Vantagens:

Níveis gratuitos sempre são satisfatórios, ainda interagem com o e-mail.

Desvantagens:

Nada a reclamar, pois está atendendo as minhas necessidades.

Útil, mas caro pelas funcionalidades

Comentários: Usamos por quase 3 anos na empresa, mas a ausência de ferramentas de gestão e controle geral nos direcionaram para troca do sistema.

Vantagens:

É fácil de utilizar, possibilitando o controle de tarefas num geral.

Desvantagens:

Apesar de útil, faltam ferramentas de gestão (comparação por exemplo com ClickUp)

Avaliação MeisterTask

Comentários: O principal problema que tentavamos solucionar era o da gestão da equipe de TI, porém pela falta de dashboards e resumos interativos o MeisterTask não era o software que solucionou nossos problemas.

Vantagens:

A facilidade de acompanhar o tempo gasto com cada tarefa realizada pela equipe. E a possibilidade de aplicar a metodologia SCRUM para projetos de desenvolvimento de TI.

Desvantagens:

A falta de dashboards interativos com resumos por equipe, a dificuldade na exportação dos dados para criação de dashboards em outros softwares e a constante tentativa de solicitar que aumente o tier de precificação do site.

Gestão de Tarefas e projetos

Comentários: sempre foi uma boa ferramenta, porém estamos testando outra para provavelmente substituir por conta das funcionalidades disponíveis apenas para usuários premium

Vantagens:

ferramenta facil de aprender, funciona bem em tempo real e possibilita cadastros de campos personalizados

Desvantagens:

funcionalidades específicas apenas um usuário premium pode usar, infelizmente isso não é interessante para a empresa.

Vantagens:

O produto é bastante intuitivo e fácil de utilizar, a maioria dos recursos que preciso estão logo ao meu alcance.

Desvantagens:

A falta de recursos que outros produtos possuem é na minha opinião o que falta para o Meister ficar 5 estrelas.

Uso da ferramenta MeisterTask Free

Comentários: No geral, eu adoro esse software, tem várias funcionalidades mesmo para quem usa a versão free, ajuda a organizar minha rotina de processos e projetos, deixando de forma clara o status dos meus projetos e atividades.

Vantagens:

É um software descomplicado que oferece bastante opções na versão free, ou seja, se você não demanda inúmeros recursos e quer apenas controlar pequenos projetos, é o software perfeito para isso. Tem uma interface prática e intuitiva, podendo classificar via tags e afunilar as atividades, criando várias lanes de progressão.

Desvantagens:

Na versão free, só é possível abrir 3 projeto simultâneos, o que dificulta para quem tem mais projetos e não pode comprar o plano premium, o que eu acho ruim, pois não há planos intermediários, só há uma opção de compra e é relativamente cara, pois é taxado em dólar.

Uso diarimanete a ferramenta

Comentários: Utilizo diariamente com as tarefas pessoais e da empresa, utilizo principalemnte o Kamban, acho incrivel

Vantagens:

O software é bem intuitivo, não tive dificuldades de utilizar pois já era usuário do Trello, achei mais dinamico e com o visual mais agradável do que o do concorrente.

Desvantagens:

Acho que poderia ser um pouco mais barato para o mercado Brasileiro, cobrando em Reais ao invés de cobrar em Dolar.

Programa muito útil no uso diário

Vantagens:

Eu gosto desse software por ele ser muito dinâmico, fácil de usar. Consigo me planejar com todas os afazeres da empresa e da minha vida pessoal. Mesmo a versão gratuita tem inúmeras funcionalidades.

Desvantagens:

Acredito que seria interessante a integração dele com o Google Agenda.

Meister Task Gabi

Comentários: Muito boa e satisfatória, pois me agiliza muito as tarefas no dia a dia do projeto que estou executando dentro de uma equipe.

Vantagens:

A praticidade de aprender a mexer e manipular as informações dentro do software.

Desvantagens:

Não gosto de sistema de anuncio de mudanças dentro do projeto pelos usuários, deveria ser mais informativo.

