Great Software

Vantagens:

Easily used software and all around a great easy to read set up

Desvantagens:

theres nothing really difficult about the software, the only thing is possibly the edit time option

It's easy to use and get the hours at the end of the week. Saves me a lot of time.

I'd like to be able to do a paid and unpaid portion of lunches split.

Easy to use and gets the job done

Comentários: Using buddy punch has been very easy to use and does 90% of what we were looking for.

Vantagens:

Ease of use and user friendly for everyone.

Desvantagens:

Would be nice to have a feature that can email you the timesheets weekly one a certain day in nice format like on buddy punch not in excel spread sheet where you have to make sure to autofit the columns to see all the info.

I love how easy it is to use Buddy Punch - especially getting the timecards approved!

Desvantagens:

Being in Canada, Buddy Punch doesn't connect to QBO

Buddy Punch is great!

Comentários: It is a great way to easily track hours and share them with my employer for approval.

Vantagens:

Easy to have on my phone but not disrupt my work - and easy to make adjustments and add comments from my computer.

Desvantagens:

It auto-punches a 30-minute unpaid break. With my job, I work hours where I get longer stretches without breaks and the auto setting is frustrating.

Good punch!

Comentários: It gave me good sense and understanding of my hours, it was easy to access everyday. It helped me to submit request and see upcoming holidays or days off registered by the company

I like that it provided me with accurate confirmation of my punch ins and outs for the company to pay me

I don’t have any complaints, just that I didn’t get to enjoy much of it

Time entry review

Comentários: I have had no problems working with this to enter my time.

Vantagens:

Very intuitive. I was able to use it the first time without any training.

Desvantagens:

When I add a new time entry, the calendar sometimes is off the bottom of the screen for the date I want. When I scroll down to get the date I need I need to I need to reset the entry box for it to work. The calendar should display above on the screen if it can't fit below.

Great Time Management

Vantagens:

Easy to clock in from anywhere and still manage how much time you've worked in a day. Easily tells you when you've gone past 8hrs, and also great for seeing when your team members are clocked in or out.

Desvantagens:

Wish the time wasn't in decimal form so that it's easier to tell how much time you should work without going into overtime.

Easy to use and streamlined

Vantagens:

Super easy to report time and have employees correct mistakes they make while tracking time, so its less of a burden for the admin office to validate

Desvantagens:

i feel like all the features are good and well designed. there is nothing that i feel that i "like least".

My Buddy Punch

Comentários: I can say that except for that aspect previously described, my overall experience with Buddy Punch has been pretty good, it's a practical and a great office tool, I'm a remote worker for my company so it really helps keep track of my working time. And I like its name, too, by the way! It really sounds cool!

Vantagens:

It's practical and friendly to use. It's also accurate and you can see your present week's hours in an easy way.

Desvantagens:

Something that needs to be improved , at least in my personal experience, it's that it frequently throws an error message and does not allow to punch in or do anything (just logging in and out) until an administrator fixes it. That has happened to me several times in 3 months that I have been using it, without changing PC nor moving to a different work space which is why it might happen sometimes, but it was not my case.

Comentários: Overall experience is great. A few improvement will make it near perfect but other than that its a very great tool especially for us working from home. Thanks Buddy Punch.

What I liked the most is its interface. Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate, check and track my work time.

Desvantagens:

Since its so easy to navigate and very user-friendly I think its sacrifices the aesthetic look of it. Not a major con and i can live with it. That's just my feedback. Also, lack of customization for viewing date and time. As I have said, not a major drawback but having that kind of feature is great.

Easy and intuitive

Comentários: Overall I've been very happy with buddypunch. It was easy to train EE on how to punch in/out.

Vantagens:

It is very easy to use. I added multiple administrators, and little, if any, training was needed. Most users were able to start using it very quickly.

Desvantagens:

I didn't like layout of some of the reports.

Buddy Punch Review

Comentários: Started using Buddy Punch in November of 2022 when I was Hired at Swift. I honestly like being able to login this way, see my entire week laid out in front of me- I just really like the ease of tracking my hours on Buddy Punch.

Vantagens:

I enjoy being able to clock in & out of my account with ease, easily fix any mistakes if I forget to clock out & make a note of it, etc.

Desvantagens:

Everytime I login it always asks me for permission to use my camera. I do NOT like this & don't understand why it asks me this every. single. time I login. Very annoying.

Great New System for Hourly Employees

Comentários: We have been using BP since Jan of this year and all the employees seem to like it and it keeps track of PTO, as well so we all know how many hours we have left and what our payroll hours will be.

Vantagens:

Very precise on time and calculates the hours for you.

Nothing so far, all the features are easy to understand and very practical

I really like how you can make your schedule very detailed with color coordination. Additionally, I like how easy it is to clock in/clock out and to manage employees.

I least liked the time off settings / program. For me, maybe it was just me, but it was a little difficult to figure out.
