Recrutamento e Treinamento

Comentários: Para a gestão de equipe, recrutamento e treinamento, minha experiencia foi muito positiva, indico pra outros empresários que necessitam de formação de pessoas

Vantagens:

Utilizei a Paycor algumas vezes no recrutamento e treinamento de equipe, e fiquei muita satisfeita de como o processo aconteceu e o retorno que tivemos de forma eficaz com as pessoas selecionadas. Equipe engajada e motivada.

Desvantagens:

Não tive uma boa experiencia com a utilização do software de RH e folha de pagamento, para esse recurso optei por outra plataforma.

Paycor is an excellent payroll software

Comentários: Instead of two days, payroll just takes two hours. We consolidated our use of three separate programs into just one. We've streamlined the supervisory process by automating several previously manual tasks, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Vantagens:

From sourcing new employees to managing my retirement, PayCor has me covered. I can select the modules that best suit my needs. Their method of execution is comprehensive, their follow-up is reliable, and their staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Desvantagens:

It's really challenging to distinguish between my belongings and those of my subordinates. It's a pain to maintain organized, what with having to manually delete old goals and add/remove team members.

Ease of Use

Comentários: Implementation was very rough and we are still fixing things almost 2 years later. The program itself is great.

Vantagens:

Ease of use for Payroll. Able to figure out payroll without verymuch effort.

Desvantagens:

Not having a dedicated representative for our account.

Lack of connection

Comentários: We use Paycor through Propay which may be the reason for our limitations

Payroll capabilities and ability to have self service

Desvantagens:

Disjointed HRIS. No links to managers at other locations. No links between job titles, depts, and flsa status

HR Manager

Comentários: I have liked every aspect of PayCor and it continues to provide more and more functionality like Employee Deve or improved services like Customer Support which has improved greatly.

Vantagens:

Easy to use and lots of functionality. I actually enjoy using it and it makes my job easier. Employees love the self-service and all of the many features.

Desvantagens:

Customer Support takes time to respond sometimes but usually it is on point.

Paycor is very user friendly!

Comentários: I prefer using Paycor over several systems I have used in the past. The ease of navigation and accessibility helps admins process employee requests.

Vantagens:

Paycor is very user-friendly. The point-and-click functionality allows employees and admins to easily navigate the system in both the online and mobile applications.

Desvantagens:

Some of the reporting is difficult to access and populate. I struggled to pull reports that showed me things at a glance; such as time sheets. It would be nice to go to one spot to pull all time sheets instead of individual employee profiles.

The Best Payroll Processing Solution

Vantagens:

When processing payroll, Paycor offers great features. It automates the whole process and also comes with tax management features.

Desvantagens:

So far Paycor has all features we need. No negative encounters.

Good Software

Comentários: Mostly positive experience. Employee management is fairly easy & we like using for time management & the application process as well.

Vantagens:

A lot of different features that make management of staff info easier to do.

A bit cumbersome to learn after initial setup. Some features not super intuitive.

Great ATS gone silent

Comentários: I absolutely LOVED Newton. I was introduced to Newton in 2016 at one company and loved it so much, I selected it for implementation at another company in 2018. The selection, evaluation and onboarding process was nearly flawless for a company that size and at the time, that new to an ATS. That company still uses Newton today. However, I hear that their calendar of improvements and upgrades have declined dramatically. However, when I went out on my own, of course, my logical choice was Newton! I contacted them four separate times with not one call/text/email back. Such a shame to see a great company ignore one of it's greatest fans. They have recently been purchased by Paycor as a part of a bigger group of solutions. I hope they get back on track with their roots of excellent customer service and forward-thinking product development.

Desvantagens:

At the time I was using Newton- there were no issues. Their CRM was non-existent (maybe in play now), but we were told that texting and a more robust CRM were in play. Now- Unresponsive to an avid fan- never called me back!

Link Business Strategy with Individual Objectives, Measurement and Performance Reviews

Comentários: We wanted a system to easily allow us to execute our Business Strategy through the OKR mechanism and link these to our individual Performance Planning and Review for staff. 7Geese fits that bill.

Vantagens:

7Geese makes implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in your business fast and efficient. It compliments this with integration to Performance Reviews and other feedback mechanisms to create a holistically mechanism to integrate Business Objective setting with staff alignment and engagement. It's simple to use and the interface is fast.

Desvantagens:

OKRs are a great way to set goals and align staff. Initiatives, which are the strategic steps to get to the Objective, need to be understood and tracked. 7Geese does not have a mechanism for this yet. If it did, it would be almost perfect. It would also be great if the software had better 'at a point' reporting on OKRs, so that more traditional static monthly status reports could be generated.

A Great Payroll Solution: Paycor!

Comentários: My overall experience with Paycor has been very positive. It is an intuitive, easy to use payroll solution that offers great customer service and integrates with other software. It does have some drawbacks such as cost and reporting features, but overall I am happy with the service.

Vantagens:

Paycor is an excellent payroll solution. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with other software. The customer service is outstanding, and they are always available to answer any questions I might have. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service Paycor provides.

Desvantagens:

While Paycor is a great payroll solution, it does have some drawbacks. It can be expensive for small businesses, and the reporting features are somewhat limited. Also, it could use more customization options for different businesses.

The timekeeping function is very antiquated. The available reports and report builder is not user friendly at all.

Ease of use. Well integrated set of products. Extremely well received and adopted by employees. Zero push back at implementation.

Desvantagens:

Customer support team is in need of product education. API's are difficult and cumbersome. Implementation was more difficult than expected.

