Speed and Accuracy
Comentários: Documentation time on daily visits is down by about 40% since starting with ChiroSpring. New Patient examinations are about on par with my previous practice management software, but I expect this to improve as I further customize the software to my practice style and my familiarization increases.
Vantagens:
The daily note is easy to customize, and the objective screen includes very chiropractic-friendly tabs to accurately (and in compliance) describe the patient's dysfunction with a touch of a button.
Desvantagens:
Lack of online outcome assessments, intake process.

Tish has been instrumental in the deployment and daily operation of ChiroSpring. Admittedly the software is complex and not exactly user friendly at first. However, you get used to things it seems pretty smooth. Tish and others have been fantastic and very patient with us dumb doctors. lol

We love how convenient it is to run our office - from managing patients at the front desk to writing patient notes, this program provides so many options to fit the needs of a chiropractic office.
Desvantagens:
We would love if a feature was added to be able to request a deposit when a patient schedules an appointment. We feel it could reduce the number of "no shows".

Thorough and easy to use constant updates for improvement they listen to us and they Adapt, Modify and Overcome and issue. Let me be clear, there are few issues and when there are issues they are on it to fix it.

ChiroSpring Has Changed How I Do Chiropractic!!!
Comentários: I am thoroughly pleased with the software. I'm even more impressed by the level of customer service and transparency of the staff. They find a way to keep us doctors in the know when problems do arise and are super quick when it comes to remedying the issue. I literally made a request or expressed a concern and the matter was fixed in just a few days. It doesn't get much better than that!
Vantagens:
The software is amazingly "smart." There is a continuity that exists throughout this software that makes it very easy to use in "real time." I love how all of its parts communicate with one another. Extremely efficient!
Desvantagens:
I was thoroughly impressed with this software from day one. Any issues I may have had then (which I don't remember) would have been short lived. The updates and IMPROVEMENTS are pretty frequent. It's like they improve the software with features we didn't even realize we needed until they're added. I literally don't have any thing negative to say.

Happy Customer for Over 5 Years
Comentários: We have been using ChiroSpring since 2018. The software completely transformed our practice providing an easy-to-use software that was also extremely powerful. Suddenly, billing became easy. Managing our scheduler was simple. Patients could book appointments online. Everything about ChiroSpring just made sense. We learned about ChiroSpring’s newest platform, ChiroSpring 360, which is a 100% web-based application. As a ChiroSpring Desktop customer (happy ones at that) we were hesitant to consider a new option (completely voluntary to switch by the way). We took a demo of ChiroSpring 360 and immediately fell in love!!! The interface is different, yet similar in many ways. There is a virtual front desk with the ability to move patients into rooms. ChiroSpring Pay is fully integrated which allows for storing cards on file or creating recurring payments. There is an abundance of reports available (they continue adding more). There are even Stop Managers and a cash register checkout process. While there are many similarities, the differences are not necessarily bad. With appointment reminders (included), there is 2-way texting. This is super helpful. If you use GrowthHub (a separate service but one I recommend), you can easily perform patient recall, request 5-star reviews, automate birthday messages and a ton more! ChiroSpring SEO is a part of GrowthHub which means we can manage any patient review from a single inbox, and our Google business listing is published to multiple websites daily (giving us an SEO edge over our competitors). ChiroSpring continues leading the industry. There is honestly not another option one should consider. Sure, we thought about Jane. However, it’s not chiropractic specific and lacks the customization and automation tools most chiropractors rely on. And Jane’s notes are just that, Plain Jane. For those who think they are saving money by using Jane, you are creating more frustration, more difficult notes, claims, statements, etc. The notes in 360 support columns and full customization with labels, check boxes, radio buttons, drop-downs and of course Macros (fully loaded into the system from Day 1). We’ve seen constant updates as well. And I’m not talking bug fixes. I’m talking amazing new features like scheduler time-blocks, an amazing new UI for online scheduling and more. We 100% recommend ChiroSpring to anyone looking.

A system for your functional medicine + chiropractic practice
Comentários: This system allowed our office to transition to completely digital while blending both the functional medicine and chiropractic care we offer. I appreciate being able to call customer service and work with the development team on adding features that help our practice!

