So we have to keep escalating up the ladder to finally find someone who has the knowledge and problem solving skills that we need. This is especially the situation with issues involving billing and revenue cycle management. Sometimes it is necessary to communicate with the Support team as tickets can be left alone for extended periods of time. > > We have been underwhelmed by the post-implementation phase of this software. We are still waiting for functionality for travel time generation that is legally compensable to some field staff. In the sales process this was reviewed and no issues were stated with our expectations; following implementation we have not been able to get it to work in the 16 months since we implemented.
