it gives many features to track and see the progress of the task and projects. it can be integrated with other tools as well with the help of API and other third party integrations.

Desvantagens:

CMW platform provides all the necessory features and options for a cloud based Project management tool whereas it also has integration option available to third party software but it is little advanced, you need good understanding of the integration and related stuff in order to integrate with other tools and services.

Helped us to automate and improve our processes effectively

Comentários: We implemented CMW as part of a digitalization initiative within our plant. Before we started using it, our manufacturing personnel used to record quality KPIs on paper and then enter it manually into our QMS. This was very very prone to human error. But thanks to CMW, we were able to eliminate much of these thanks to its mobile usability. Now, we can get the data entered and sent to our other tools much faster and easier, both for us and for the staff.

Vantagens:

The workflows have made a lot of difference for us. Not only we are now automating many of our manual processes, but we also have frameworks for how processes should be carried out which serves as a guide for all involved. the workflows alone probably saved us a dozen personnel's worth of people hours.

Desvantagens:

Its interface on the back end is very complex. I've found it to be behind some of its competitors like Nintex and Kissflow when we were evaluating them. Because of this, I've had to spend more time helping new hires get grips with how it works.

I like its easy-to-learn task scheduling approach which makes work easy.I enjoy how one can edit tasks even after saving them in case one needs to amend them.I like how one can track the progress of a task after it has been set.I enjoy how the software displays notifications and alerts when a task milestone is reached.I enjoy how it has clear-cut ways to give employees permission and access to the tasks.I like how intuitive the collaborative tools are when creating a task and also sharing the progress of the individual sub-tasks.I enjoy the reporting mechanism of the software which make it easy to check if a task is complete or how far along it is in terms of percentage.I enjoy the calendar management feature which comes in handy to automatically update your calendar.

Desvantagens:

I do not like how steep of a learning curve the software has at the beginning.

Comentários: I can say that it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, it's great for keeping projects organized and keeping everyone on the same page.