Great product with a few tweaks

Comentários: In our early days of implementation and onboarding the system, everything was great. During the pandemic, we experienced a great deal of service issues, but I feel strongly that Paycor recognized those issues and is doing a wonderful job of resolving those issues and communicating the changes/additions they are making to better service their customers.

Vantagens:

The initial implementation of our first client ID was seamless. We then acquired another company and had to set up a separate Client ID for them. That process was a bit more complicated and it took some time to get the two Client IDs to mirror each other, but now everything is working seamlessly. We love the HR, Payroll, Time Off Tracking and Applicant Tracking Systems. The modules are easy to use and any questions or issues we have are answered timely.

Desvantagens:

The Learning Management System is not great. It's very difficult to use, and even though I've gone through the Administrator training, I am still having trouble using this module.

Payroll master tool. Industrious and dependable.

Comentários: Quick and accurate performance. Paycor is a must have software. It has reduced paperwork on tax compliance and payment tracking.

Vantagens:

It is always in order to respect other people's rights. Paycor brought me one the best capabilities to keep my employees committed and motivated to do more. I easily track their payments to make sure they're accurate. Paycor is easy to use and I can access it easily from any device. The autorun features keeps it at the top.

Desvantagens:

Paycor is good. It helped me jumpstart major payroll needs to greater heights.

Paycor is the best!

Comentários: This is my second company I have worked for that uses Paycor. My first company, I was there from the very beginning (implementation). I really like the program and was pretty savvy with the program.

Vantagens:

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Desvantagens:

Our company has bought pieces ala carte-- so it is a cluster--not Paycor's fault.

Paycor is a Fantastic Payroll System - and More!

Comentários: My overall experience with Paycor has been very positive. We switched from another platform that seemed outdated and not nearly as user-friendly,

Vantagens:

Paycor allows me to be self-sufficient in all things related to payroll. At a moment's notice I can look up and see exactly how much time I've used, and what remains. I can easily request time off and the request is sent directly to my supervisor. It just makes life easier! It is reliable and efficient.

Desvantagens:

I really don't have any complaints at all about Paycor. It requires some learning as all software products or platforms do - but it was pretty straightforward and simple. And that's saying a lot coming from someone who is not tech savvy at all!!

Paycor - It gets the job done within your budget!

Comentários: I am very pleased with Paycor. I find they get the job done, my questions are answered and that it is a cost effective solution for what we need. They are constantly adding more features and improving what they have.

Vantagens:

I love that Paycor offers a ton of options when it comes to being an overall HRIS system. I like that the systems talk to each other and that they offer basic functionality with an ability to upgrade to more.

Desvantagens:

With so many choices, it is difficult to know what is the best way to using a particular product. With the ability to customize, it can sometimes get confusing on how you USE a product vs how they coach/support you in that product. I find this especially true if you are a long term user of Paycor and it has been a while since it was set up.

Paycor is a decent Payroll Provider and HRIS for the cost.

Vantagens:

The thing I like most about Paycor is that it seems they do care about customer feedback. They try to address many of the issues their users face and provide them with regular updates on what is being improved in the system.

Desvantagens:

The customer service is not very good. Many of the representatives I've spoken with don't seem to understand the system and lack communication skills. On many of my calls to Paycor, I wind up waiting on hold for an extended period of time just for the call to be disconnected.

Glitchy Inaccurate Software and Terrible Customer Support

Comentários: While Paycor has the ability to be a great system, it is not currently living up to its potential. There are serious short comings when it comes to reliability and when those issues are brought up to Paycor, they are left for weeks being unanswered, or simply never resolved. I cannot trust Paycor to support my business.

Vantagens:

The software seems to be the all-in-one software that we need. However, in reality, the features are not well integrated and do not reliably function as one would need.

Desvantagens:

- Software is complicated, glitchy, and inaccurate- User access is not easy to use or set up and often changes without my company changing it- Paycor is not tax compliance for their clients, we've had several mailed notices about the issues- The support is unprofessional, chats ending without resolution, phone calls that say they're being escalated without any resolution- We have so many open tickets without resoution

Excellent scheduling and employee management software

Comentários: NimbleSchedule provides an excellent tool for business owners like myself to schedule employees and track clock-in and clock-out times. PROS:
Features:
They have a lot of robust features that allow us to run reports and have a snapshot of who was late or absent for each pay period, check what breaks employees are taking, etc. QR code time clocking:
NimbleSchedule also offers the ability to clock in and out with a QR code that employees have from their NimbleSchedule phone app. We printed each employees QR code and put it with their door keycard on a lanyard keycard holder. Then we have a tablet near the front desk so employees can come in the door, hold their badge up to the tablet and clock in. Then do the same when they leave to clock out. Tablet Admin App:
As mentioned previously, they have an admin side mobile app that uses the front camera on a tablet or mobile device that employees can use to scan their QR code and clock in or out. It works great and positioning that near the doors to our office really helps employees not forget to clock in or out and causing more work for our office admin. Support:

Only con that has negatively effected us is that there is no way to limit clocking in or out on a mobile device to a certain geographical area or based on IP address. They have this feature that only allows employees to clock in if they are on certain IP addresses in the desktop version. However, in the mobile app there is no way to restrict that so we had to disable clocking in or out from the mobile app. It's really not a huge deal since they can use their QR code and clock with the tablet but it would be a nice feature to have. Overall scoring:
4.5/5 - highly recommended. NimbleSchedule works for nearly all of our needs and rarely has issues. Couple that with their AMAZING support and it is a clear winner.
