Docebo is the way to go!

Vantagens:

Overall based on many different previously used LMSs, it's like night and day. Docebo is so much easier to use than anything. Just hired two new team members and they both after 1 week in Docebo cant believe how much easier it is than any other system.

Desvantagens:

Checklist feature needs to do much better with reporting and scheduling features.

My favorite LMS!

Comentários: I've used Docebo with two different companies. I've had an overall good experience and would choose it again. Most of my everyday tasks work well and are easy to use.

Vantagens:

I love the way users, courses, lesson plans, and reporting are organized. I can generally configure the platform to do what I need to do regarding managing users and tracking course completions/scores. I also love how the dashboard and buttons can be customized. I was able to configure the look and feel of the platform to match our branding.

Desvantagens:

My least favorite aspect is the difficulty of trying to troubleshoot bugs in the system. We've had some tracking issues without Docebo Marketplace content that haven't been able to be resolved. When I have to ask IT for help, my requests are generally unresolved.

Vantagens:

I love the Community, Docebo University and our CSM.

Desvantagens:

They are still growing and development is slow

Growing and willing to engage with the customers

Comentários: As a growing company in the Extended Enterprise market, they are willing to work closely with their customers to understand their use case and learn. This is big for us as we're willing to assist them and see them become a top tier vendor for EXE. They have allowed us to consolidate from 6 LMSs down to 1 which has lead to savings overall.

Vantagens:

Docebo is working to grow their platform, and is gathering feedback from their customers to make sure it's going to meet their needs. As an extended enterprise customer we have specific needs that many LMS vendors can't meet, but Docebo wants to expand their footprint in that market, so they are listening. They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.

Desvantagens:

While they are working to create innovative and engaging functionality, sometimes they move too fast to get it out the door and it's not ready yet or move on from older functionality that still needs optimizations.

Intuitive, flexible and constantly improving

Comentários: Excellent with fantastic support from our account manager, customer solutions manager and the helpdesk staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Positive feedback from trainers, admins and end users who are all impressed with the system.

Vantagens:

The ease of use for end users with the ability to create custom pages to display the most relevant information. Excellent support from the Docebo helpdesk. Monthly updates and improvements to the system with a heavy emphasis on customer feedback. The online learning and community to support with all aspects of the system.

Desvantagens:

The length of the onboarding over a number of weeks. We would have liked a more intense onboarding course over a shorter period of time. Some excellent data features locked behind an additional paid product.

Docebo as LMS

Vantagens:

1. Scheduled reports - we're able to feed data to a dashboard and send daily reports to other users with ease 2. Groups and enrollment rules - users are automatically assigned to courses 3. Pages - let's us organize and market content according to programs and use 4. Notifications - we're able to push event reminders to users 5. Workday Integration

Desvantagens:

1. Helpdesk - some answers from the Helpdesk are not accurate 2. Built-in dashboards - not customisable and not very useful for our organization so we had to create our own

Docebo is a robust, yet manageable LMS

Comentários: I am a huge Docebo fan. I have yet to have an idea to implement in my Docebo LMS that I have not been able to execute. The sky is the limit with Docebo!

Vantagens:

Docebo is a user-friendly platform that allows you to build customized and intentional learner experiences.

Desvantagens:

While the out of the box reports can get you most of the metrics you need, the labeling of reports and they way they organize the data isn't always the most intuitive. The custom report builder can do most things, but getting to your final result isn't always an intuitive experience.

Docebo is a good option for LMS

Comentários: The experience has improved over the last few months. It has been challenging to get concrete responses related to issues we have been experiencing.

Vantagens:

Easy to use - intuitive platform, with a lot of features.

Desvantagens:

Further case scenario testing is required before deploying a new feature. We went through several implementations for which we had challenges. Also, I think there is an opportunity to improve basic existent features in the LMS, such as automated unenrollment, and course search and navigation...

Super Admin Review of Docebo as an LMS

Comentários: My experience with the support chat feature has been pretty amazing. We did not have the ability to contact the platform of our former LMS so even just being able to validate that there isn't a better way (when developing a workaround for a feature not yet available) is very helpful.

Vantagens:

It's lightyears ahead of our former LMS, but as we grow into using more aspect of the platform, the pain points are more prominent.

Desvantagens:

lack of intuitive reporting (see above, cobble together various reports) and soft deadlines for LPs (IE we can't use days of validity on LPs for this reason). These are my two biggest pain points at the moment.

Inches away from a perfect platform

Vantagens:

The customization that allows me to make the platform look and behave how I want it. I don't mention any other features that are standard or expected from a learning platform because I don't have to worry about them. They are all there and ready to use in a clear and easy way.

