Docebo is the way to go!

Vantagens:

Overall based on many different previously used LMSs, it's like night and day. Docebo is so much easier to use than anything. Just hired two new team members and they both after 1 week in Docebo cant believe how much easier it is than any other system.

Desvantagens:

Checklist feature needs to do much better with reporting and scheduling features.

Growing and willing to engage with the customers

Comentários: As a growing company in the Extended Enterprise market, they are willing to work closely with their customers to understand their use case and learn. This is big for us as we're willing to assist them and see them become a top tier vendor for EXE. They have allowed us to consolidate from 6 LMSs down to 1 which has lead to savings overall.

Vantagens:

Docebo is working to grow their platform, and is gathering feedback from their customers to make sure it's going to meet their needs. As an extended enterprise customer we have specific needs that many LMS vendors can't meet, but Docebo wants to expand their footprint in that market, so they are listening. They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.

Desvantagens:

While they are working to create innovative and engaging functionality, sometimes they move too fast to get it out the door and it's not ready yet or move on from older functionality that still needs optimizations.

Worst customer support model of any LMS provider.

Comentários: We have been disappointed since the beginning of our implementation. It was extremely haphazard with no real direction. We got spreadsheets of tasks but those were abandoned by our implementation person early. Our CSM has been less than helpful, she booked a demo of one of the features we were interested in exploring in addition to our current services but didn't invite the right people to the call so everyone (including several of our directors) wasted their time.

Vantagens:

Some of the workflows are intuitive. Supports a lot of file formats.

Desvantagens:

Clunky navigation. Our users consistently report negative feedback. There are bugs in the workflows, customer support all give different responses and often are incorrect. The support is just awful being in EST with no phone support (even for fee) available. issues take a long time to solve (sometimes months) and support is very slow. This is not a very well developed or managed application given the breadth and scope of issues we've encountered.

Single Systems for Customer, Partner and Internal

Comentários: Excellent implementation experience and easy to use platform, both as a learner and as an administrator

Vantagens:

Outstanding support by implementation team, able to manage three distinct and separate training programs on one platform (Customer, Partner, Internal), Intuitive interface for Admins

Why I like Docebo Learn

Comentários: Overall the experience with Docebo has been positive. They are very engaged with me & when I was at their annual meeting, the account manager introduced me to people who could help in some things he knew I would be interested in. Just one more reason to appreciate the customer experience with them.

Vantagens:

Docebo has a platform that we can grow into. They make updates that make the organization look good, as it keeps the learner view and/or experience fresh. The customer service aspect is very good - there is a chat & a knowledge library & community at your fingertips. And they have a system of upvoting ideas that the community may make.

Desvantagens:

When setting up your system, there are a lot of things to do. One of the frustrating things can be the number of clicks to create something.

Docebo as LMS

Vantagens:

1. Scheduled reports - we're able to feed data to a dashboard and send daily reports to other users with ease 2. Groups and enrollment rules - users are automatically assigned to courses 3. Pages - let's us organize and market content according to programs and use 4. Notifications - we're able to push event reminders to users 5. Workday Integration

Desvantagens:

1. Helpdesk - some answers from the Helpdesk are not accurate 2. Built-in dashboards - not customisable and not very useful for our organization so we had to create our own

Comentários: Overall, our experience as a business has been really positive. We have been able to transform the way in which we upskill our employees, and the deployment of the platform has helped us reach the goal of multiplication of effort.

Comentários: I started my docebo journey when I was struggling to memorize everything about product and after docebo there is not a single day when i use it and rely on it

How it helps to connect the team and provide knowledge all together and can access anytime you want to know about product.

Excellent Learning Platform

Comentários: I used Docebo to learn all of the things that have helped me on my journey with Etsy. I've also completed various compliance training, which should help me improve my overall awareness.

Vantagens:

Docebo is an excellent learning platform with a simple to use interface. The way information is presented has been designed to promote effective and effortless learning. I have been using Docebo for all my educational training and find it incredibly easy to use.

Desvantagens:

Although the interface is user-friendly, it would be beneficial if all lessons were accessible from the main page once logged in.

Docebo is a cost-effective customizable powerhouse LMS

Comentários: Docebo was very simple to roll out. It is very turn-key experience early-on, but also allows you to grow it into the LMS of your dreams. My LMS admin has been able to shape the learner experience by utilizing all the many customization features Docebo has. It is an integral part of our company's daily learning.

Vantagens:

The control the platform gives you. The customization options are off the charts! We've completely bent Docebo to our desires and set up various views for different roles and departments, as well as customer reporting. The white label experience is also fabulous.

