We cannot store these copies on their files and have to keep hard copies. It’s also somewhat hard to set up.

It is the best on the market for the price
Comentários: I own and operate a gymnastics training facility, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] , and iClassPro has made my businesses workflow much easier.
Vantagens:
iClassPro was probably the first software for the Gymnastics Industry that really elevated the user experience. It is the best product on the market for the price.
Desvantagens:
The issues are not iClassPro's fault as much their lack of innovation. What they do, they do well. It would be nice if they integrated with 3rd party software so I could sync BambooHR to iClassPro etc.
Great customer service

Whenever we have a question, we can reach out to the live chat and have a solution in minutes. They’re always making valuable updates to their software to improve the product and fix bugs. It’s impressive to see a company that cares more about keeping customers than getting new ones!
Desvantagens:
I dislike the process of updating our waivers. I wish it didnt show in attendance that they were missing their waiver because it’s hard to get 2000 students to sign between their next class. Also a few of the reports are hard to navigate, but I eventually get it. Also blackout dates are confusing to set.

Comentários: Customer service response time is great, however they are unable to provide adequate support due to the flaws in their system and setup.
Vantagens:
The presentation of the Class enrolment system to the customer is really outstanding which is what attracted us to move our 1000 + clients across from our old system to this one. The online enrolment system is visually appealing, easy to navigate and smart in the way it seamlessly integrates selecting a class with creating a new customer account. The customer app is a great feature and makes it easier for customers to manage their enrolment, makeups and fees. Setup was guided by iclasspro staff which made it a lot easier to get started. New features are frequently being released which gives you hope that the software is always improving.
Desvantagens:
There are MANY significant, hidden flaws and technical breakdowns in Iclasspro which have really marred the use of it and have significantly impacted my business. Whilst the actual registration system, class management and roll keeping is very solid and well planned, a lot of the additional features are "half cooked" and need further development for them to be fully functional. for the price point, I was happy to pay this amount for the additional features as they are great features if they work. Given that they don't, I'm not happy with the price point. Whilst new updates are frequently released and cause some measure of excitement you soon learn that the update is just another 'half cooked' idea that needs a lot more work before it can be used properly. Technical break downs: I'm based in Australia. The payment processer integration is horrendous. Frequent outages occur particularly around the monthly payment batch processing for us or right on term upfront payment times. This means that: a. A customer thinks they have enrolled & paid - the amount shows as 'pending' on their bank statement but eventually drops off after about a week, leaving them with no enrolment and no notification of this. They then show up for a class that they thought they were enrolled in but are not. b. for existing customers we are constantly following up fees the customer thought they'd paid - but the processor had an outage at the time. Trial class / Intro offers: Iclass pro offers multiple ways for businesses to create trial bookings however none of them actually work well enough to use. This is the biggest disappointment of the entire software package, as trial bookings are key to our business growth plan. After seeing how amazing the online registration is I assumed that booking a trial would be similar. I have been waiting for 3 months for a fix for their actual trial booking process to work. Customers cannot complete checkout and they refuse to give me updates or a fix date. I have been left with having to use webforms to take trial bookings and manually transferring these to the registration program one by one. The punch pass feature: This is very poorly executed. Clunky, hard to read and follow, a new customer gets looped out of it to create an account and not brought back to the pass so gets lost. If you use recurring billing for your session classes, then this means that at checkout the punch pass requires a customer to save their payment method on file rather than just checkout. This is a massive deterrent. Also after checkout there is no prompt to book your classes - it just says 'go to account'. The Pro Shop: If you have a larger store, it takes absolutely ages to load images. Even just landing on a page with 2 options can take more than 30 seconds to load images. At checkout customers are forced to 'save card for recurring billing' if you have session classes that have recurring billing enabled. The suggestion to fix this from Iclasspro support was to turn off the force save card option for recurring billing which is completley inadequate.
There is more than one option out there
Comentários: Better in some way than what we were using before. We've gotten so big that we really had to have software geared more specifically to gymnastics, otherwise we would've stayed with what we had.

