Peek Pro makes it very easy to keep all information organized and in one place. Everything from the automated emails and integrated waivers to the phone app make everything very simple.
This is incredibly damaging to my company's reputation - and a serious waste of my staff's time as we have to get on the phone with Peek, again and again, to try and get these issues resolved.

Great fit for our small rental & shuttle operation. Huge time-saver, very happy.
Comentários: As mentioned above, we are saving a LOT of time answering fewer phone calls regarding booking kayak trips or questions about the kayak trips. The automated emails also help make sure that people don't miss their reservation, and they get a reminder of things they should bring and what time they need to be there, and we don't need to put in any extra work to make this happen. I put a lot of time into the initial set-up, but that was expected. It's very easy to use. I haven't had to call for support, but I would expect them to be very helpful if needed. Also, there is ultimately not much cost to do this. Peek charges a percentage on each booking (currently 6% i think), which most operators, including ourselves, add as a booking fee to the customer (which is pretty typical nowadays, so I don't have an issue with it). There was no additional set-up fee. I'm very happy. I was worried about how to integrate into Quickbooks on the accounting-side, but I've figured out some methods to enter the Peek sales that aren't very complicated.
Vantagens:
Peek Pro has allowed us to easily add our reservations to our website, allowing customers to see what's available and book online. We can edit the schedule as needed, and the best part is the reduced call volume in our otherwise busy retail shop. Rentals and shuttles are a small part of our business, so we needed to streamline the amount of time it takes to manage it. Peek has helped tremendously! There is a lot of capability to the system, and you may have to find a few work-arounds to best suit your business, but all-in-all, I've been really impressed with the capabilities. The software helps us avoid over-booking, and it also automatically sends customized emails to remind people when and where they need to be. So helpful! The support team for set-up were very thorough and helpful as well. Once you get the hang of it, you should be able to do most everything yourself, but the support team will help get everything set-up initially, which is really nice. They have options of how to set up different types of operations, so it's good to have someone to work with.
Desvantagens:
No major complaints yet. Make sure you check through the email settings before you start using it, we had a few default emails that were still auto-sending that we should have customized sooner than we did, and I overlooked that they were sending out. There are a few small things I'd like to see updated eventually, like being able to customize and/or remove payment types (remove cash, for example), and also I'd like some more complex options for programming discount codes.

False Promises at Sales and ZERO Customer Service
Comentários: Terrible, see the cons I already described. DO NOT USE PEEK, YOUR BUSINESS WILL SUFFER AND YOUR TIME WILL BE WASTED! We have grown out of WIX bookings but seriously look at that for a very feature rich low cost solution!

The interface, feature list and functionality for the customer seems to be great.
Desvantagens:
Setup help is limited, support and setup knowledge of their own product almost doesn't exist. They claim to have 7 day per week support over 4 time zones which is a complete lie. You can not contact people on support chat, phone or any other way than ticketing which takes 48 hours to resolve at a minimum. If you run into a business stopping issue, you will be completely screwed and it is obvious no one there cares or has a plan to fix this! You will be sold features that do not work or can not be implemented without complex work arounds if at all. I question if they are even still in business with how challenging it is to get in contact with them which was not the case when we first signed up.

Peek Pro exceeded my expectations, so there is nothing to complain about.
Good start with Peek Pro
Comentários: The reps were very responsive to questions and issues. Both were very friendly and helpful
Vantagens:
Peek Pro has made many improvements since we last considered it a year ago. We like the checkout process and easy user interface.
Desvantagens:
There are a few limitations, but nothing that alters our business operations.
Expect Zero Support After Implementation
Comentários: They are very happy to take there cut but are no where to be found when you need support. Even in the slow seasons.
Vantagens:
Its a pretty powerful tool and can manage a lot of reservations
Desvantagens:
There is zero support even though they rave about 5 star reviews on capterra for support. They want everything done through email or their chat bot. This is the typical troubleshooting sequence I go through. I go through the help articles and cant find a resolution. I detail the problem and the chat bot runs me around for 30 minutes about did i try the article or this one. I finally get a actual person on the chat but he is unfamiliar with the software and does the same run around. After about two hours of this he refers me back to the help center. Same thing with emailing support. I've detailed a problem with the software and they come back with a help article that is unrelated and brush me off.
DO NOT USE PEEK PRO
Comentários: Traumatic, horrible, disappointing, frustrating, and time-consuming. They illegally filter out negative reviews. I'm now with Fareharbor and very happy.