Desvantagens:

The interface is inconsistent. The entire product feels like a continuous project, which obviously it is, in a way that's not always good. At moments you feel like you're time travelling to years past and working on an old interface.

Docebo is a cost-effective customizable powerhouse LMS

Comentários: Docebo was very simple to roll out. It is very turn-key experience early-on, but also allows you to grow it into the LMS of your dreams. My LMS admin has been able to shape the learner experience by utilizing all the many customization features Docebo has. It is an integral part of our company's daily learning.

Vantagens:

The control the platform gives you. The customization options are off the charts! We've completely bent Docebo to our desires and set up various views for different roles and departments, as well as customer reporting. The white label experience is also fabulous.

Desvantagens:

The thing I least like about Docebo is actually an asset to them. They offer additional modules including social learning and learning insights, but both at additional cost. Since we didn't purchase those when we first started with Docebo, now I'll have to get separate budget approval for them.

Docebo Review

Comentários: Docebo is flexible whether it is on the learning or admin side of the platform. Docebo is innovative and always working towards integrating new and fresh opportunities for ease of engagement and integrations with their customers.

Vantagens:

Ease of use for the learners and ease for admins. Loading content for course creation allows for many opportunities as well as structuring and assigning learning plans. We utilize implementation strategies for merging Workday, Teams, and SSO which makes life easier as we move to integrate our entire company enhancing employee development.

Desvantagens:

As a customer, understand you are creating your own platform (with guidance). If you are not tech savvy prepare to contract assistance from someone who does know the technical language. Docebo has an incredible team and they know what they are doing but they also need to know their audience and who needs extra hand-holding in the process.

Docebo is great!

Comentários: We have been able to decrease our time to onboard and increase customer health scores and usage for trained accounts. We have also been able to deploy a Certified Professional Program.

Vantagens:

The ease of being able to track program success and metrics. We also love the integration with SalesForce , which manages our account provisioning and catalog access based on contacts and purchased products.

Desvantagens:

Not being able to re-enroll (and get a fresh enrollment and new certificate of completion) in previously completed courses.

The best LMS we have used

Vantagens:

The flexibility of the design, you can build and customise the LMS for your organisation. We wanted to host all of our learning in one place, documents, videos, e-learning and this LMS allowed us to do this easily. The support we received during implementation was excellent and any issues we experience are followed up within 24 hours

Desvantagens:

There was a period of time when there was a change of Customer Success Manager, we went through about 6 or 7 and it was frustrating to have to bring each person up to speed but this seems to have been resolved. You generally have to pay for enhancements to the LMS, most things come at an extra cost

Docebo continues to grow and evolve as we do.

Comentários: They have been the most phenomenal partners for our organization. We truly believe that their success has allowed us to experience the growth and success we have driving a learning culture.

Vantagens:

We love the fact the software is constantly growing and evolving and has allowed us to grow beyond what we originally thought possible. We also love the partnership we have with Docebo. We feel our business truly matters to them and that they listen to our needs and use cases to help us solve any issues.

Desvantagens:

The software is growing and evolving quickly, it sometimes feels like they are moving quickly onto the next product rather than fully developing what they were working on. The product or new feature may be 95%-99% complete.

Vantagens:

We rely on Docebo daily to facilitate our business operations as a leading provider of Marketing & Ecommerce training. This platform enables us to meticulously craft courses and Learning Plans that cater to our specific needs.Our initial experience with Docebo's onboarding support left us thoroughly impressed. However, as we transitioned to working with the account management team, a twinge of concern emerged regarding the continuity of exceptional support. Those worries proved unfounded, as the ongoing assistance and guidance we received surpassed our expectations.It's noteworthy to mention our dedicated Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden], who has been instrumental in ensuring our continued satisfaction with the platform. Desvantagens:

We would like a search function within the Catalogue menu, so we don't have to search over 17 pages worth of content to find something specific. This will help us greatly on a daily basis.

Docebo is a great LMS for so many industries to fully engage with their users

Comentários: Docebo has made it easy to pick up and configure so you can get your users up and running very quickly! You can make in place updates to pages and courses too. Also their Slide Converter tool is awesome! If you have a PowerPoint presentation or PDF that suits the needs for learning, you can load it into the slide converter and it turns it into a trackable e-learning!

Vantagens:

This product really thinks about the end user and what would engage them which increases usage. There are so many benefits you can get from the add ins available and some of them you don’t even need to have their LMS to use. They have really thought out of the box on their Impact Learning!

