The Automatic emails are the best part of this software.
Gorrilladesk pricing is on point to make this product usable for everyone

I am sure that this will be fixed soon though with an update.

The mobile app is a big plus—our techs can handle jobs, notes, and payments in the field without slowing down.

The AI Agents are a huge upgrade. Being able to handle calls, texts, and web inquiries automatically 24/7—while still capturing leads and booking jobs—has taken a lot of pressure off our office and helped us close more work without adding staff.

What really stands out is how everything is fully integrated inside the platform. You’re not bouncing between different tools—the data, reporting, and customer history are all in one place, which makes it easy to track performance and make informed business decisions.

One of my favorite features is how you can send your own contracts and they upload them into the software to fill out for you and Premade contracts are great
