We are using that product now. It is a more user-friendly product through Form Simplicity I called DotLoop to cancel My subscription and was offered an appointment 2 weeks out to speak with a customer representative\! I let them know that would not work for me and asked for a call back same day. I was asked what country and time zone I was in. I told them USA, eastern time. A phone call was scheduled 2 days out\!