Best Chiropractic Software in 17 Years
Comentários: My overall experience is very positive. The office procedures are more efficient, organized and the bottom line has increased due to better, timely billing practices.

Easy to learn and use Modern Interface Seriously Customizable Affordable Great speed Set-it-and-forget it Appointment Reminders Online Kiosk for New Patient Registration X-ray Module provide for excellent line drawing for excellent ROF Credit Card module is excellent to manage case fees, recurrent payments Excellent SOAP notes - customizable from simple, basic notes to really complex narrative-like reports Tons of reports for practice stats Great fool-proof features - triggers for care plan recommendation, Diagnosis updates etc before signing "Unfinished" Soap notes feature - excellent Great for Multiple Providers- My wife and I are both Chiros and its cool to visually see our schedule/calendar patient names at a glance in different colors on the same screen during our morning huddles. Easy to train staff and assign them individual log-in PIN so you can track their activities inside the software when/if you need to know. Great customer service and Online help!
Desvantagens:
Task assignment feature is good but may need to have both an "assigner" and "assignee" optional feature pop-up or chime feature for new task requests or overdue task...The visual "dot' is limited. X-ray module is good but we need some comparative reference for normal- either adding more line/curve drawing feature that can represent what normal should be or side by side markup image of what normal is - that would help patients to understand their problems Appointment reminders are excellent but I wish there was also a way to text or email an individual patient and/or group patients - such as birthday wishes, office closure , MIA campaigns etc w/o having to export it into another program that is not INTEGRATED with Chirospring. I think most offices would benefit from this.
Robust Software that Exceeds My Expectations! Love it!
Comentários: I am able to cut down on the time it takes to do billing by half. Probably saves me even more time than I realize. I used to use 2-3 different methods to bill and keep track of billing and it was a mess. ChiroSpring has put it all in one safe place. Payments are all integrated into the system. And, I love that they are extremely compliant with HIPAA. I love that I can email or call them anytime and I get immediate help and it's from real live people who work directly with the product themselves. It seems like a small team of people who really know what they are doing, they all seem to be on the same page. I like that a lot. I am a medical massage practice. I deal with a lot of auto and work injury cases. I have shopped the massage software world and haven't found ANYTHING that even comes close to offering what CS does. The work I do and the codes I use are similar to that of chiropractic. So, we are all speaking the same language. It works extremely well for me and my business. And the employees that I have brought on, pick it up extremely quick. It is very self explanatory. It's kind of like picking up an iPhone, all the little blocks are there to choose from and it makes sense. But then you can go really deep into settings if you so choose. You can really customize just about anything in the program. I love that. Oh! and it's integrated with a text reminder service, and as of just recently-- online scheduling! It's great. I don't see any reason why I would ever switch!
Vantagens:
I love the ease of use with ChiroSpring. I love the fact that I can do all of my scheduling, billing, pulling reports-- like patient birthdays-- to send birthday cards in one place. The features are endless, I don't even utilize all of them. When I have a question, concern or request, they always get back to me within minutes to hours. I love the customer service.
Desvantagens:
I can't think of a single thing I don't like about the software. Seriously. It's got everything that I need all in one place and the people there are so helpful.
ChiroSpring Is Amazing EHR and Billing Software
Comentários: My overall experience with ChiroSpring was exceptional. The support staff was great! There was a learning curve in the beginning as there is with any new software. The support staff got me functional within the first day and with a little bit of time, I had a great flow with all aspects of the software. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was exceptional with listening to my request and helping me as well. That seemed unusual for an [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I felt he took a personal interest in my ability to succeed with ChiroSpring.
Vantagens:
I liked the ease of exporting claims and reconciling. The appearance of the Front Desk page allowed me to visually keep track of patients coming in, checking patients in, scheduling appointments and ease of checking the patients out. The SOAP notes are easy to work with and seeing a visual of the numerical rating scale for pain of the accumulated appointments was a plus. I am a single doctor/staff office. I did all aspects of patient care, billing and collections. Without ChiroSpring, I wouldn't have had as easy of a flow to run those aspects of my business.
Desvantagens:
There were no cons for me. At times I had some stumbling with learning the software, but the support staff was helpful by phone or email.

