Weave - Lots of tool on One Platform
Comentários: It has been an excellent experience. Really enjoy working with weave and they are receptive to new features.
Vantagens:
Lots of tools built in. Reminders, reviews, payments, texting, and phones.
Desvantagens:
Analytics is not available for Eaglesoft yet. It'd be nice to have an even more all in one solution.
customer service is lacking
Comentários: Looking for an alternative. Like the texting with patients (attaches to our patient database). but the wheels are starting to fall off. Would not rely on this for payment collections (per their website, major outage with this function at the current time 07.16.2024).
Vantagens:
saved our bacon during covid (texting w patients, bulk messages, etc)
Desvantagens:
Software glitches are growing. Takes a long time to elevate to Tier 2 support. Resolution then takes days/weeks. Business model has evolved to SAAS. Wants to charge a monthly fee for physical phones that can be purchased for $100/unit (we have had ours no issue with ours for 4+ years).

We've been using Weave since June of 2021 and let me tell you, we have had troubles since the day that we went live with our install, and they STILL haven't been fixed.
Day One: There was no follow-up with our installation to make sure everything was working properly, we’re a vet clinic and do have emergencies that need attention right away, so having working phone lines is extremely important! I reached out to my install guy right away that I was noticing issues and got no response, I then called the technical support and waited on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes until someone got to me. After trying to troubleshoot with them for awhile we never got our issue fixed and said that someone will be calling me from a different department, that call didn’t come for about 2 weeks. When I did the demo with Weave, I stressed to them I was worried about tech support because they aren’t local and we are an animal clinic, so things need to work correctly, he reassured me that their tech support was great and that they are available to answer questions that anytime! (false) Basically any type of support is non-existent in this company. We are looking to switch and be done with Weave.
Vantagens:
Team chat feature, I like that I can message an employee individually instead of the the whole group.
Desvantagens:
Over the first couple of months, I was documenting the issues that we were having and was reaching out to Weave about the issues that were occurring. Just so aware if you are thinking about purchasing this software, the technical support won’t get back to you for weeks or they just don’t respond. IT’S A NIGHTMARE! Here is the list of issues that we are having…. 1. If a client tries to send a long text message, we won’t receive it. 2. Our appt reminder texts are saying the wrong time, so client’s will show up an hour later then they should be. 3. Phones will power off. 4. Our surgical reminder texts won’t send. 5. Some clients won’t receive the overdue vaccine texts. 6. If you try to pick the phone off of hold, you get a prompt that says, “invalid credentials” (I don’t even know what that means) and you literally have to try 8 times to get it off of hold. 7. It will send out appt confirmation texts for clients that have cancelled their appt, some of these texts that are going out are ones that they cancelled WEEKS in advance. 8. When you do the demo of the software, they tell you that if the client confirms in Weave, it will automatically confirm the appt in the Weave dashboard, that’s incorrect. 9. We’ve made patients inactive because either they’re deceased, lost, or no longer have and Weave will send out reminder texts for services overdue (but weird! It doesn’t send it out for patients that are active).
Patient interaction improvement has been off the charts.
Comentários: The overall weave is a great product, and the customer service is fantastic. Not thrilled with sales team that told us we had the appointment reminders capacity.
Vantagens:
The ability to communicate with patients quickly, efficiently, and professionally in multiple platforms has raised our customer service!
Desvantagens:
Weave is not integrated with our software as of date and appointment reminders were one of the main reasons I signed up with weave.
Highly recommend Weave
Comentários: We’ve been very pleased since transitioning to Weave in our office. It’s very user-friendly and provides helpful monthly analytics for our practice. Overall it has saved us time and allowed our office to run more efficiently.

Weave has helped our office with overall efficiency.
We are able to send forms prior to their appointments easily manually or have them automatically sent out for specific appointments.
We are able to text or email forms. We can text patients who chose that option of communication to help with lowering phone calls.
The ease of looking at the transcripted voicemail or listening via the app or phone is helpful as well.
We can schedule emails to be sent out each month as well for special events or closure notices.
We can also schedule bulk texts to go out for the times we only need to send it to specific patients instead of a mass message.
Vantagens:
Ease of communication and efficiency improvement across the office.
Desvantagens:
The glitches that happen every so often. Still, updates that could be done to better it.

Comentários: The experience our office has had is been really good. The support team is fantastic. I have no complaints other than spell check.
Vantagens:
The text message service is awesome. This service has saved our office a lot of time. I also love the app on my phone. I can check the messages and schedule away from the office.
Desvantagens:
No spell check when texting. I type to fast and misspell words.
Excellent Medical Complete Phone System
Comentários: We have used Weave for almost 4 years and migrated all of our offices over to the Weave platform. The migration process and setup is really simple. We are given the option to manage our own system from the platform or can contact support to configure all of the settings of phone tree, call routing, etc...
Vantagens:
Weave is an easy to manage complete phone system that is HIPAA compliant and is cost effective for our organization.
Desvantagens:
Support is usually helpful but at times, there is a wait to get ahold of a technician

Vantagens:
We are so busy with our dental practice and its nice that our patients can reach out to us with a text instead of a call. We can respond in between face to face patients or phone calls. We are able to provide patients with reminders of their existing appts and past due appts also. You can do everything seamlessly! We already receive over 150+ calls per day along with 150+ text msgs too! We have been with Weave approx 4-5 years- when they were the new kids on the block! They keep improving and impressing us all the time! We LOVE our WEAVE!!
Desvantagens:
some of the new features need a little tweaking - But I have no doubt they will be incredible once they get going!

