User-Friendliness at its best

Comentários: We had been working with a different tool before but weren't happy with it. We were looking for a project tool that would fit into the software infrastructure we were already using, that included features that cover the entire project cycle and is still easy to use. After testing quite a few options we chose InLoox because it integrates perfectly with Outlook and for its user-friendly interface. Instead of training my team on how to use the software they were able to work with the tool immediately.

INLOOXPM makes it possible for us to collaborate in a great way thanks to its extremely unique features.

Great Software, Terrible Support

Comentários: Pre-purchase experience was great. After the purchase is where the problems, and accompanying headaches, started. GLAD TO BE DONE WITH INLOOX.

Desvantagens:

Absolutely zero support. Despite cancelling my subscription/license, the company continued to renew the license for two years, threatening legal action if not paid. Very poor customer service, tech support and administration. BE WARY

Great Software, Great Support

Vantagens:

The Outlook integration is phenomenal! Not only the integration with the groupware itself, but also that it integrates into the infrastructure we already have in place. Another plus is that the program doesn't force you to adopt a formal project framework. It lets you use just the features you need, and you can work in a way that adjust to existing processes. I found their staff particularly helpful. The consultants really listen to their clients and provide hands on support as needed.

Desvantagens:

I honestly don't have anything I dislike about the software or the vendor.

Great, easy to integrate software

Comentários: My team and I used to use Microsoft Project, which was convoluted and simply too complex for our needs. I tested out InLoox as well as a variety of other softwares, and settled on InLoox because of its ease of use and familiar interface (it integrates with Outlook). We already use Outlook as our primary platform for emails, scheduling etc. so it was great to see a tool that expanded on those features rather than reinventing the wheel. InLoox synchronizes key project dates and info. Everything is stored centrally so that we always have access to it, which is huge when somebody is out of the office. Scrambling to decipher each other's excel worksheet schedules is a thing of the past. I even figured out a good way to keep track of my team's vacation time with the tool! Support has been great so far, the representatives at the company are always friendly and help me out quickly if there is a problem.

Stable, easy-to-use Outlook-integrated project management software

Comentários: Out of all the PM solutions we tested, InLoox was the most stable and easy to use. Also, the seamless Outlook integration really makes switching to InLoox easy. Pros:
- great value for money
- ideal for teams that are already using Outlook and use email to communicate
- we really like that you can attach emails and files to tasks/projects and that is then indicated in the email - you never lose track of documents
- our developers like the Gantt chart, the marketing guys like the mind mapping feature
- easy implementation and regular updates
- super friendly and helpful support team Cons:
- The list of functions needs to be improved
- We'd love to see risk management implemented
- More help/tutorial videos would be great, though customer support is really excellent

Staying organized

Comentários: InLoox has helped our geographically spread out company keep projects and tasks under control. Before InLoox we were emailing around quite a bit trying to make sure everyone was on the same page. But now we don't need to do that any more. We are able to more efficiently develope and complete projects. InLoox is constantly updating and improving their services and based on user feedback so it just keeps getting better and better! Our fav features: The Outlook integration is amazing! Dashboards can be customized to fit your own personal organization style. One of the best features is the task management module, you can communicate task related information directly within the program without having to explain everything all over again in an email.

Comprehensive PM software integrated into Outlook

Comentários: I've been using InLoox for over a year now and the tool never disappointed. I took off a star from Ease of Use because it did take a while to really get to know all features of InLoox. If you're looking for just a task management tool, InLoox will probably be the wrong tool for you. But if you're looking for a PM software with which you can plan your whole project and that is integrated into Outlook (the reason I chose the software in the first place), then InLoox is the perfect tool. Pros:
- Outlook integration
- also available as Web App
- create task from email
- friendly and helpful support team Cons:
- lots of functions that take a while to get familar with

Great platform, Great Support

Comentários: I evaluated several Project Management Software’s and InLoox was a clear choice for our organization. InLoox is fully integrated into Outlook and that is where our team lives – in Outlook. Before using InLoox, we never really had a process in place and everyone was trying to manage their projects differently. Without any uniformity, we consistently got a different result. InLoox allows us to systematically set up projects, collaborate with colleagues, track key dates and milestones, easily identify when an activity is not on schedule and most importantly holding ourselves accountable to our clients! Customer service is great and always responsive!

