Comentários: Very good and provides rich experience of ERP

Vantagens:

Multiligual capability, Imprint of auto Digital signature, Multiple invoice formats are few functionalities which i like the most.

Desvantagens:

Transactions can be deleted with out reversing it

Easy to use ERP9 Software

Comentários: Ease to the business not only in Accounting side but also in analytics side

Vantagens:

It's all ERP module are very easy to learn and use unlike other accounting software It's statutory feature ease the business

Desvantagens:

Firstly, It's aging feature of sundries need to be improved, Secondly, for calculating tax for cgst and sgst we need to calculate it manually which needs to be improved

A complete accounting solution for small and medium enterprise.

Comentários: I find Tally Prime as user friendly including new features like preparation of GST returns and easy to use. A new commerce person can use it with ease and can also take out results(Profit/Loss) of business with in few seconds of entering the journal entry.

Vantagens:

It has included the features for import from excel which make the work easy and quick. Now it helps to prepare GST returns directly and comparison also available. It's cost is low as compared to other business management software's for small businesses. It is user friendly. Whenever I pass a Journal entry, I can easily see its impact on Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account. As well as I don't need to switch the screen to make changes in Journal entry, I can directly jump into the entry and make changes.

Desvantagens:

It's slow working. If more than 2 users are there, it becomes slow.

TallyPrime is a waste of Time

Comentários: Waste of time. I had to migrate out of it to Quickbooks, Zoho, etc. as it works super slow in my system, since I migrated to Tally Prime!

Vantagens:

Few integration with other softwares & sound accounting features integrated.

Desvantagens:

1. No automation. In fact, to get automation, you need to pay someone to build, develop, implement & learn how to automate for each and every new automation you want! 2. Hangs a lot and the cloud version is designed to make money, not to sell the product! 3. A lot of good features are now obsolete. They haven't designed the product to upgrade with the digital world. 4. Bad UI/UX for a person who doesnt understand how accounting works. It's designed to discourage people, who do not know about accounting, not to pursue it!

Comentários: It is positive. Its online back up solutions is wonderful feature as it can reinstall those data from its back up solutions. It depends upon modern computing so that it can run in multiple computers. Most of the functions of Tally are there and in addition to this some of more functions such as the same shortcuts and after working with TallyPrime for some days then one can be acquainted with it, and while working with multiple computers the real time data updates is quite fast and secure/

Vantagens:

Excellent invoicing and accounting software, precious inventory management software, excellent in GST calculation and proper management of Banking credit and debit management software.

Desvantagens:

For GST information addition, one needs to do some calculations with offline calculator addition as it is not automated calculations through TallyPrime, but after putting these informations to TallyPrime, then overall calculations becomes simple. TallyPrime does not work in Wireless connectivity but it works through LAN connections. So in order to use in multiple computers wireless data transmission within computers should be made available.

Most Suitable and easy to understand Accounting Software

Comentários: My experience with tally Prime has been where good in fact excellent, it is easy to understand without any accounting knowledge, It makes Financial Reporting and inventory management easy. And in terms of Invoice creation is better than any Software's in the market.

Vantagens:

Tally Prime is much easy to understand and record your transactions than any other software in the market.It has various shortcuts and predefined letters which makes your task faster, its integration with other software's makes it one of the best for Tax computation and Financial Reporting.

Desvantagens:

The UI of the software is old school which makes it too rigid, There is many Factors in which it needs to improve but Updates are not that often.It becomes difficult to use when you have enter bulk entry's at the same time if internal working is not known.

Tally has solve most of the errors in Accounting

Vantagens:

The accounting software Tally is very simple to use. It wouldn't take long for a new user to become familiar with this software. The best feature of the software is also that it allows users to enter data for previous months, which simplifies accounting. This allows users to book invoices in the past.

Desvantagens:

It is not possible to customize the report to meet our needs. Some shortcuts in Tally Prime are different from those in Tally ERP 9, which causes some user discomfort.

The easiest accounting software to use. Even e novice in accounting can use it with so much of ease!

Desvantagens:

It is pretty expensive and when it comes to accounting of Equity and stocks, difficult to maintain the records!

This software is best and most trusted software. It provides automated solution for maintaining records and timely compliance with laws. The Best in this software is that one can customize this software according to requirements. Even special customization for every kind of business is available. It is very easy to use and learn for a fresher, Shortcut Keys are given on right side. Data can be easily compiled and migrated to PDF, Excel and Other Forms. Tally.net user is another very good feature, which provides you to access your data while sitting anywhere. These days it is very helpful for preparation and uploading of GST Returns directly from Software

Desvantagens:

This software is not on cloud storage basis. But In all, this software is very good and best software for maintaining complete records of a business

Absolute Rot

This is DOS based, we should have chosen cloud based

Desvantagens:

Fraud : we were sold trial software and that caused us 2 months of implementation. After the fraud was found out, even with the real software, endless issues continued. We requested for a paid service to re-configure the form, it was appointed the Monday. Delayed everyday until Friday, the Tally tech came here and said he needed 45 minutes for the job but left after 5 minutes because he wa late for another job. The level of nonsense from this supplier is simply incomprehensible.

