Comentários: Eu uso o Zapier para integrar diversos processos entre diferentes aplicações. Uso muitos webhooks para disparar automações e uso o zapier para fazer a integração via webhook. Para quem é desenvolvedor talvez isso seja besteira, mas pra quem não é, o Zapier ajuda demais a vida. Tenho bots que me avisam quando coisas importantes acontecem na operação. Por exemplo, toda vez que tem uma venda, o Zapier envia uma notificação disparando uma série de fluxos. Sem o Zapier eu não conseguiria fazer isso a não ser que contratasse alguém para integrar as várias plataformas que uso. Ele é super fácil de mexer, com poucos cliques você integra tudo o que precisa.

Vantagens:

Ele é muito fácil de usar, me ajuda demais a integrar diversos apps e aplicações. Em questão de minutos consigo integrar dois softwares e fazê-los se comunicar

Desvantagens:

Difícil falar o que não gosto. O app é excelente. Pra dizer que não tem nada, eu diria que só se ele fosse mais mais barato do que já é.

A melhor opção do mercado nesse segmento

Vantagens:

Única que oferece integração com o Google Ads para transferir dados. Integra com a maioria esmagadora dos softwares usados no dia a dia.

Desvantagens:

Preço dolarizado e alto, o que pode afastar usuários de fora do EUA ou Europa

O melhor software para automatização de tarefas

Comentários: É excelente, integro várias tarefas e consigo automatizar as tarefas que eram manuais, conseguindo assim atender uma demanda muito mair de clientes com o mínimo de esforço necessário.

Vantagens:

A automatização e integração de tarefas e os mais diversos apps e softwares espalhados pelo mundo.

Desvantagens:

Que não tem integração com o Whatsapp para poder enviar mensagens automatizadas aos nossos clientes.

Comentários: Uma ótima plataforma para realizar a integração de diversas ferramentas de forma simples e precisa. Funciona absurdamente bem para o objetivo proposto. Utilizei para a integração com o runrun.it e atendeu perfeitamente minhas necessidades.

Vantagens:

Possui um número absurdo de integrações, e que funcionam muito bem; A interface é muito simples e intuitiva; Os valores dos planos são razoáveis;

Desvantagens:

Não identifiquei pontos negativos durante o uso da plataforma.

Zapier the best application integrator

Comentários: As a digital marketer, I use many applications that I cannot keep an eye on all day or manually pass information from one application to another and I also need all the data to be synchronized. Zapier makes my day easier, connecting the applications that I use, it executes tasks automatically according to the rules that I establish. I love it helps me save a lot of time and money by hiring programmers.

Vantagens:

Zapier changed the way I deal with applications and tasks. What I liked the most is the automation of work processes, another of its advantages is that Zapier includes a large list of applications to connect. Also that the Zaps are only executed with a filter rules. The user interface is nice so that anyone with basic knowledge can use it without the need to hire a programmer.

Desvantagens:

The negative aspects of Zapier is that at the beginning it is difficult to take advantage of Zapier, due to the learning curve, the free version is very limited (the number of 'Zaps and applications), also something that I did not like is the customer support that sometimes does not provide solutions.

Lots of money for little action

Comentários: I feel ripped off. Simple as that. I spent hours setting this up, paid a lot of money for it and now they just go "hey - more money or we stop it"

Reasonably easy albeit not bug-free set-up

extremely expensive and full of antiquated limits that are out of touch with current developments. A 5 MEGA byte upload limit is not acceptable in 204

Wayyy overpriced.

Comentários: I am a long-time Zapier user waffling between paid and free for a number of years. Most recently, I moved to a paid subscription because the apps I use were able to connect. Many of my zaps only need to run once a day or even once a week and when I selected "instant trigger" they would run 100's even 1000's of times per day. For example, zaps that were to check new calendar appts were not just checking new, but going back months and years and checking old appts.When I contacted Support I was told they would only run when triggered. I had to increase the price of my plan because of the false triggers. During the time I stayed on a paid subscription, I contacted Support a number of times and found their support to be very lacking (compared to 5 years ago). Support was not able to understand my issues, resolve them or explain why a trigger was running 1000s of times per day and more importantly find a way to stop them.I moved to another app because the pricing was much better (read: way cheaper!) and support was able to resolve issues. Overall, I found Zapier wayyyyy over priced.

Vantagens:

Zapier connects to almost all of the apps out there.

Desvantagens:

Overpriced.Poor support.Support not able to resolve issues tied to zaps over-running.

Realiable but flimsy

Comentários: Great, as worflow management tool it does its work, however, there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to usability

Vantagens:

I do like the integrations available, there little to no main platforms that you can't use in your workflow

Desvantagens:

Most definitely the UI, it's not user friendly or intuitive, sometimes it makes it harder tor even the smallest of the operations

Zapier is just amazing.....Can't function without it.

I like that Zapier has infinite possibilities of automation if you are creative enough.very simple and easy to use even for team members who are not tech savvy.

