Comentários: Overall, my experience with Booqable has been positive. The software offers robust features for inventory, order, and reservation management. Comentários: Booqable has been an essential tool for running Humdiger Rentals, helping me efficiently manage bookings, inventory, and customer transactions. With a diverse catalog that includes tables, chairs, linens, inflatables, games, audio-visual equipment, and special event items. The platform’s user-friendly interface allows customers to book seamlessly, and the automated workflows save me valuable time. As I continue growing the business, Booqable’s features ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for any rental business!

Vantagens:

Booqable makes it easy to track availability, process deposits, and streamline reservations. I use both the website functionality for customer facing services and the inventory management backend.

Desvantagens:

Booqable charges its fees in USD while I earn in CAD. This sometimes means that my subscription fees are higher than I expect due to exchange rate variations.

It's not for everyone.

Comentários: Frustrating. I've now put three companies online with Booqable within a year. The price is always the matching factor for start-ups. Booqable doesn't offer alot in terms of features. THIS IS NOT FOR A BUSINESS WHO PERFORMS SALES AND RENTALS. This product should only be considered for rental businesses only. My first company was rental and small sales for accessories and it was a nightmare. Booqable sells it's features that include sales and the product is very much not sales set-up.

Collecting payment from customers. Having a website the communicates with inventory.

Desvantagens:

Where to begin. The Booqable features included emphasis that sales were offered with their product and no limitations. When we got into it, with my previous company, it turned out that they couldn't perform simple sales transactions. We were very upset about this. The website templates are pretty restricted, and don't offer alot of flexibility with design layout. If you're super picky on design, I would say this may not be a good fit for you. There's so many basic features that just make sense that they don't have and when you ask for the item to be added asap, they simply say "We'll add it to our list, thanks." This product is for very basic users. If you want functionality that may be above and beyond, this is not for you. We set up using one of the templates. At no point did anyone state that you couldn't add photos or videos to the particular template. Built our whole website and then found out we couldn't add video. Now migrating to another site.

Top software ever for rental small business

Comentários: We have found a partner who cares about the needs of rental; the interface is nice, functional and easy to learn for new workers. The integration with websites is crazy! A real revolution for our young company.

Vantagens:

1.Stable web services 2. Great software any rental business easy to use. 3. Customer interface is easy and they rarely get confused 4. Fair Yearly Bill 5. Managing booking is also very intuitive.

Desvantagens:

1. They should include better website traffic data for their basic plan. 2. They don't allow videos as there website templates (as far as I know). 3. I wish they had more payment provider options EX Square

Comentários: Excellent. As I said, it feels as if it was custom made for my needs.

Vantagens:

Ease of use. It truly feels custom made even though it is not. You can tell that they are experienced in the rental business dynamics.

Desvantagens:

First and foremost is that they want to charge highest valued plan if you need reports. They are essential for any type of business owner, paying 95 USD and have more users than I need is not worth, but I depend on the reports that are not available on the 35 USD version.

Booqable has been a life saver.

Comentários: I'm pleased that I found them for my party hire business it's easy for me and my customers to navigate plenty of great themes and support 24/7.

It gives so much support which is great for me as I'm really not that computer savvy.

I have problems uploading some images as they are either to small or to big.

Simple user interface, can quickly add new items to inventory, EXCELLENT customer service - we’re needy and Booqable’s customer service team always delivers!

Desvantagens:

Would love a different online catalog option (one that didn’t require an external link and additional window to access inventory catalog), and would like more inventory detail options when importing inventory.

Highly flexible, intuitive and customer friendly

Comentários: This is a solid platform that is fairly easy to learn. The UX is mostly intuitive and the value is impressive. I have a robust business and have yet to need tech support for anything. I do wish they didn’t make you pay for bundling or promo code issuance and management though. It’s a big price difference to go to Premium for these two features that I feel should be standard. Again this is an excellent product and I am very happy.

Vantagens:

Booqable allows me to manage the availability of my entire mix of equipment including buffer time between rental periods, periods during the week, month, or year I want to block an item from being rented, and when I want to block bookings when I am away on vacation. It has a lot of flexibility built into the back end so I can customize bookings, automate or manually send documents and a payment link, etc. It integrates pretty smoothly with my front end website hosting platform, and has been pretty glitch free. The price is fair and has been a big reason I haven’t looked anywhere else—Booqable has a lot of value built into its core offering. Again, it’s very flexible and inter-compatible with enough advanced tools that I cannot see why you’d need anything more.

Desvantagens:

Booqable can be slow with loading inventory information or processing certain commands like file downloads or checking-ins. It has gotten better lately though. The app is limited in its abilities to make or complete payment related processes.

Comentários: Very easy to use. Booqable is very easy to setup and in couple of hours we can have a web app which is fully operational.