Better than what we were using before and when I looked into Jack Rabbit, I was even less impressed.
Desvantagens:
Credit card processing fees, monthly fees, unable to use outside software to interface with processing payments, costs increasing, leasing the software instead of buying it
The Best in Cheer Gym Software!
Comentários: iClassPro has been integral to the growth of our business. We started four years ago, right at the beginning of Covid. It quickly proved to be a necessity as we began to see enrollments coming in consistently. Customers no longer feel the need to call or visit in person; they can quickly and easily enroll and pay online through the parent portal, integrated website, and mobile app.
Vantagens:
We love that the software provides our customers with a top-notch experience. They appreciate having the mobile app to track their students' progress, enroll in classes and private lessons, and manage their account by making payments. We also appreciate that the new website integrates with the parent portal, eliminating the need for parents to leave our website to access the portal. My front desk staff can easily look up classes, private lessons, account balances, payments, and any other account information they need. It is easy to view the account history and quickly find specific information using the search tool. We also love the new Autopilot/automation feature. It has been an invaluable tool in enhancing our customers' experience. We use it to market birthday parties, welcome new families, and encourage enrollment. Additionally, it has saved my staff significant time in our day-to-day processes. This is just the latest example of how iClassPro is constantly striving to improve the software, making our lives easier. I feel they understand our needs and provide us the tools necessary for success.
Desvantagens:
iClassPro has so much to offer that the only downside is my capacity to absorb it all. There are so many features that I have yet to explore, but I know that they will be valuable to my business when I take the time to do so! I am always mind-blown when I implement a new feature and often tell myself that I need to set aside time to do this more often, as it is almost always a business-booster and eventually, a time-saver!
Couldn't run my program without it
Vantagens:
I can't imagine trying to do all of the things ICP does without a system like this in place. It keeps everything I need together. It does have a few issues every once in a while, but customer service is very responsive.
Desvantagens:
I often send group communications and see many people don't get them even though they are signed up to receive my emails. Same issue with group billing. Several cards just won't run when I do batch billing.
iClassPro... Why go anywhere else for Gym Management Software?

Everything! From the ease of use in every aspect to the support staff! OH THE SUPPORT STAFF! If I could work anywhere else, I would beg to work there! Everyone has the best attitude and are so professional!

We wish there was an actual physical conference we could go to and meet other iClassPro users as well as ask questions!

Comentários: Overall our experience with I-class is a positive one. The set up process was easy and the software is easy to use and is an excellent class management system. A+ customer service!
Vantagens:
Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. The registration and management of classes is easy as is the billing processes, and booking of parties. I also like that they are always looking at ways to improve and adding in new features to enhance the program.
Desvantagens:
Some of the reports don't give what we are looking for sometimes, and would love to see a feature for when someone is out for an Injury.

I like that it is user friendly for both the customer and the administrator. The set up wizards really walk you thru everything.
Desvantagens:
The cost seems like a lot. Some of it is out of their control when it comes to the credit card processing fees. I would like to see other options for processing - not just the one available.

The appointments feature for private lessons and their parties feature are still not as easy to navigate and connected to the other pages as much as I am used to.

It is easy to learn and use for our front desk staff. It has some useful reporting Billing is configurable but has its limitations Accepting credit card payments in an authorized / automated way is helpful The shining star is the support staff - they are very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and usually very quick to get back to us and help solve issues. Recently they have had their wings cut since they are no longer able to mass edit things for us - they now want to charge us $125/hr for "custom development". We don't have a lot of these type of requests (2-3 per year) but when they arise they are usually at the busiest times (billing & creating new schedules). So we are put in a tough spot and usually nots not worth paying hundreds to fix the issue, rather do it by hand but its a pain!
Desvantagens:
It can be very manual to set up or change your class schedule, your billing schedule. There is no integration so outside of your very initial setup - be ready to entry a lot of information by hand. They used to offer simple database help for free - like we collected a list of 60 leads email & phone numbers that we wanted to upload - they told us that would cost an additional $250 for "custom development". -BEWARE! Also they will try to lock you into using them a credit card processing provider at fees that are not so competitive. Shop around!

It takes care of the vast majority of my requirements to run my service based company. Generating NACHA is an ultimate money saver for gyms over 500 clients.
Desvantagens:
Wish this had a complete social networking capability bringing website, phone app, and social media together in one package. So my clients had one stop shop for information.