Desvantagens:

There are small pieces on the site that have potential for growth for example there isn’t a gap analysis tool for the content. This said, they do use their community site for users to log in, share their journeys and add ideas which can be picked up by their developers for future enhancements.

Everything you could ever want in an LMS!

Comentários: We adopted Docebo as our LMS almost two years ago and have never regretted the decision. The robust features, superlative customer service, and the ease in which you can empower other users has been a boon to our learning/training initiatives. Any issue we have encountered has been solved either by the LMS itself, or by working with a technical representative to come up with a solution. Our instance supports over 10,000 users with multiple domains, and Docebo handles all of this seamlessly. Our end users have also remarked on the easy navigation and pleasant UI/UX. I can't imagine using another LMS with the same level of success Docebo has provided.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, robust customization options, user friendly, great technical support.

Desvantagens:

There could be better communication of smaller updates or patches to the system. Major initiatives are communicated, but some smaller changes are not done so with the same urgency.

Love this LMS

Comentários: I have found the platform to be easy to use and fairly intuitive. Support is always easy to get through chat or tickets and my case manager is very responsive.

Vantagens:

Love the intuitive functionality for both admin and users

Desvantagens:

Sometimes I feel more testing could be done before new releases.

Vantagens:

is easy to manage and set up, allows you to do many different things (e.g., gamification) without being an experienced user of the tool.

Desvantagens:

I like it all, but it definitely needs to get better at creating and importing e-learning courses. it is perfect for uploading material that already exists, much less so for those who have limited training offerings and are looking for resources to enrich the offer. Definitely the creation of a better internal authoring tool and partnerships with content providers (e.g., coursera, udemy, etc.) would make Docebo the top of the top on all aspects!

Very disapointed on the way things are going

Comentários: It used to be my goto solution for smaller business (up to 5000 employees) as it was a very good and robust LMS. However, in the last two years, Docebo is getting buggier and buggier with less and less support from the business.

Vantagens:

I like the ease of use and how fast it is to implement. Docebo was a very good solution for smaller businesses. Their pricing used to be honnest for a SAAS solution.

Desvantagens:

The last few years have been disapointing to say the least: no customer support, major bugs, no real help and increasing price. Docebo is losing customers at a fast past and I cannot recommend it to my clients anymore, which is a shame.

Manage and enhance the learning of you and your team.

Comentários: Having at hand a complete learning tool that has the main functionalities that are needed to learn online with excellence, besides being multi-language is a plus.

Vantagens:

This learning system facilitates and greatly enhances personal learning and for your work team or company, it should be noted that it handles a wide variety of languages, I have used two, and both English and Spanish are handled in a perfect way, the application With its simple but dynamic at the same time, it impels you to learn and follow the courses or the topic you want to learn, avoiding that you leave halfway, the service is offered in the cloud, so you can study and see the classes anywhere you have connection, for this and many other benefits is the best LMS tools I've used, try it.

Desvantagens:

When you pass directly from the classroom to this tool some people may have a feeling of informality and this may reduce the enthusiasm that they put into the learning, it must be made clear that they are quality courses and that it gives certificate.

Great product, if you can survive the terrible service

Comentários: This product provided a learning platform useful for internal and external training.

Vantagens:

Good product, very easy to learn basic functionality in order to get started quickly. Good list of additional features to improve functionality. We have about 300-400 active users per month and no other LMS comes to close the value offered for the cost.

Desvantagens:

Customer service is terrible. Non-enterprise customers are used as beta testers for new releases and then support takes weeks to respond to those bug reports. Have a critical issue that's affecting employees or customers and need it solved quickly? Forget about it!

Worst Decision We've Ever Made

Comentários: Visibility into user progress for compliance or development courses.

Vantagens:

App-based so you can use only the features you need. Integration with Slack, G-suite. Lots of content types. The ability to deep link into specific courses for users. Support for eLearning, webinar, and ILT. Granular user permissions and management.

Desvantagens:

Everything else. The WORST support I have ever encountered. We purchased because of the "new theme" they recently released, however on the third day I was unable to use it at all. The support ticket took 24 days for even the simplest response, which was resolved after 6 weeks of submitting it - only for the same issue to happen again. Initial responses are basic questions, such as "Is it OK if I login to your site to repro the issue?" - clearly trying to buy time. Even the SIMPLEST QUESTION like what IP address to whitelist for automated CSV upload took TWO WEEKS!!!! Our IT team had to find an error in THEIR API to get mobile version of site to work. Clearly they focus support on clients paying hundreds of thousands of dollars. Go with Litmos instead and make it work.