Vantagens:
Speed and efficiency of chart notes is incredible. I spend much less time on charting and have better notes than I previously did. Customer service is outstanding and they really listen to requests and are always pushing through new and helpful updates. So easy to have compliant notes because of built in features such as keeping track of last re-evaluation, great goals sections with easy to track progress percentages. Reports tool is great. Examinations are a breeze to input with their built in evaluation tab. Requires less customization on the front end than my previous software. The newest update they pushed through was an absolute game changer!
Desvantagens:
Setting up electronic billing was challenging at first. Ledgers can be tricky to read until you get used to them. Writing notes in payments and charges can really help with this. It would be nice if there was a ledger view that allowed us to see both payments and charges at the same time rather than having to print the ledger. Since the newest update, documents imported into files don't display in chronological order (knowing Chirospring they will probably read this and write a fix ASAP).
Chirospring review
Comentários: So far we have been in business for 2 years at our office which is a staff of two with moderate volume. We have been able to get notes done and bill on our own and it has been a smooth experience. We noticed this saves us in the overhead department big-time so we can perform billing, monitor monthly stats, etc. We have become exceedingly efficient in what we are doing.
Vantagens:
This software has everything you need and certainly more. You can get as specific and as customized as you want. Customchirosolutions compatible, so you can have super compliant notes in a matter of minutes for maximum efficiency. If there is a snag in the software you rarely notice and the service team always responds to your emails ASAP.
Desvantagens:
The biggest thing that holds up the office is when there is an update but you will have it up LIGHTYEARS before chirotouches server glitches and slow updates. At least you don't have to hire a tech to fix the server and they have built in protocols to prevent you from taking notes throughout the day. Cloud based is the way to go.

Absolutely Love ChiroSpring!

I researched software for nearly a year before finally pulling the trigger and I can say without a doubt ChiroSpring was the right choice for my office. It came down to ChiroSpring and another more well known software and I never really knew if I made the right decision until a few months later when I covered for a friend that has that other software.. ChiroSpring is so much more user friendly and I know exactly how much I'm paying every month without getting nickle and dimed! Being cloud based allows me to access everything from anywhere I have my laptop and an internet connection! My office manager, who came from another office that utilized that other software, is also pleased with how easy everything is!
Desvantagens:
Absolutely nothing.... their support is fantastic, always receptive to feedback, and continuously looking for ways to improve.

Great Customer Service
Comentários: We love the customer service. We are quick to get an answer via email and phone. They were super patient with us during the beginning, as it was a learning curve for us. The onboarding process was efficient and made it easy to adjust to new software.
Vantagens:
We love the ease of use. The app was such a great addition. The kiosk is really helpful with our patient outcome assessments. The cloud makes it easy for our employees to use when working from home.
Desvantagens:
We don't really have any complaints.

Billing Made Easy
Vantagens:
I am currently using ChiroSpring to bill for multiple practices. They have stream lined the billing process so it is simple and clear to use. The support team is great! They are always available to answer questions and take the time to make sure you fully understand their answers. I have approached the support team in the past about changes in ChiroSpring that I believe would improve the software. They had the developers email me and we came up with a plan to implement these changes in order to be the best that they can be. ChiroSpring is always updated and improving to stay on top of the always changing technology.
Desvantagens:
I do not have much to say about cons for Chirospring. They have addressed all of my concerns and have come up with a solution to solve them. I truly could not ask for more from my billing software.

Vantagens:
Chirospring software does much more than I need out of a practice management software since I am mainly a cash practice. I don't have any staff at my office and I run the whole practice myself and Chirospring has freed up so much time. I love that I can work from home if need be. Chirospring is a solid company that I trust as compared to other very large software companies that I think are overpriced and lack a sense of personalized attention and customer service. Chirospring has been patient with my slow learning curve as I transitioned off of what I now see was archaic paper chart notes. If you are a solo practitioner running your own office I highly recommend Chirospring. The monthly subscription fee and extra fee for the reminder call service is a whole lot cheaper than hiring staff. I have increased productivity since using Chirospring not to mention my patients experience a much higher level of service with the high level SOAP notes and documenting. And, still being a newer user, there is still more to uncover and integrate into my practice that will save me even more time.
Desvantagens:
The only thing that I didn't love was the time I had to put in to figure out how to use the software, but there is learning curve with all new things.