An excellent task management web application

Comentários: In my opinion, MeisterTask is an excellent tool for managing tasks and staying organized. It's user-friendly and provides an effective means for team collaboration. However, I do find the basic plan to have limited features, and the mobile app lacking in some regards.

Vantagens:

In my work, I find this application to be extremely valuable as it allows me to seamlessly monitor all of my projects. The user-friendly features are particularly helpful, allowing me to set my own due dates and easily organize and track my assigned tasks. Overall, it's a fantastic tool that greatly enhances my productivity.

Desvantagens:

While I didn't come across any significant issues, I believe there is room for improvement with the frequent crashing problem and the mobile app's performance.

Vantagens:

MeisterTask is remarkably simple to use and manage thanks to its clear and eye-catching design. MeisterTask's comprehensive reporting and analytics features offer insightful data and areas for development.

Desvantagens:

Even though MeisterTask provides a variety of task views, each view's customisation possibilities might be expanded to better meet the distinct preferences of our workforce.

Quick and Easy Task Scheduling Platform

Comentários: Not so great platform for overall grand scheme task managment. Better for summarised and on the go task noting.

Vantagens:

Quick and Easy task scheduling for when you need to write it down, but not necessarily great for detailed activity scheduling. Better for task noting and scheduling on the go. It's summary dahboard makes it easy to summarise task requirements that are simple and straightforward. The colors are not the most appealing, neither is the dashboard the most satisfying or the most relaxing. It's still workable nonetheless.

Desvantagens:

Intimidating overly crowded dashboard. The elements are not properly aligned. Misplaced QR codes and annoying color scheme.

Very Easy to Use

Vantagens:

You can assign tasks to certain individuals within an end date, add proposals to keep organize.

Desvantagens:

Meistertask has been super efficient and effective

Vantagens:

I appreciate how it gives you a general overview of your projects enabling us to track progress in all the tasks of a project. I also like how it allows you to tailor it according to your unique company requirements.

Desvantagens:

It would be highly beneficial if they added more project views to bring more flexibility to project management.

Great productivity tool

Vantagens:

I like the simplicity and choice of colors. Everything is clearly laid out on PC and mobile which is important to me because I like to jot down quick notes on my phone or tablet. It's easy to share tasks and files with other team members and collaborate on projects. I'd say it definitely helps with task management and daily productivity.

Desvantagens:

What I don't like is that everybody you collaborate with needs to have the paid plan or else the paid features can't be used.

The Master of task and time

Comentários: MeisterTask and MindMeister are two of my favourite tools for planning. We can try to remember all of our days details or we can remember the one place we recorded them.

Vantagens:

I started project planning with MindMeister adding MeisterTask was an easy add-on. I like the different view options, it helps me to see the project from different angles.When your manager asks "what did you do all-day?" You have a quick way to show them.

Desvantagens:

The layout takes time for people to learn so you have to plan to work people through the process.I am not asking for changes, just new process takes time.

Straightforward program that has integrated into everything we do

Comentários: We love MeisterTask and it has become a critical part of the way we operate. I have also used it personally for planning vacations and wedding planning, it is a great interactive way to keep track of any project.

Vantagens:

I like how easy it is to collaborate in real time, the checklist feature is helpful for organizing, the automations are super helpful to a busy team with recurring tasks.

Desvantagens:

I think the scheduling feature could be available across projects, and there could be more inter-project functionality.

Finally a tool that made me switch

Comentários: My experience with MeisterTask has been excellent. After using Omnifocus for over 10 years, I made the switch to MeisterTask, and I'm glad I did. The first thing that stood out to me was how beautiful the interface is. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, and the visual tool aspect is a major plus. Being able to look at my boards and have a bird's eye view of my entire life and projects is extremely helpful. MeisterTask has made task management more enjoyable, and I look forward to using it every day. I would highly recommend MeisterTask to anyone who wants a visually appealing, user-friendly, and efficient task management tool.