Comentários: Overall I think Weave is a great benefit. I think that instead of adding new features, they need to work on properly developing their currents ones to ensure they work optimally. Adding new features just takes away from them having the best most efficient programming for what they offer in my opinion.
Vantagens:
I like how many ways you can access weave and connect with patients and staff. Overall it is easy to use and works well for communicating with staff and patients.
Desvantagens:
The iPad app cannot switch to landscape mode. This is a very basic feature that I would honestly expect a company to have. Also, team chat needs a lot of help. The team chat is organized totally different in the mobile app vs the desktop version. It needs to be organized by most recent conversation and should not allow for new threads to start with individuals. You can easily end up with 4 threads with the same person and it is really confusing. In addition, there is significant lag with the mobile app. If you get a notification on your phone and you go to open the app, you have to wait a solid 5 seconds for the notification to appear within the app. If you don't, you can't find the message anywhere. In addition, some individuals have a different version of the mobile app and the notifications on their chats never go away even after they have read and responded to them.
VOIP phone service for your veterinary or medical practice
Comentários: Over all the phone system has so many more "Pros" than "Cons". I was there went we had the old phone system but when we switched over it feels and sounds better. The app that you download on your computer is also pretty nice and user friendly. Sending faxes takes some getting used to, but if you want to go paperless than this is the way to go.
Vantagens:
Love the call recordings as there are many instances where a client claims they were told "???" and we were able to go into the call logs and see when they were called and what was said. Wonderful feature I don't know what we would do without. Also the hold music is a great feature that we love, as before we needed to buy a separate device and now we can just upload our own music for clients on hold or use what they have as default.
Desvantagens:
I don't like that it can be costly. I thought it was flat rate fee per month and if you have 10 phones or 14 phones it would be the same flat rate fee. But I have recently learned that if we added a new phone it is an additional $20 per month per phone that we want to add. Wish that wasn't the case. And would like it to be more backwards compatible with our Practice Management Software (PIMS) as our system will have a client with one phone number and when the client calls it doesn't always display their name. Even when I upload our client list directly, something seems to be over riding the system. example: our system will say "John Smith" but "JSmith" will appear on our caller ID.

Great product, support is lacking
Comentários: Good, we love the features and functionality. We use it everyday and our practice has greatly benefited from it.
Vantagens:
We love the mobile app, two-way texting, call recording and automated review system. Overall, we are very happy with Weave.
Desvantagens:
The support is seriously lacking. I've had multiple minor issues that Weave support has failed to address or fix. For example, we have had problems with patient photos being taken out of our practice management software by Weave. No one at Weave's support was able to help with this problem and they eventually gave up. Some add-on features are too expensive. Fax should be available for much less than $50 per month. The dashboard metrics add-on would be great but it's overpriced.
Highly recommend Weave for Dental offices
Comentários: We love Weave and are so happy to have this communications software.
Vantagens:
Extremely easy interface. Very easy to navigate. Extremely reliable and gathers information quickly to send reminders. The in-office chat option is extremely helpful in communicating information discreetly.
Desvantagens:
The only thing i wish that we could do is to delete a queued message. For example, if we scheduled a patient by mistake or for the incorrect type of appointment and change it afterward, it gathers the information in the queue and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Comentários: Great! The onboarding was very easy, the interface is very user-friendly and it updates within in a few minutes from our server.
Vantagens:
It is so easy to use, seamlessly integrates with our practice management software. I love that I can check my schedule, voicemail, and office texts from anywhere using the Weave app. The automatic invites to fill out a review for our office have been incredible. As a cold start, this has done so much to help build our business presence online. We have over 50 Google 5-star reviews after only being open for about 6 months!
Desvantagens:
It is definitely pricey, but I feel that it has more than paid for itself. It would also be nice to schedule appointments from the Weave app, but I don't think that is a feature.
Good software, poor support and customer service!

Overall we like weave software. It has helped symplied a lot of our tasks.
The installation team was incompetent. It set for a bad start. The person at onboarding team did was she could to help. Lack of follow up and customer service after she left.
Vantagens:
The ability to enter patient information to call and text them without digging into the EMR. Calling directly from the weave software without the need to dial the number. Love the text to pay link, the call recording, the patient history. Overall easy friendly software.
Desvantagens:
Integration with our EMR to avoid duplicate work. The system bugs a lot and thr lack of customer service. The limited option and basic platform to email marketing to our patient.