Vantagens:

Increased efficiency and productivity of all the processes, Automated Accounting is very useful and time saving, Real-time access to financial data, Cost-effective solution as its less costly than others, Customization for specific business needs as per users requirements, Compatible Integration with other business software, Tally training and support is availableon the go, Inventory management capabilities are just fabulous

Desvantagens:

Little bit out dated interface as compared to other products available in the market and features provided are less as compared to others.

Comentários: I have been using this software as a bookkeeper in handling inventory management, statutory compliance and financial accounting of the business. Following daily transactions has thus been easy since they can followed sequentially. the information is captured as transactions are being executed thus promoting the accountability and accuracy of information.

Vantagens:

One of the things I like most with this software is its ability to adopt to the changing needs of a business needs today. It has the ability to adopt them with ease and and also ensures the business data is safe and secure. Through the help of partner support, Tally provides support for training and installation.

Desvantagens:

The software requires the user to have some accounting knowledge to effectively work with it. After the installation, the user can hardly grasp the accounting knowledge to facilitate the operations.

Basic Accounting and Inventory Software of Small Business

Comentários: value for money for very small business not recommended for the companies who got tons of transactions

Vantagens:

Best part for cost center wise accounting, Easy to use very basic accounting software, Good Reporting and bank reconciliation function.

Desvantagens:

No Payroll function, not good if you are using excel as invoice and then importing it to the accounting software import from excel is not there you have to convert it in to xml and then import little tricky No web version.

Best for GST registered users in India

Comentários: Customer support is really too bad, many times you will not get connected via phone support and email support is very worst, reply will be after a week.

Vantagens:

GST implementation is really appreciated, some bad marks are you cannot control or lock the previous date invoice numbers which is very important for GST registered users, if your configuration of numbering is automatic the if you change any one number in between all the invoices will be affected, It should not be happen after filing GSTR1 report.

Desvantagens:

Reporting mechanism is fantastic, accuracy, front end look and excel export are awesome. More than that filtering options are really helpful to generate custom reports to submit the reports to management or higher authorities.

TallyPrime - the most commonly used accounting software

Vantagens:

ease of finding tally trained people, customisation possibilities

Desvantagens:

many commonly used features , available in free addons can easily be incorporated in main software but not done

Comentários: Tally was the first ever software that I worked and now after working with Tally Prime, it has proved how much the software has evolved. This is by far the oldest and most trusted software.

Vantagens:

It is easy to comply with the Indian Taxation (GST) with this software. It is very helpful for preparation and uploading of GST Returns directly from the software. It is very easy to learn and it is very quick as there are shortcuts for each function and they are very easy to learn. Contacting their support is quick and they are very helpful. There are several menus to analyze and present data.

Desvantagens:

UI can be improved. There are charges to change the version and the changes are to be done manually. We need this on cloud storage basis,

Tally User Experience as an Assistant Accountant

Vantagens:

it gives more convenience by providing short cut key information on the right side of the screen with its respective headings as its always easy for users to use short cut keys to access data with more speed with our limited time in the work environment

Desvantagens:

narration for the transactions are limited or most of the time when we get printed the voucher some parts of the narration are missing as it has given limited lines which make inconvenience when we have to write a detailed comment of the vouchers, specially for the payment voucher where we have to pay our suppliers and get it signed

Comentários: If anyone is beginner then must go for this software.

Vantagens:

1. Extremely easy to understand and easy to use. 2. Serve as an ERP product for the organization 3. Customised reports 4. Regulatory compliances inbuilt in software 5. Preparation of financial statement made easy. 6. Complete audit trail. 7. Multi-user facility and remote user facility like Tally.Net services 8. Easy setup

Desvantagens:

1. Cloud services not available unlike Quickbook or other software. 2. Only desktop version available, web version not available. 3. Some advance features missing like auto bank statement download, regular auto posting etc. 4. Mobile or Tablet not supported.

What our user like about this products is the ease of use and simple design that is easy to understand by our users.

Nothing to hate on this products for it does what we need. Maybe just a bit of improvement visual and design on the next version will be helpful.

Tally Pime: The Best Accounting Software Ever....

Comentários: OMG! I have been able to carryout bank reconciliation regularly with ease, thanks to the automated reconciliation feature in Tally prime. The E- invoicing, E- way billing, expense tracking of stock items and the very many financial reports has turn my weekly management meeting presentation to interesting time. Tally Prime is so so good.

Vantagens:

Wao, the E-invoicing and E-way billing as well as financial reporting in Tally Prime has made my daily task as accountant less stressfully, it is great great great.

Desvantagens:

Well I only notice the UI and UX may not be splendid but what is that compare to the great functionalities.

Easy to use

Comentários: We are using this application as a financial accounting system and it is helping us keep track of all accounting entries and its reporting from both user as well as statutory point of view.

Vantagens:

The software has been used my many Companies and is easy to manage from the IT Admin point of view. The users too find extreme satisfaction when using it as the reports and working of the system is simple and configurable.

Desvantagens:

The software is not online enabled. It is a desktop based application and the Company is not thinking of making it available as an online application or on mobile.

The best accounting package for India atleast

Comentários: Anyone in India form the SME space would have used this for sure. I am no different.

Vantagens:

Compliance with the norms in India and mind you they keep changing frequently. Tally updates the product on a regular basis to give us the latest.

Desvantagens:

The UI is pretty tacky. Can do a lot to enhance that. No true web experience as it is a thick client.