Vantagens:
I really like the easy to use layout on both the administrator and user sides. iClass offers a lot of very useful reporting tools as well as the ability to have employees clock in and out directly through the kiosk. My favorite feature is the email log where we can verify weather or not customers have viewed our emails to ensure effective communication either directly to a customer or through the mass email feature.
Desvantagens:
I wish there were more features in the time clock portal to round to the nearest 15 minute increment.

Comentários: I have an overall positive experience with iclass pro and i'm not going to lie, I have explored other companies just to see if anyone offers the feature I have been talking about...and the only company that comes close is Sports Engine...they offer something similar to what I'm saying but it's not enough to change at this time, especially because I'm hoping there's SOMETHING you guys can come up with...not sure if it's possible but maybe.
Vantagens:
I love the customer service. Someone is always available and my favorite feature is the online chat. I also love that they listen to our feedback and are constantly coming up with new features and improving.
Desvantagens:
1)That a parent has to create an account in order to sign up for a class or a camp. In other words, If I send out an email and I write "REGISTER NOW", I want them to just be able to click the link and register by filling out a form. Customers don't want to waste any time. So I feel like we lose people because they don't want to waste time and "create an account"...So what i've done every year preparing for our big summer camp registration dates is I create a form on WIX and then parents fill out that form and then I manually transfer everything to Iclass pro which is so time consuming. We have a pretty big following on instagram, so my husband (the main trainer) will post it and do a "Swipe up"...so the parent is automatically signing up. If he were to do a "swipe up" on instagram and it leads you to a "sign in" or "create account" page...we would lose over 70% of the people who swipe up. I know this because we have tried doing that and it just doesn't get as many customers registered compared to simple registering at that exact moment. (I'm aware the parent would waste LESS time if they just signed in, but they don't want to). 2) That I have to manually bill and send statements every month and there's no way to automate the process where it's automatic. I would also love if there was an automated system that sends parents emails every other day if they owe money on their account. 3) The staff portal is not as cool or good as the Parent portal App that just came out.

That the set up is so loose that when I started, which I am sure has changed now there wasn't any explanation on the proper set up and there should be black and white set up procedure. I also hate that it doesn't account for businesses with multiple locations, meaning if a business, such as mine, sets up their business to account for one bank account and set up as such the money made at one location isn't easily posted to account holders bottom line as it should regardless of the location. Its like they set it up as a franchise vs a entire business and we have families who attend one location for tumbling but may cheer at another and lets say pays at one location for both billed locations enrollment and isn't applied automatically when processed I have to manually apply. This used to not be this way, they had the set up originally correct but decided to change it because of requests and this should be an option for business owners as every business is ran diff and should be easily set up how we want. The audit log needs major vamping and should be a lot more specific to help aid management in understanding what certain staff did in iclass on certain accounts and I even have strict staff settings not like many. I could go on an on about the set up but iclass is improving daily.,

I would like a CRM feature. When we get a lead, to get reminders to follow up and to track if they signed up for a class. Be able to track sales goals, appointment made and registration. (I currently purchases Anytime Fitness and they use Club OS for this tracking.) It would be good to look into to help clubs with the sales process of the gym business. Reporting features could improve. Email features need to improve. The criteria is limited for some emails as we can only separate by age when you send to students. We cannot filter by age at the family level. Would like to enhance the point of sale to offer online sales for proshop items We are paying for Smart Waiver to get waivers on students that are not in classes. Their system is much easier to fill out and looks much better. Would like to see that improve in iclass.

Automation and comprehensive package for my school. The software is designed specifically for the needs of an education program, so it’s a perfect fit. It allows me to run efficiently and professionally. The cost is reasonable and the processing fees are good.
Desvantagens:
It is very complex but that’s also good because it allows for so much customization. Features are great. However, the interface can be extremely confusing in areas. There isn’t a lot of written documentation but the customer service completely makes up for that. They will walk me through anything. There are a few troubling spots in the customer interface. Supposed to be fixed soon. It doesn’t work very well integrating with other software. Reports are frustrating. its very difficult to get a picture of the past or future. Reports are limited. Some are great. But data can’t be arranged into a report based on the fields. All reports are already set up. There are filters though.