Desvantagens:

Nothing so far everything is working just as we've always wanted.

Zapier is a Must Have

Comentários: We’ve been a Zapier client for 2 years and have. Even very happy with the platform and ease of use.

Vantagens:

Zapier is very easy to use and streamlines all of our agency integrations for our clients.

Desvantagens:

The only con would be pricing which is a bit expensive.

Am incredibly happy with Zapier

Vantagens:

Endless possibilities for our non technical teams.I enjoy that it does all the work for me when moving lists,also how Zapier executes our actions at a particular time of our choice is incredible.Finally it has so many options to automatize a lot of things and is extremely easy to learn and use.

Desvantagens:

Apart from the upgraded plan being costly I have encountered no hitches using this platform.

Short-term Rental Automation with Zapier

Comentários: I use Zapier for automating most of the operations of a short-term rental operation. I have Zaps that handle incoming email and turn it into an entry into sheets, Zaps that transform contact info into calendar appointments and several checkpoint emails. There are many more uses than what I utilize on large scale projects but it's important to recognize the time savings, in the course of a year, on small business enterprises.

Vantagens:

I love how putting in work upfront can yield amazing, repeatable time savings over time.

Desvantagens:

Very little. I think sometimes the way to get started on a Zap or how to structure (best SOP) Zaps may be a little cloudy.

Zapier: the glue that holds businesses together

Comentários: Overall, I've found Zapier to be a vital tool in my toolbox as I've worked with a variety of companies integrating countless apps.

Vantagens:

Zapier is hugely configurable and it is the metaphorical glue that holds so much business infrastructure together. It works great, and it integrates with almost every product you've heard of.

Desvantagens:

Some of the integrations are very limited, and this really limits the ability of Zapier to do what it does best. For example, some products are only read only, or have triggers but no actions.

Great tool for automating tasks!

Comentários: Overall, my experience with Zapier has been very positive. It meets my expectations by allowing me to automate many processes without needing to code. It integrates well with the apps I use, and it's easy to set up and manage workflows.

Automates Every Day Tasks

Comentários: Like I said before, we use Zapier to automate tasks that we would normally have to do manually. Things that used to require extra man power and time are done automatically by integrating your every day apps in Zapier.

Vantagens:

Zapier is great at taking the monotony out of your every day tasks and automates them, saving you both time and money. Zapier does this by connecting to your most used apps and triggering actions depending on conditions that you set up yourself. A few examples of tasks that I personally use Zapier for include: - If our organization posts a new Instagram story, Zapier automatically takes that data and posts it on on our WordPress website to the social media section of the website. - We have a project request form where with any submission, projects are automatically created in Asana. - If I tag a project in Asana, Zapier automatically sends an email to the client that the project is complete.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it can be somewhat of a hurdle to set up certain integrations. Also, the integrations will at times stop working and it can be a challenge to nail down the exact cause. Usually the integrations stops working because of api changes with the individual apps, or if there was a password change with a user in the account.

Zapier has been one of the best and biggest game changers for our business

Comentários: My experience with Zapier has been great. It meets so many of my needs. It makes my job so much easier by taking so many important details off of my plate (and off of my coworkers' plates). When something goes wrong, the customer support is ACTUALLY HELPFUL! That's so rare these days. But Zapier has managed to have a good customer support who actually looks into issues, finds the problem and addresses it. I am extremely happy. We purchased Zapier for my 9-5 job, and I plan to purchase a plan for my own side-business once we've grown large enough for it to make financial sense. Zapier is a game changer for businesses.

Vantagens:

The thing I like most about Zapier is that I am able to automate all the boring tasks I used to do manually. It can do almost any of those things - whether it be gathering information and sending it out in an email or in a Slack channel, or assigning a task to a particular person, or sending us an alert about a client requesting a revision on a proof, or any number of other things. Zapier allows us to automate it all, AND it makes sure that nothing slips through the cracks (which used to happen if one of us got too bogged down and missed an important detail). Zapier makes our lives easier and it protects us from basic human error.

Desvantagens:

I'll be honest, I'm struggling to think of what I don't like. I think the main things I haven't liked are not Zapier's fault - like the way certain other apps have chosen to integrate (Dropbox will only let me work with my personal folder, not my Teams folders, really??) But that's not Zapier's fault. That's Dropbox's dumb fault. I guess something I don't like is that I find it confusing to understand where my tasks are being used. I think I eventually figured it out, but it was a little confusing and could be more user-friendly. I also found some of the error notifications confusing because it provided a link, but then I couldn't figure out what the error was or why it existed. I had to contact support. But support was super helpful, so that ended up being fine.I don't like that if I go to edit an old zap, it sometimes makes me have to run the trigger test again and then click through all the earlier steps before I can fix or set up a step later in the zap. But that's not a huge deal. It's just a thing I can think of.All in all, I don't really have a lot that I don't like.