MeisterTask is a great task management tool that offers many benefits, but it does have some drawbacks. One of the main limitations of the tool is the lack of flexibility when it comes to customizing repeating tasks. Unlike other task managers, MeisterTask does not provide a lot of options for setting up repeating tasks, such as setting a task to repeat three days after it was last completed. Additionally, the tool is not as well integrated with Siri as some other task management tools, which can be a downside for users who rely heavily on voice commands.

MeisterTask used for media and film projects, works like a charm!

Comentários: This is the ONE project mgt system I like. I’ve tried everything else, they are always too cumbersome and detailed and cannot respond in a fast & fluid way.

Overall great app with only three areas of improvement

Comentários: It helps me organize my daily tasks and not forget about tasks which I do not have a scheduled date for yet.

Vantagens:

What I like most about MeisterTask is its Graphical User Interface which is very appealing. It makes using the program very easy and enjoyable. Also, it is not clogged up with information so you always have a good idea at first glance regarding what you need to do and what you have already done.

Desvantagens:

There are 3 things that I whish MeisterTask had: 1. Enhanced notification settings: The only thing that I found a bit frustrating when using Meistertask in a group project is that notifications are limited to the people asigned to a project or watching it. What would be helpful if there was an option where you could set notifications in a way that the entire group gets informed about all the activity. For example, we used one board as a notification board. So when there was information that the team leader wanted to give out to the entire group (so noone specifically) than he/she would post it there. Problem was, nobody was notified by meistertask about. That was one of the reasons why people in my group stopped using meistertask. So I strongly recommend that you enhance the notification settings. So that there are options where you can opt to be informed about everything that is happening on meister task. 2. Calendar: It would be great if there was a calendar which shows when you have scheduled your tasks. So if you set a deadline for a task that calendar should display it. That would just help with visualizing when certain tasks are due. Because now Im using another app as a calendar. Would be great if I could use meistertask for both. 3. Gantt Chart: Along with the point abovde a gantt chart would be nice too. So if there was an option to not only set a deadline but also a duration for a task. That can then be displayed in a gantt chart. That would be awesome.

Vital and satisfactory tools for organized professionals

Comentários: A great tool to be used in a daily basis in any bussiness or just for the pleasure of being an organized individual.

Vantagens:

MeisterNote comes as a great addition to the gratifying tools of Meister. Alongside with MeisterTask and MindMeister these are all the tools needed to assure quality with a nice workflow. MeisterNote is handy and helpful to be able not just to take structured notes in a meeting, but also to be able to organize them in an intelligent way easily, and be able to have them look nice enough for a presentation with other team members quickly.

Desvantagens:

I don't have any regrets at the moment..

It's great for task/project management and I like using it

Comentários: I enjoy almost everything about this program. It does what it's supposed to and does it well.. It's a pleasure to use and does exactly what I need it to do: keep track of tasks and projects. For agile management, it's a very useful Kanban-style tool MeisterTask's interaction with MindMeister is one of my favorite features.

Vantagens:

This software is fantastic. It's much easier to communicate with the entire team at the same time this way. As a way to keep everyone working together at all times, we use this method. It's convenient for us because we're often on the go, so we use it on our tablets.

Desvantagens:

There's nothing else I'd want to add at this time. It's nice, however I'm not sure if the fee is preventing me from becoming pro. I'm not a fan of the subscription licensing model in general. In my opinion, I prefer to get a product license, and then pay for an update if necessary.

In conclusion, the finest project management tool

Comentários: It's the finest app for managing tasks I've used so far. It's a professional-grade kanban app that doesn't skimp on ease of use. I keep track of time and tasks for both my personal life and my business life using this app.

MeisterTask is an Andriod app that I use for both personal and professional purposes. I've been using it on a personal level to keep track of my own tasks and reminders. In my current project, we are utilizing it to assign work at the team level, make notes, and schedule reminders for when certain activities need to be finished. These are just a few examples of how we put it to use on a regular basis; other applications include project management, time tracking, and a host of others.

Desvantagens:

Features for individual users of the free version can be expanded. Perhaps it's an Android device flaw, but notifications don't always appear when they should.
