Despite occasional performance lags during peak usage times, its intuitive interface and efficient document management capabilities streamlined our due diligence processes.

Easy to use and ensures documents are easily accessible and secure
Comentários: Great experience and the support team were very responsive and helpful when needed
Vantagens:
Very easy to use and manage folders/documents. Setting up permissions and access controls are intuitive and the "view as" feature is particulalry useful to make sure the correct folders/files are accessible or hidden for the correct parties.
Desvantagens:
Was looking to try and freeze a portion of the dataroom but not all folders, unfortunately, this feature wasn't available

Good storage area for client documents, responsive website, I like that files open in separate tabs too
Desvantagens:
Search function isn't good/accurate, index sorting for new documents isn't set up efficiently

Easy to use VDR platform with lots of functionalities

Best dataroom provider I've used so far
Comentários: Good experience overall. Available support and once you've started acquiring experience with datasite it's hard to switch to another provider
Vantagens:
Good interface, user friendly, fast functionnalities (folder creation for example)
Desvantagens:
Suggestions of folder when you upload a document is not accurate at all

Awesome Product
Vantagens:
Datasite is very user friendly and the value can't be beat. It's a critical tool in getting our deals done and efficiently transferring data between parties in a secure environment. Additionally, their customer support is quick to react and troubleshoot any questions we have.
Desvantagens:
There really isn't much to stay negatively about Datasite.

Datasite VDR - The best-overall solution for transaction datarooms
Comentários: Very very happy. Easy and intuitive to use. Would strongly recommend over any other alternative.
Vantagens:
1. Intuitive and ease of use: ability to "View As" a group is game-changing, and gives you peace of mind in ensuring that permissions are accurate and important sensitive data is shared correctly 2. Customer support: Very dedicated team
Desvantagens:
All the below items are minor and do not change my preference for Datasite VDR 1. Speed of bulk uploads: can be a bit faster

Quality data room option
Vantagens:
Datasite offers a safe and secure environment where we can share sensitive information without losing control of who has access.
Desvantagens:
The tradeoff with security is speed and ease of access. Resetting passwords and two factor authentication are must haves for a secure environment but this can sometimes slow down the speed of access.

Vantagens:
It is fairly easy to navigate and there isn't 'too much' going on. This makes the VDR feel clean and simply makes it easier for me as the administrator to arrange everything.
Desvantagens:
Permission management can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially in terms of setting up numerous groups (in order to issues different levels of security).

Comentários: Not the most budget friendly choice but the most reliable option in the market.

It is a quite user-friendly and secure software.
Desvantagens:
The price is quite expensive compared to competitors. Bulk downloading is much slower after the recent changes in the software.

Vantagens:
I use Datasite for a number of the deals I work on. I find the product extremely user friendly, easy to access, and helpful to find the materials I need. It is top of the market for this software.
Desvantagens:
Notifications could be a bit more rapid and clear as to when new documents are uploaded, although it's not any worse than peer products.

Comentários: I like it! I've found it very easy to use and the people at customer support are helpful when I can't figure out a tool / have tech issues.
Vantagens:
I think it's easy to use, and I wish I would use it more; however, I don't set up the data rooms (the bankers send me links and I sign up for whatever one they choose)
Desvantagens:
N/A - it is my favorite VDR by miles. I think the next best is Intralinks, but Datasite is far better

Easy to use dataroom
Vantagens:
Very easy platform to navigate, making conducting due diligence and accessing the documents I need a breeze!
Desvantagens:
Some other datasites may have more advanced AI add-ins but I have never found those particularly useful