Using Weave for Dental Practice
Comentários: As a business that has used weave for over 5 yrs it has greatly improved our ability to be more efficient and communicate easier and faster with patients.
Vantagens:
The features we love most about weave is the pop up screen with direct text communication with patients. This feature is great or communication, scheduling and reminders.
Desvantagens:
The fees are very high compared to other similar systems and we seem to have a lot of user glitches. Though I will say that customer service is alway very helpful.

Comentários: We are capturing more customers that "call around" looking for a particular product with the ability to text pricing and pictures, specifications, etc. I like that keeps a log of text conversations for each customer. They have improved features so it is much easier to add a customer or details than when we started with the product. I like that we can follow up with a text when we reach a customers voice mail or mail box is full. We find that texting is a preference for many people now so Weave has been very instrumental in helping our business.
Vantagens:
We wanted a better way to connect with customers rather than using personal cell phones for messaging. We also wanted to capture the calls we missed when phone line was tied up. I found out about weave from my dentist who messages reminders for appointments, etc. I thought it would be a great way for us to message customers who have appts for warranty. I like the fact that a caller can choose to text a message to our office number. I have made sales on just text alone. Now with the added feature of adding pictures Weave is that much better for us. Now with the Covid19 precautions, we can share pictures of products or problems that need repaired , answer questions remotely without exposing either party
Desvantagens:
I think the developers have been great with constantly improving the product. The ability to add pictures was very helpful. The only drawback I've seen so far is that I get logged out both on my phone and on my computer, so sometimes I forget to log back in and miss messages coming across. Fortunately we have several staff that moniter the weave so they come ask if I saw my customers message.
Weave has daily technical issues that cost you money

Vantagens:
Everything they sold me on. How flawlessly it would all work. Not flawless and extremely time consuming finding out all the issues they have on a daily basis.
Desvantagens:
Since we onboarded with a Weave person who went on vacation during the onboarding process it has been a nightmare. The results are daily technical issues. Phones go out of service, they don't ring. Technical issues with the communication platform. So many issues that just pop up out of the blue and you are informed by a staff member and even patients. When patients are texting staff to communicate because the phones don't work during business hours it's OK with Weave. When they take weeks and in my case, months to correct an issue they are OK with that because it's not them having the issue.
Works great, until it doesnt.
Vantagens:
Ease of implementation and use. Shipped hardware to our office, very little setup, almost plug and play. Rarely has issues with phones.
Desvantagens:
Customer support is lacking in some concern. We started getting patients complaining about not getting sms messages. Looking into it, about 10-11% of all of our messages do not make it to the patients that want it. Over a month working with a support agent that can not / will not figure out the problem. Taking our office with combing through 1000s of sms messages to find ones that didnt go through. Get told that it has to do with how our website is setup. Fix that per their instructions. Nothing changed, and they refused to help or elaborate further. Contacted support over the phone and asked for a supervisor. They took my information and no one ever called of followed up. We will be switching to a new provider at this point.
WEAVE has been a game changer
Comentários: Weave has been great (well their customer support has really declined over the years) in their attempts to continually add features that eliminate the need to work with an array of companies. They are forward-thinking and understand what we will need before we know we need it. Customer support loves to NOT solve problems. We often find we are passed around to another person or that they are quick to point the finger in a different direction rather than fully looking to understand the issue and find solutions.
Vantagens:
Two-way communication. Patients are BUSY and don't have time to sit on the phone. They are able to send messages and check their messages at their convienece. Patients LOVE the text2pay feature. This feature has helped significantly with declined payments and A/R's
Desvantagens:
I know it is not a WEAVE issue but rather a Dolphin issue but I wish the integrations with Dolphin were better. I also wish we had the option to pick which phone # we text. Sometimes the text needs to go to the parent since it is due to financials, sometimes the text needs to go to the patient since it is related to scheduling.
Weave has changed our office for the better

We love all the texting reminders with Weave. We also love that we can respond to patients thru Weave. It was such a game changer. Weave is always updating new options for its users.

We look forward to when Weave adds the mass email option to patients
Dental Office Weave Use
Comentários: I really like the product. I feel like it could use some work on how it functions on different devices. Ex: the pop up on desk top. Schedule on app/ phone.
Vantagens:
Access from my phone with App. The easy use with the phone app.
Desvantagens:
Their seems to be a glitch in the pop up on my desk top. There also seems to be no ability on my phone to sort call or messages without completely scrolling through all of them. This is very time consuming and not efficient.
Good concept that has gotten very buggy lately
Comentários: Increasingly buggy software and support that used to be fast to respond now often takes days to get a hold of someone.
Vantagens:
When we first started with Weave we had good success with the software, good integration to our EMR, and high satisfaction. That is not the case anymore.
Desvantagens:
The software has become increasingly buggy lately on all platforms. There are no new EMR integrations lately and our current EMR has been unsupported for several years. If I could find something else that did everything weave did I’d replace it