Comentários: Overall, I LOVE Zapier and will be setting it up again for my (new) current business. It's easy to use, cost-efficient, automates your life and saves you so much time. Plus there are not many software/apps that don't integrate with Zapier.

Vantagens:

Zapier is amazing. You're able to integrate with most apps and software and then automate it to how you want. You can do so many different automation - more than you can even think of. You can set up data from one app to go into a Google Sheet automatically. You can have emails automated to go into your task manager. You can create a to-do list with any data. You can automate your business, your life! I used it for websites, Calendly, Social apps, to-do lists, excel sheets/Google Sheets, etc. etc. etc. More than I could name. It's pretty inexpensive for all it does and all the time it saves you.

Desvantagens:

The only "downside" to Zapier is just setting up the Zaps. Depending on what you want to be automated, it may take some time to map the integration. But once you set it up, you're good to go! I would recommend checking it weekly to make sure the Zaps are still accurate. Sometimes you change a setting in an app and it changes the map of the integration. A lot of times you just need to re-map the integration and you're good. Overall, I love Zapier and there are not many cons.

I feel like a magician when I use Zapier

Comentários: Extremely positive experience automating tasks that previously required substantial manual time and effort. Zapier has made our operations smoother and more efficient.

Vantagens:

Zapier has been a game changer for our nonprofit organization. It is easy to use with a No Code approach. Within minutes, I was able to set up automated workflows to integrate our donor management CRM, email marketing, AirTable, Google Calendar/ Gmail, and other platforms. This has freed up valuable time and resources allowing us to focus more on our core mission. Zapier's drag-and-drop interface makes it accessible even for those without coding skills and streamlines various aspects of our operations in an incredibly user-friendly way. I am a huge fan!

Desvantagens:

This is not Zapiers fault, but as I've gotten used to being able to make magic happen between apps, there are other apps I'm not able to integrate with or occasionally apps that do have integrations but not ones powerful enough to do what I want them to. For example, we use Dialpad as a shared phone number, but Dialpad can't forward text messages to email or Slack.

Workflow automation made easy

Comentários: Zapier has become an essential part of my business and my daily life, allowing me to focus on the business matters and thus providing a peace of mind. In order to be notified as soon as an essential email is received, we automate our emails to be delivered to the slack channel. We've connected our database alerts to Slack so that we can keep track of database usage at all times. This allows us to address issues, well in time.

Vantagens:

There is a wide range of applications supported by Zapier that we can use to enhance our productivity. Zapier's first-party apps extend the functionality of the service to unprecedented heights. Zapier can automate a number of tasks, thereby saving our time. I enjoy the wide range of apps that can be integrated with Zapier, as well as the ease of use.

Desvantagens:

In order to enhance our workflow, we need to integrate with practically all of the apps we use at our workplace. However, there is a limit of a maximum of 100 free zaps every month. If you automate Google Sheets and other apps, it gets over in a short period of time.

Helps me integrate everything

Comentários: We connect Shopify with other tools like Slack, google sheets, google forms, and other software that doesn't play nice with each other. It is a low cost low maintenance way to do this.

Vantagens:

We are using this daily to connect various apps and automate simple things that shouldn't be done manually. The basic functionality is very easy to set up. We have paid a developer to help with some more complicated workflows.

Desvantagens:

We had to pay for the higher tier plan (professional plan) as otherwise the custom logic and apps like shopify don't work. Also the Zapier Transfer feature wants to charge for every piece of data, and doesn't actually work fully. Seems to still be in beta so we went through all the work to get it started then it wouldn't run. IMO the Transfer feature should charge a prorated smaller amount since it's one group data transfer.

Great time-saver App for Admis managing multiple systems

Comentários: In general, Zapier has helped me a lot to simplify many tedious and cumbersome processes I had to perform daily, making my day as easy as Zip and Zap so there you go.

Vantagens:

Is so simple and easy to use, helps you to avoid complex API setup, even for non-tech staff, works extremely well on multiple integrated systems, the friendly interface makes it a breeze to set up and use in just one shot.

Desvantagens:

A few more options for different triggers and Zap customizations would be appreciated, some advertisement from Zapier is a bit misleading and clickbait, nothing wrong with it, since at the end is delivers most of what's promised, but, it would be nice to come clear from the beginning what you can do and get.

Integrate and Automate.

Comentários: I use zapier to create email response lists, schedule meetings online and in person, to send reminders, and to complete tasks that I don't have time for.
I prefer using zapier over completing repetitive tasks on my own although the free version has limitations and the paid version may not be accessible to small businesses or startups.

Vantagens:

Zapier eliminates much of the daily workload, like scheduling meetings and transferring or checking data. Zapier has a free version. It works with almost every app or business software. I think of Zapier as a bridge that also functions as an assistant. Customer support and the Zapier community help with any difficulties you encounter.

Desvantagens:

Zapier as a whole would benefit from a face-lift and some fine tuning to make it more user friendly. I want more features in the free version or something that's in-between free and premium. There is the concern that the software will malfunction, depending on what you've set to automate this could be disastrous.