Desvantagens:

The thing I least like about Docebo is actually an asset to them. They offer additional modules including social learning and learning insights, but both at additional cost. Since we didn't purchase those when we first started with Docebo, now I'll have to get separate budget approval for them.

My favorite LMS!

Comentários: I've used Docebo with two different companies. I've had an overall good experience and would choose it again. Most of my everyday tasks work well and are easy to use.

Vantagens:

I love the way users, courses, lesson plans, and reporting are organized. I can generally configure the platform to do what I need to do regarding managing users and tracking course completions/scores. I also love how the dashboard and buttons can be customized. I was able to configure the look and feel of the platform to match our branding.

Desvantagens:

My least favorite aspect is the difficulty of trying to troubleshoot bugs in the system. We've had some tracking issues without Docebo Marketplace content that haven't been able to be resolved. When I have to ask IT for help, my requests are generally unresolved.

Docebo - Great concept! Implementation needs work.

Comentários: Great sales cycle, great implementation process, poor after care.

Vantagens:

Overall good experience for learners, trainers, and admins. Good functionality as compared to other systems out there. The reporting and manager features work well.

Desvantagens:

When you get into the details and start using the system, you are surprised with functionality that does not go all the way, as expected. Bugs that show up randomly.

Forward thinking, cutting edge and learner centric LMS platform

Comentários: Docebo is a fast growing organization with some very talented people. The platform itself is solid and will continue to get even better if they are able to continue implementing the features that are on their planned list. My biggest recommendation is to get to a better balance between firming up and fixing current functionality vs. pushing out new functionality.

Vantagens:

Docebo's user interface is one of the best out there. I was impressed with the clean look and feel of the platform which was reinforced by our learners through their own feedback. Docebo's user experience encourages user adoption and more time in the platform if they can find and view the content they are looking for. Docebo's combination of traditional eLearning content along with it's Channels (corp. youtube type feature) are fantastic. We are looking forward to incorporating gamification to help round our the user experience.

Desvantagens:

Docebo could use some work on the administrator side of the platform. There are quite a few areas where there are way too many clicks or a lack of bulk processes that cause additional work for an administrator. One big item that hasn't made its way into the platform but is apparently in plan, is the ability for an administrator to login as a user, to see what they are seeing or even test what as that user to ensure all works prior to releasing new content, features, etc. Unrelated to the platform, but an area that needs improvement is the Customer Support. Docebo only offers email/ticket management and online chat support. There is currently no phone support and many times issues could be solved if you were just able to talk to someone. It should be noted that I am starting to see a shift in this practice which will be welcomed by all current clients.

Docebo aligns with our requirements, budget, and offers a seamless learning experience for both learners and facilitators

Vantagens:

I liked the onboarding process. They took us through the entire platform step by step, and the onboarding specialist was helpful in answering all our questions. With Docebo, you don't have to create a new learning plan every time, unlike our previous LMS. You can create one and use it over and over, saving you time. Their support system is great, and it's clear their staff is well-trained to provide assistance when needed. I also appreciate the flexibility when creating learner and facilitator dashboards. I can customize to create a clean dashboard, making it easy for learners and facilitators to access their materials and live sessions.

Desvantagens:

One thing that could use some improvement is how they handle learner notifications. While all the necessary components are there, it would be really handy if users had the option to create specific folders, especially for clients who prefer custom emails that can be reused. Currently, everything is in one big list, and having folders to organize notifications would make things much more organized and user-friendly.

Docebo is a good option for LMS

Comentários: The experience has improved over the last few months. It has been challenging to get concrete responses related to issues we have been experiencing.

Vantagens:

Easy to use - intuitive platform, with a lot of features.

Desvantagens:

Further case scenario testing is required before deploying a new feature. We went through several implementations for which we had challenges. Also, I think there is an opportunity to improve basic existent features in the LMS, such as automated unenrollment, and course search and navigation...

Unique LMS Platform

Comentários: My overall experience with Docebo has been very positive. The team is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Docebo's user interface is simple and intuitive and their customer service is top-notch. The platform is powerful and effectively managed my online courses and classes. I'm very happy with my experience and would happily recommend Docebo to others.

Vantagens:

I liked the fact that Docebo is highly customizable and has lots of features and tools that can be used to create great learning experiences. Additionally, the support from the Docebo team has been great. They give prompt responses and help resolve any queries I have quickly.

Desvantagens:

The least I liked about Docebo was the users’ lack of ability to customize menus and the learning management system’s overall design. The LMS platform often felt too rigid and limiting when instituting changes and making the interface more user-friendly. Additionally, the user interface was quite outdated compared to competitors.