Comentários: Love it! We look professional, we can manage our business, never over booking, the calendar syncs with our Google calendars so we can see at a glance what is up next. We are not bogged down with a system that requires a full time admin person to run it, its quick and easy. Its focusd on cloent orders and managing inventory ( in and out) and nothing else

Vantagens:

Its easy to use, affordable, can be used for both rentals and sales plus can be used as onlinr store or linked with a website, it also has build in payment features such as stripe

Desvantagens:

The system is geared for customer pickup, we deliver 95% of our orders, delivery fees are based on distance. We do not allow clients to book direct through an online platform because most of our inventory is delivery only, i wish there was a way to set up delivery with the system, it would save us a lot of back and forth with emails

Works if you need something that hold more than 600 equipment pieces with variations

Comentários: It is okay, could be better but the final product looks prestige.

Vantagens:

Fast loading speed even though we have hundreds of equipment. Ability to hide equipment and reuse the equipment/site year over year without have to input the data again.

Desvantagens:

That you have to use one of their templates and you honestly need to know some code to get it done. I had to have our website specialist to get this up and running smoothly. Inputting the equipment is super time consuming if it does not fall under their two upload options and their team can only help with so much.

Money Making Asset App

Comentários: When i fisrt opened the account i thought was going to be a long extensive learning curve instead it ia very intuitive, instructions are clear and in combination with the videos. I could add all my inventory with all their details in a few hours. I love the web integration as well for my website. Works like intended. The fact that also has its own showcase website is fenomenal. You can actually design it. Let you use stripe as a payment service. And the final part i like is that keeps track of all my inventory activities, bookings, payments, customers and more. I like it very much. Thanks!

I love the amount of features that you got even at the entry-level price point. This was the perfect solution for our business to help keep track of our inventory.

Desvantagens:

I wish there was more functionality in the phone app. I almost always have to pull up the website version to get access to everything I need to do. This feels strange for me because almost everything else about my business can be done via a phone applications.

Awesome interface, easy set-up, user friendly

Vantagens:

At a glance, it just makes sense. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. Which in turn makes training staff to use it also very easy. The online booking integration adds a professional touch to the website and is easy to use. I love the automatic and integrated email templates. Another very professional touch to the customers experience. I send thank you emails with a google review link and it has boosted SEO enormously Organizing inventory is comprehensive and thorough. The development team is responsive to suggestions. Customer service is really amazing! They have answered a million emails from me over the years and I appreciate the team at Booqable, especially as a green business owner.

Desvantagens:

I found the locations feature to lack in many ways. The 'locations' in the software were not very separate and having all the inventory and all reservations for both shops appear each day was very confusing. Separate log-ins and interfaces would have made much more sense for us, as inventory is not shared across our locations. The work around was to pay for a second account and build them unique to each shop, which is annoying but worth it for us. I dislike that there is not a maintenance feature. Being a bike shop, inventory goes down and I have to make pretend reservations or remove items from inventory. Having some kind of maintenance feature could be really useful our mechanics to track items in repair, share notes and timelines. Luckily we are not performing repairs at this time. If we were also a bike repair shop, we would likely have to go with a different platform.

Vantagens:

Booqable made it possible for us to launch our rental service in a very cost-efficient manner. It would not have been possible without them. Their system is very robust for the base functionaliteit of a rental system: booking, reservation and asset tracking over time. The website builder is very intuitive and you can really get great and professional results without getting into the technicalities. Also the existing links with external apps work very well. I'm particulary happy about the flexible payment and invoicing options provided by booqable and the collaboration with Stripe.

Desvantagens:

While Booqable has proven to provide great value and support for launching our rental company, it's just not quite flexible enough in some regards. For example: delivery options are very limited, it's not possible to set article (or variant) specific rental periods, pop-ups for marketing actions or mailing list subscription is not possible when using the booqable website builder, neither is a chatbot. All not really business-critical, but would be nice to have.

Nothing major, but I do wish the website builder had a feature to allow adding custom coding. I’ve already suggested this to their customer service, and they’re working on it. It would be really helpful for tracking our company website through third-party tools.

I had zero experience with website design before starting with Booqable. The support team made success possible for me and delivered a product I can be proud to share.

Vantagens:

Booqable is clear in what it is (and is not). What they do, they do well. I really appreciated the availability of the various "ready to go" themes that could jump start my creativity in building a website from scratch. For someone brand new to the process, having a beautiful and professional looking theme that closely matches your industry, along with a step by step process that leads you through completing your website, is excellent. You feel like you are making progress right away! In addition, I cannot say enough positive things about Booqable's team of support staff! I opted for additional paid training sessions which were recorded for me to review over and over again in my own time - these were a life saver! I began my work with [sensitive content hidden] and completed my training sessions with [sensitive content hidden]. Both of these individuals were professional, kind and most of all patient. [sensitive content hidden] was encouraging every step of the way, working to understand our business, our inventory, answering my many questions, showing me exactly how to work with Booqable features and consistently following up and following through on promises. I relied heavily on these sessions , even getting up WAY early (due to time zone differences) to get the information in this supportive way. It felt like we were friends by the end of our time working together.

Desvantagens:

Some of the labels and terminology used on the site were unfamiliar and unclear for me. I struggled to understand initially how to get Booqable to do what I wanted.