The Easiest SOAP Note Software
Vantagens:
I've been using Chirospring for years and it has definitely improved since I started using it. It used to be very annoying to update the software, but now they have a cloud version and the updates are automatic. So as long as you get the cloud version, it's really easy to use.
Desvantagens:
The software constantly logs you out if you're inactive and logging in is a pain, especially when you're seeing patients. There isn't a way to stay logged in for security reasons, but that's my biggest complaint.
Chirospring Works for Any Office
Comentários: Our office switched to Chirospring about 6 months ago. We struggled with our previous software for 18 months. We were fully integrated in Chirospring in less than 3 months! Our office has alot of walk-in hours and it is so easy to add a patient and schedule quickly. It auto-applies payments and works seemlessly with our clearinghouse. Reconciling claims is literally a breeze. Would recommend to any office!

The program is not the prettiest to look at (color scheme and design) but it's ease of use surpasses the need to see "pretty". Also, the moving from checkin to awaiting checkout to checkout is a bit much for us bc most of our patients are walk ins. I would also like to see a patient portal that the patients can sign in on when they walk into the office and answer a few subjective questions on.

It will allow your patient to populate all subjective information including demographics, smoking status, medications, allergies, problems, complaints, review of systems and much more. In addition to that you can upload any paperwork for your patient to digitally sign (acknowledge) as well as create any set of intake questions you desire. This is a MAJOR feature and will dramatically improve your practice efficiency. :D. We are getting very close to completing this feature.

Chirospring is an amazing software that provides tools to make my practice super efficient. Beyond providing the best cloud-based software in chiropractic they have a team behind them that is there to help if you ever get stuck on something. This is something you do not realize you need until you run into a scenario.
Chirospring makes everything about practice easier, especially the online scheduling. The billing is super easy as well. It saves so much time.
If you are looking for software to run your practice I would highly recommend CHIROSPRING.
Vantagens:
Online scheduling and intergration. Patient Kiosk and SOAP note integration. These are amazing features.
Desvantagens:
There was nothing that didn't work for me. Perhaps a little lag with refresh, which would be the same with any cloud based system. I have used a desktop system for over 25 yrs, so the transition was understandable. That said, having everything backed up continuously and seamlessly integrated makes this little more than an adjustment for a DC who's been practicing for 30 yrs.
Great software for solo practice or group
Vantagens:
Our office is a group practice with multiple locations and absolutely love the flexibility, ease of use, customizations and intuitive design of the software. It allows us to easily on-board new employees and allows them to have confidence in navigating the software quickly. The software also allows us to focus less on documentation and more on patient care, giving our entire team more time to focus on the whole purpose of our office's mission.
Desvantagens:
The only negatives we have encountered were some lack of uses that were important to us, however as we have found these challenges they have been quickly addressed and solutions found. Some of the time this even included them adding features to the software which as a business owner impresses me.

We are the only ones in the industry who offer TRUE multi-location support with a single database and the ability to quickly toggle back-and-forth between locations or even generate reports by one or multiple locations. Pretty slick! :) You also mentioned how easy the software is and that it allows you to provide more focus on patient care and less on "office stuff" just by using BETTER SOFTWARE than you were previously. Fantastic! Great Chiropractic Software
Comentários: Overall, it has been great. I've been using ChiroSpring for 6months now and I wouldn't change it. I referred it to one of my friends from chiropractic school and she also loves it. The simplicity is awesome but it also does everything that I was looking for originally at a very reasonable price. The customer service is top notch!!! Very quick and extremely knowledgeable. Even when I have questions about my credit card processing, they were able to help me figure it out!
Vantagens:
I like how easy it is to use, very user friendly.
Desvantagens:
One of the only down falls is that there isn't a patient counter for daily totals. You are able to run a report for this, but I have seen other software programs where it is right on the main page of the program. That would be very nice.
