Customer service is excellent! The system is easy to navigate and highly effective. Big shout out to their I.T. team and account managers. If you present them with a problem, they will not stop until they have an easy to use solution. Everyone is so kind and friendly to work with.

Desvantagens:

Some settings are automatic to the point that it is frustrating. It would be better to allow the user to have more control over settings. Also, it is best to call them directly or use their help guide if you ever need assistance. Which you will need a lot of assistance when you are first starting. The online chat is slow to respond. It took over 12 hours to get a response to a chat question. It took less than 10 mins to get an answer anytime that I call them directly.

Unhappy with results

Comentários: It was helpful for testimonials and putting them on our website, as they update automatically, but it wasn't worth the price for just that.

Vantagens:

I really liked the ease of use, and how easy it was for our clients to send us testimonials and reviews.

Desvantagens:

I was unhappy with how few of our clients actually made referrals. We got quite a few reviews, but little to no referrals.

Comentários: Very useful up until now - about one month of use.

Vantagens:

I like how it interacts with my agency management software and automatically sends out emails and contacts to my clients but I have the right to approve any communication first. It forces me to update my contacts in my ams.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the integration with the ams is not exact or I have to go into the ams to change it in order for it to work correctly with Rocket Referrals.

New to the program

Comentários: We have been pleasantly surprised at our customer response....that folks will take time from their busy schedules to give us "atta boy"s. It has been encouraging for our staff AND management. It is proving a good tool to assess what we're doing right and where there might be room for improvement.

Vantagens:

Although complex to some degree, it is a great program. Rep has been quite helpful with my questions and never grows weary that I can discern of helping me to implement the program for our agency.

Desvantagens:

A bit of a bombardment of information....so many options...maybe too many

Just getting started, but loving it.

Vantagens:

Keegan has done a great job of getting us started and the testimonials are already starting to flow in. We are excited about what the future holds with this wonderful tool and the testimonials have already had a positive effect on our morale, and the information on who isn't as happy is improving our service levels and potentially our retention..

Desvantagens:

Having to physically run a report to update info from our management system.

A lot of value for your customers!

Comentários: Easily touch base with your customers with just a few clicks of a button.

Vantagens:

This program is great. We are able to do multiple soft touches to our client base with a few clicks of a button. Whether it's thanking them for the referral or sending out a Happy Birthday card, this program can do it all.

Desvantagens:

The cost may come into play with a smaller business but overall I think for what you are getting, the value is there.

Vantagens:

Working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a wonderful experience where I feel confident that we're being taken care of. With Rocket Referrals being so in tune with the insurance industry, I'm excited to see our growth going forward. Clean UI, easy to use, great service team

Comentários: It's been a great experience. I recommend them to any agent that needs an automated way to communicate with their clients. It's too easy to plan to send a card or email or give them a call but then forget and get distracted. With Rocket Referrals you know it is getting done.

Vantagens:

It's very easy to use and has a clean feel to it. It's intuitive.

Desvantagens:

I would like the ability to create more customer communications. That's the only thing I'd change about it

Great way to connect to our customer base!

Comentários: Great product and takes minimal effort to use once you get everything setup. The staff gets to see all of the reviews as they come in so they get good feedback as well.

Vantagens:

Automated process to get a pulse on your customer base. Full integration with agency management system.

Desvantagens:

Gift card option on client cards should allow us to pick a specific vendor (i.e. Amazon) to create an easier process for our clients.

Vantagens:

Rocket Referrals is a fantastic software with an outstanding team! It allows a company to communicate and survey their customers in the best way possible. The software is capable of sending surveys, questioners, thank you cards, welcome e-mails and so much more. The best part; it can run completely on "auto" after you set up the preferences. Our agency started using Rocket Referrals a couple months ago and we have received so much feedback from our customers already. Not only does it allow us to follow up with customers without having to spend extra time on it, but it also teaches us how to be the greatest we can for our customers from the testimonies and survey responses. I recently participated in one of the Rocket Referral webinars and it was enlightening! Every time I have a conversation with someone at Rocket Referrals, I am always impressed with the passion each person has about Rocket Referrals and their clients. Your questions always get answered and everything is done in a very professional matter. Rocket Referrals is very simple to set up, run and use. I highly recommend Rocket Referrals to anyone!

Comentários: I have told many of my peers about Rocket Referral and have given brief demonstrations about how wonderful Rocket Referral is for our business. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is wonderful to work with and so very helpful and patient.

Comentários: RocketReferrals helps us generate ratings, reviews, and testimonials. Doing so helps us become more visible to our target audience and better understand where our product gaps are.

Vantagens:

RocketReferrals does exactly what we need it to. There is logic built into the software to ensure the greatest success of the users/organizations using it. Above all, they have an excellent team that is always willing to help onboard and train new users (speaking from personal experience!). I'd recommend it to other businesses and organizations.

Desvantagens:

Initially, I was hazy on how some features work together, but the person working with me was very helpful in catching me up to speed.

We loved how easy it was to turn on this product and get it up and running. I check in with it daily and there's always up to date information and content.

Vantagens:

Love getting good feedback and sharing with our team. Devin is GREAT to work with! RR helps us stay in contact with our customers. It is super easy to use and ties right in with our management system.

Desvantagens:

Great tool for tracking referrals

Comentários: They have a great support team and really focus on bringing requests from customers to a reality with product enhancements

Vantagens:

I like how easily you can send thank you/ referral cards and customize your handwritten message on the cards.

Desvantagens:

There's nothing really that I don't like. It serves the purpose for our customers, integrates with the agency management platforms

Comentários: I have enjoyed the onboarding and training sessions. Easy to follow and my brain just keeps thinking of ways to use the platform to my advantage.

Comentários: I really like hearing from my clients in a positive manner. I think they are seeing that we care about them, especially with the touchpoints RR has in place.

Vantagens:

How it finds duplicates and errors. How easy it is to use.

Desvantagens:

I wish it was part of Ezlynx so it's all in one. I love this software.

Comentários: We have never completed a client survey, so the feedback is great.

Vantagens:

I like the ease of use of this software so far.

Desvantagens:

Would like to see more on the back end. I think seeing the analytics would be helpful. Who opened the emails, what did they look at, did they read the whole email, etc.