The platform is functional yet easy to use but the real value is in their on-boarding support.

Vantagens:

There is a clean and up-to-date feel to the platform that our internal and external users fine very easy to use and navigate through. There is a lot of customization, but also off-the-shelf features that allow you to plug and play. It seems like the perfect combination of customization and out-of-the-box functionality for any level of LMS user. Our L&D team does not have an in-depth technical background however customizing the Docebo UI and ensuring all of the functionality was working properly was simple enough for us to figure out.

Desvantagens:

The only gap we've experienced in the software is the ability to include a certificate in a congratulatory email after a user completes a certification Learning Plan. In order for the user to receive the certificate they have to navigate back to the final course and download the certificate from a widget underneath the course. Our preference is to include the certificate in the automated congratulatory email, but that's a very small sacrifice to make for all of the other functionality Docebo provides.

Vantagens:

We rely on Docebo daily to facilitate our business operations as a leading provider of Marketing & Ecommerce training. However, as we transitioned to working with the account management team, a twinge of concern emerged regarding the continuity of exceptional support. Those worries proved unfounded, as the ongoing assistance and guidance we received surpassed our expectations.It's noteworthy to mention our dedicated Customer Success Manager, [sensitive content hidden], who has been instrumental in ensuring our continued satisfaction with the platform. Her expertise and commitment have played a pivotal role in our seamless journey with Docebo.

Desvantagens:

We would like a search function within the Catalogue menu, so we don't have to search over 17 pages worth of content to find something specific. This will help us greatly on a daily basis.

Extended Enterprise capabilities

Comentários: We are using Docebo both for internal onboarding and training and to offer its capabilities to our customers using the extended enterprise module, offering a totally customized experience to each of the customers connected.

Vantagens:

What is most amazing about Docebo is the capability to customize the platform in terms of learning experience and overall training organization.

Desvantagens:

All the coins have two faces, the cons in Docebo are related to the pros: the strong customization capabilities make the platform administration complex, and it needs to have a high level of specific knowledge.

Nice but not with Joomla

Comentários: They offer an integration with Joomla but unfortunatly that does not work for users on mobile devices. Since everyone uses that lately the integration is pretty much worthless. The platform itself is pretty good tough.

Everything you could ever want in an LMS!

Comentários: We adopted Docebo as our LMS almost two years ago and have never regretted the decision. The robust features, superlative customer service, and the ease in which you can empower other users has been a boon to our learning/training initiatives. Any issue we have encountered has been solved either by the LMS itself, or by working with a technical representative to come up with a solution. Our instance supports over 10,000 users with multiple domains, and Docebo handles all of this seamlessly. Our end users have also remarked on the easy navigation and pleasant UI/UX. I can't imagine using another LMS with the same level of success Docebo has provided.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, robust customization options, user friendly, great technical support.

Desvantagens:

There could be better communication of smaller updates or patches to the system. Major initiatives are communicated, but some smaller changes are not done so with the same urgency.

Have had to delay the release of our new elearning course repeatedly due to bugs in the new release.

Vantagens:

Decent reporting. Product seemed to work pretty well before newest release. It has some nice features. Price is competitive.

Desvantagens:

LOTS of things are broken in the new release. Even the "next" button that takes learners through a course doesn't work. We've wasted hundreds of hours of staff time explaining problems to Docebo, getting screen shots and videos for them, and trying to develop workarounds. This upgrade should not have been released without more internal testing. It's a mess and new problems creep up every day. And things will be fixed one day and broken again the next. It's taking forever to get the bugs fixed. Meanwhile, we keep having to explain to our members why our courses aren't working. I no longer have any confidence in the company.

Docebo Review: An LMS Admins Perspective

Vantagens:

- Once you understand the foundational elements of the LMS, it is easy to use. - Features and settings for courses and learning plans are easy to navigate. - Fantastic customer support on the technical side. - Pretty good options and ability to create an optional course library for learners. - Easy to build pages, courses, learning plans, catalogs, channels, etc.

Desvantagens:

- Lack of customization when it comes to different pages. - Some items you would assume would be an included feature, but are not present. - Requires some prior knowledge of API and SAML to make full use of the LMS.

Why Docebo?

Comentários: very happy with it and it functions exactly how we need it to, users are finding it very intuitive when accessing the sessions created

Vantagens:

easy to use and administer. easy quick graphics give course status at a glance

Desvantagens:

all training material has to be uploaded to the platform and certain steps completed before its visible to all users, can be very time consuming when the easier solution would be the content accessible to all users through the integration software
