Desvantagens: The cons of MailCraft are mostly related to integration. Honestly, it took me some time to abandon my favorite tools I'd been using for years. However, once I set up my campaigns it wasn't hard to ignore my older tool sets.

Vantagens: I am new to marketing so this software came in handy for me and I appreciated the customer service help.

Desvantagens: I would just make it easier to use for new users, but like I said, customer service was helpful to me.

Vantagens: Helpful software to get emails organized and out to the public. Great plug ins available to do different functions to add to emails.
