Great financial saas for small businesses

Comentários: Great software that helps me getting a grasp on the financial side of my business. Easy to use, great features, clear overview and with a little bit of insight, you can run your business without the need of an accountant.

Vantagens:

- no price differentiation per invoice - very clear and speedy helpdesk - automatic assessment of costs - tips upon registration of documents - automatic text recognition from scanned documents

Desvantagens:

- getting it to your liking might require a bit fiddling with the settings

Comentários: Been fantastic to be honest. Very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They also changed a few things that we were looking for. Their logs for each document has only gotten better

Vantagens:

The ease of use and everything is done within the platform. There is no need for signing software. There is no need other than if you want to back up information to have any other storage software. I really the support time. Typically, within a couple of hours or soon you have answers to your questions

Desvantagens:

There really aren't many cons. The only one that I have found is that signatures for certain documents (CA) aren't appended to the document. I didn't understand why it was appended to all other docs. That really is the only compliant

Makes Things Easy

Comentários: It's been great, the platform has helped us a lot in streamlining our process for onboarding new employees and their support team is an added layer of security for us.

Vantagens:

The ease of use, it makes everything really simple to set up for HIPAA compliance.

Desvantagens:

It's still a lot of work getting the policy set up, but I don't know if that's avoidable.

Poor customer service

Comentários: The value proposition does not justify the high price for the platform. We have been trying to reach customer service for over. a month, through phone calls and emails with NO response. We are attempting to address the Charges we are incurring for the platform which have been charged with out our consent nor agreement.

Vantagens:

the education is good quality and the functionality is also easy to use

Desvantagens:

way too expensive, and Lack of customer service

ACCOUNTABLE IS GETTING BETTER!

Comentários: The improvements so far have been excellent. It’s now much easier to add multiple employees to the system in bulk, eliminating the need to manually add them one at a time.

Vantagens:

Accountable is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and provides clear HIPAA explanations. The training is especially beneficial for those with limited experience, and the overall interface ensures understanding without difficulty, making it an excellent tool for beginners and professionals alike.

Desvantagens:

What I liked the least initially was the difficulty of adding candidates already registered in Accountable, especially those who previously worked with a different company. When they needed to take HIPAA training, we couldn’t add them to our system because their user profile already existed. I hope there’s a way to access all registered emails, regardless of their previous company, so we can activate or include them in our organization seamlessly.

Comentários: Easy to set up and use, easy to monitor team engagement and compliance, a total resource for small firms like ours to know what to do.

Vantagens:

1)Responsiveness of your team to questions - it's nice to have an expert in this field. 2) Ease of use of the product - I especially love the dashboard 3) Comprehensiveness of the solution - the ability to send BAAs and other documents from the software are huge wins!

Desvantagens:

The video content is great - but now that we've been using this for a few years, my team has mentioned that they are getting bored with with videos -they know what to expect and it's not holding their interest.

Comentários: It has truly been an excellent experience. The platform makes tracking user training, policies, data inventory, and more incredibly easy. On the rare occasions we encounter an issue, the support team is quick to understand our needs and collaborates effectively to resolve it.

Vantagens:

The support. Aside from a one-stop-shop for all compliance needs, we choose to say for their attentive and knowledgable support teams.

Desvantagens:

Small, insignificant, bugs that once reported are handled quickly or queued for update very soon.

Great for HIPAA / Security training.

Comentários: Generally positive, the value proposition for our specific use case is unbeatable on the market.

Vantagens:

Extremely affordable HIPAA training for an uncapped amount of users at a fixed price.

Desvantagens:

Functionality is very manual, requires a lot of time spent in accountable to get the full Benifits of the tool.

Easy to navigate and 24/7 support team. Suitable for both small teams and larger organizations, with tiered pricing plans to match.

Desvantagens:

None as of this moment. This product helps a lot in terms of compliance monitoring.

Easy and Intuitive

Comentários: Easy to use and implement. My employees got certified exceptionally fast. The questionnaires are simple and easy to complete and assign

Vantagens:

Intuitive and very easy to use and user friendly.

Desvantagens:

It would be nice to have more video walkthroughs so we aren't reliant on scheduling meetings with support

Accountable Feedback

Comentários: Overall, very content with Accountable and helping us stay HIPAA compliant.

Vantagens:

The simplicity of the platform and the follow up by our rep to make sure we are on top of everything and any new officer is onboarded quickly.

Desvantagens:

It seems very rigid. Compliance is not the most interesting part of any job. While what Accountable provides is very helpful and to the point, finding a way to make it less dry could go a long way.

Wonderful Product

Comentários: They've been great. Always responsive and willing to attend to my needs.

Vantagens:

I really like the sales team and support team that works with me. They are always available for answering my questions and supporting me through determining next steps in ensuring compliance.

Desvantagens:

I'd like to see the folks I am working with through zoom and not just the voice. I also wish there was more "hand holding" to personalize the policies, I just am so unsure, the extra support would be useful.

Vantagens:

Simple, Easy to use, and Reminders/Notifications.

Desvantagens:

Some of the "Standard" Document Templates are not in depth as we would like. However, they provide a good starting point.

Onboarding officer's thoughts

Comentários: easy peasy, onboarding new staff or yearly renewals are supper easy to keep track of.

Vantagens:

easy to keep track of employee progress. with a few click I can see who is and is not compliant

Desvantagens:

I would like more courses for our staff to learn about cyber security

Handheld approach to HIPAA

Comentários: Accountable gave us a direct email for any questions. This helped us tremendously when going for HIPAA compliance; together with the handheld approach of their platform.

Vantagens:

I like the handheld approach to HIPAA. This certification has helped us close significantly more clients.

Desvantagens:

The UI could do with some improvements, but otherwise the product is good as is.

Good to use for training and easy to track who has completed necessary trainings. Also let us know of a data breach.

Desvantagens:

No cons that I can think of...it is very easy to use.

Wonderful Supplement to our QA team and QMS

Comentários: Everything from set up to ongoing support has been great. Although we have not needed it, the availability of an EU based DPO is a great insurance measure.

Vantagens:

Very easy to set up, navigate and reminders when trainings are due.

Desvantagens:

Honestly, there are no cons that I can think of.

There wasn't anything specific about Accountable that I did not like. No real complaints.
