Vantagens:

É um software muico compacto, com uma longa experiencia visto que existe desde 2003 e de lá pra cá tem estado a adequar-se cada vez mais as necessidades dos seus usuarios.

Desvantagens:

Na Realidade nenhum produto é completo a ponto de não ser actualizado, por isso não que seja algo que eu não tenha gostado, mas que a empresa não se deixe acomodada pelo tempo de existência... continuem a inovar.

Vantagens:

Gostei de como as categorias estão muito bem organizadas. é minha primeira vez em contato com um software assim, e não tive dificuldade nenhuma em fazer o meu cadastro. Logo no inicio, você tem acesso a um tutorial que te ajuda fazer, como se fosse, se perfil, e por fim uma nota fiscal de uma maneira muito pratica. O software é muito completo, ideal para pequenas e medias empresas, onde você mesmo vai estar no controle dos seus gastos, receitas e faturamento. É muito completo e mesmo se você não for muito familiarizado com contabilidade, não tem porque se preocupar, pois o site é muio intuitivo.

Desvantagens:

Na hora de cadastrar minha empresa, foi pedido uma estimativa de lucro anual, porém não achei minha moeda, que é o real brasileiro. Como tudo é em inglês, posso contar com o tradutor automático da pagina para entender bem, porém as vezes a tradução não é das melhores.

Vantagens:

Categorias muito bem organizadas na versão mais atual do software e facilidade em fazer o cadastro no site. O programa como um todo é bastante completo e aparentemente vem se adaptando às necessidades de seus usuários ao longo de seus quase 20 anos de existência. Adorei o tutorial inicial, ideal para iniciantes.

Desvantagens:

O software só tem a opção em inglês, o que obriga a tradução automática que nem sempre é boa. O fato de não existir o BRL (real brasileiro) como moeda para preencher a estimativa de lucro anual também é bastante limitante.

FreshBooks é uma empresa completa em contabilidade. Nela á maneiras de gerenciar seu trabalho próprio e empresas também. Exemplos que a plataforma tem é faturamentos, pagaemntos entre outras.

Desvantagens:

Eu acho uma exelente plataforma, uso ela á algum tempo e nunca tive problema, encaixou muito bem no meu trabalho.

Great Invoicing Tool for Time Tracking

Comentários: Freshbooks does manage the following VERY well: Time tracking against projects and clients; invoice creation based on tracked time; and one-off invoices or flat rate pricing. I also like the clean and easy to navigate interface.Generating and reading historical reports is quick and easy to determine things like, how quickly specific clients are paying (and who is historically slower at paying), income by client and income by project/work type.The phone app is functional for my needs, although it's a little clunky and not nearly as full featured as the desktop software. It's not bad, but not great. I have successfully tracked time on the app, then issued an invoice from my phone to my client's email inbox.Overall, Freshbook fulfills my needs as a consultant.

Vantagens:

I really like Freshbooks for it's easy invoicing and time tracking. I was able to integrate it with Teamwork project management software so that more complex jobs that require detailed time tracking against tasks and milestones could be tracked there and then my time could be exported to Freshbooks. Freshbooks also integrated with my Paypal gateway, allowing me to accept major credit cards.

Desvantagens:

Freshbooks collaboration with other contractors doesn't work very well. In addition, the per-client pricing has gotten pricey for those of us who have many one-off clients.The retainer payments feature was not easy to use.

Comentários: It has been a very yielding journey getting utilize FreshBooks powerful accounting tools to sort out our financial situation. It has made it easy for us to manage our cash flow and to streamline our financial operations like budgeting and invoicing. FreshBooks gives us accurate financial reports that gives us vision about our financial situation and ways to make it better.

FreshBooks has a expenses monitoring function that gives us accurate expenditure insights to help us avoid overspending. It has very powerful data security functions that keeps our financial data very safe and confidential. FreshBooks also provides outstanding financial analytical and reporting tools that makes it easy to evaluate our financial health.

Desvantagens:

Honestly, all that could have gone right with FreshBooks has gone right leaving us with nothing to dislike about it at all.

Desvantagens:

Wish the price was a bit cheaper especially for business owners who are starting out, $40 a month , plus additional I believe $6 a month adds up quickly.

It allows us to track our cash flow which allows us to get useful financial insights that we need to maintain a healthy financial situation. It also makes it so easy to generate customized invoices to collect monthly payments from our clients.

FreshBooks has user-friendly invoice generator tool that allows us to create personalized invoices for clients. It has advanced cash flow analysis tools that gives us accurate financial reports to guide us on how to achieve healthy financial position. FreshBooks makes it easy to capture receipts which help us to track our expenses.

Desvantagens:

FreshBooks has not shown us anything bad. There genuinely lacks anything to like least.

Comentários: I would recommend this to just about anyone as it was a great. Easy options that looked professional and did what I needed.

Vantagens:

Very easy to add, remove, or edit information and with the connection to multiple other platforms & apps I highly recommend this.

Desvantagens:

Setup was hard for one of the other employees who did not have any computer knowledge.

The upside of using FreshBooks is it is powerful enough to provide features we need, but at the same time i don't need to have a masters degree in accounting to use it.Additionally,it makes time tracking, expense tracking, accounting and invoicing a breeze.

Desvantagens:

I wish there was a more user-friendly way to organize past invoices.

It helps keep my estimation and billing running smoothly, and makes it easy to process payments, and gives a lot of options to allow my clients to pay me in the way that works best for them. I love that you can track invoices from the moment you send them, and you can see when the client has viewed them, and even message the client right in the invoicing portal. I had used Quickbooks for years at another job I had, and also used it from time to time with my own businesses, but I was never happy with it. It was always clunky, slow, and glitchy, and was kind of on the basic side with it's features, or you had to pay another fee to add more features. I found FreshBooks through an ad, and gave their free trial a shot, and I was hooked from the start. the software is so responsive and easy to use, I don't believe I've ever had any kind of glitches or crashes while using it. The mobile app integrates perfectly with it, and keeps all the things I need on a regular basis at my finger tips. Any issues I've ever had, they support team was quick and efficient in helping me an answering my questions. Overall, FreshBooks is a wonderful company, and they make wonderful software that I thoroughly enjoy using.

I love how intuitive and easy it is to use. The invoicing, payment processing, and overall accounts receivable functions are so simple, yet powerful and allow me to accomplish everything I need to in that area. The support staff is wonderful and extremely responsive, and it just helps my one man operation run smoothly when it comes to the accounting.

One of the best accounting softwares to have out there on a budget

Comentários: My overall experience with fresh books is excellent I've never had any issue with the system it works perfectly fine customer service responds right away if you do have any issues I remember I missed a payment and they gave me a call to remind me and even gave me enough time to pay it without canceling my account or not allow me access.

Fresh books is really easy to use I love the integration of being able to have my invoices paid having the instant liks and much much more This is just a great software all around to manage your business.

Desvantagens:

I wish it integrated more with other softwares like high level and other CRM softwares but hopefully they'll add this in the future other than that everything else is great.