Great project management software

Comentários: InLoox PM is a project management software that offers a lot of features, but is still easy to use. The Outlook integretation has been mentioned a lot in other reviews, and it really is one of it's strongest point. Our company has been using Outlook ever since, which is why InLoox was immediately familar to the team.

Vantagens:

- manage multi-projects - resource management - task management - budget management and cost tracking - time tracking - document management - Outlook integration

Desvantagens:

- no real risk management feature ( maybe in the future?)

Comentários: Insgesamt gibt es viele Funktionen, die wir nicht benötigen. Konzentriert man sich auf das wesentliche ist die Software ganz einfach und ein Mehrwert.

Vantagens:

die Outlookintegration, denn kleine Teams werden oft von Externen unterstützt. So werden diese in Projekte integriert, ohne dass diese das merken.

Desvantagens:

Werden Aufgaben erledigt sollte ein Feedback erfolgen

sehr gute Integration in Office 365 und Outlook

für unsere Anwendung etwas zu wenige Feldfunktionen

Simple, fast, robust

Comentários: I've used other PM software before but we outgrew their rather limited feature scope. InLoox includes all the features needed for project collaboration even across departments. But it's still very easy to use and doesn't force teams to manage the overhead associated with other full-featured solutions. The software is really flexible and fits perfectly into our workflow. We love the Outlook integration and calendar sync. And that we can combine the desktop version with an online project tool. This especially improved the communication with our clients. The software doesn't include an instant messaging feature, which would be a nice addition.

Comprehensive and Easy-to-Use Project Software

Comentários: We were looking for a tool that could tie together scheduling (events & calendar), emails, documents, and time tracking AND that is easy to use. We considered other options but chose InLoox because it was created to work in the Outlook environment, which we were already using. This made it extremely easy to start working with the software; my team liked it right from the start especially because they felt they knew right from the start how to use it. We use InLoox especially for our Engineering Project Management across multiple long term projects at various sites with different customers.

Collaboration that Works

Comentários: We initially implemented InLoox to use in our IT department, for employees at our company to request help from our IT help desk. Other departments heard of it and everyone was impressed with the software. It has now mushroomed into our whole company using it with departments collaborating with each other.

Allows working in teams to be much easier and transparent. Makes cooperation between departments much easier. Outlook integration.

A good project management software for all kinds of businesses

Comentários: We're a small-sized marketing firm and hadn't really used any project management software before. We decided to implement InLoox and it really helped improve our workflow. We've used Outlook as an email program, so everyone was familiar with how it works, so we didn't really have a problem integrating InLoox into our work. The work packages and project plan features really helped us keep an overview of tasks and to to keep track of billable hours.

Great PM tool

Comentários: We use the InLoox PM 8 and are so glad we chose it. We're a team of 12 and often work with freelancers which used to make keeping track of each status really cumbersome. So we were looking for a solution that would give everyone the opportunity to see updates, track issues and collaborate on projects. Inloox does that and what's best is, that the freelancers don't have to have a license for inloox. It's a great tool!

Great Platform, Great Support!

Comentários: The software is really helpful when planning and managing projects. We especially like the Outlook integration and how easy it is to use the tool. Their open and helpful staff are a huge bonus! It's great to know that you get hands on support if you need it. They really listen to their customers and include our feedback in their continuous updates. That's what really sets them apart from the rest.

Very good pm solution

Comentários: I've been using InLoox for years and it's such a great tool. I'm even a bigger fan now that they have completely overhauled their web app. Some little bugs with the new version but their support is excellent!super fast and super friendly! All fixed within hours.