The integrated waiver was helpful as was the pre-tipping feature.
Desvantagens:
I've switched booking systems several times for different reasons. By far the worst was Peek Pro. Customer service consistently took over a week to respond. I had an emergency and called customer service, texted, used the chat, and even reached out to my initial onboarding specialist and heard only crickets for 6 days!! I felt completely unsupported and they negatively impacted my business. They bring you on and then hang you out to dry.
Falls Short of Promises
Comentários: We really wanted to love Peek, and spent a lot of time vetting the software before deciding. Lot's of promices were made as to its functionality, yet failed to deliver on them. It's a good system for a beginner or simple items, but if you want a flawless functionality that is robust and will take your business to the next level, then this is not the system for you. When you discover that the system can't do certain items they put in a feature request to happen sometime in the future. When you call customer support to ask for help and you discover it's a 10 step process to do something simple and you express your displeasure they just say "I'm so sorry the software is difficult for you to understand" Really? I've worked with and have built several different systems in my lifetime, and simple changes shouldn't be that difficult!
Vantagens:
We moved to Peek after rigorous discussions with the company. The one thing it does over other softwares is the ability to book multiple pieces of equipment at the same time. We also like the calendar and manifest.
Desvantagens:
The software is inefficient and hard to manipulate based on needs, not to mention a lot more expensive then other softwares in this league. - Waiver Function is terrible. Can't search for waivers signed. Waivers have glitches and can get corrupted or just disapear. Support can't help find them either. - Can't apply discount to just certain items, it discounts the entire reservation. So if you discount a large group, then have to charge damages, the damages are then discounted. Also you can't override taxes & credit card fees. - Can't refund to store credit if guest drops a piece of equipment. You have to create a custom code per customer then email it to them. - Automatice Email & Text Message System is terrible! Can't customize text messages, so you have to send them to each guest individually. - System doesn't offer a waitlist feature. - They recommend using an ipad with their app so guests can sign waivers. However the app is the bare minimum so you constantly have to switch betwen the app and their web url in order to check in guests. Guests have to be given a booking ID at checkin to be able to sign and scan a QR Code. Using the URL on an iPad, you can't see the amount charged or amount owed as that section is cut off. It's very inefficient to have to use 3 different devises. A tablet for the app and URL, then a desktop to see the charges on the side of the screen. - Dynamic pricing and changing rates is combersome. Especially if you offer weekday, holiday, and weekend rates during different seasons.

Comentários: My experience has been touch and go. Mine is not a standard group tour operator and they worked with me to get my booking platform set up as close to my needs as possible but if/when problems arise, it’s very difficult to get live assistance. My caution would be if something occurs that’s their error, you will still pay and you have no recourse because they just take the money out of the next booking. Parts of their site are over complicated and some “small” things aren’t possible to do. It’s been a mixed bag experience

The Knowledge Base sucks There’s no direct contact with customer service and even when you do, they won’t do a lot of things They forced integration with Stripe rather than their own I started with which changes the refund policy

Love the customer interfaces and customization options. The booking flow widgets are also really great.
Desvantagens:
So far so good, but I do wish there was integration with MailChimp. Also a few minor fixes or features I would change to improve user experience.
We Love Peek Pro!
Vantagens:
Peek Pro offers seemless integrated booking with Wordpress making is as easy as possible for our users to book trips via our website. Their team is also fantastic. Our account manager Josmary was an invaluable resouce to making our trips book more and become more profitable.
Desvantagens:
There's not much to say here. We're overal very happy with their product!

Review of Peek Pro
Vantagens:
Peek Pro is going to help us stay organized, welcoming, and even financially sound.
Desvantagens:
The vocabulary used in the internal interface is not the same vocabulary we use, so it confuses me. I may be the only one. There's a huge learning curve, and the training was done by the trainer pointing out things in quick succession rather than me trying things as she guided. I didn't even know what questions to ask at the end of sessions, and mysteries I brought up in between still haven't really been answered. I have had to poke around a lot on my own and results from minute to minute vary widely. I've lost a lot of sleep.
Worst Company
Comentários: The worst in all history. They don’t care about their clients.

Peek pro has kept our money. We haven’t been able to get paid for the past month and half and we call everyday. The situation is escalated to people that don’t care and they say our payment is in transit. Well where is it in china because we still haven’t received our money and this is the worst company ever, worst customer satisfaction. I wish I never would have signed up with this company that doesn’t care about their customers. We are here struggling to get over $2k in our account because peek pro can’t get it together. I demand they give us our money or we will be forced to go to the business bureau
Customer Support is nonexistent
Comentários: It started great. Rep was friendly and professional. Onboarding was rushed, because Christmas was coming. I wasn’t ready, but they really pushed. They installed it in a part of my site, unrelated to the tours. Onboarding department the went on Christmas break. No one on duty. On January 3, I got an email that the onboarding support was over. I found that the booking links did not work on a mobile form. Customer support is useless. They only send me technical jargon to give to my web designer. They refuse to address the issues with their product. I started this project enthused and excited. I have spent dozens of hours creating landing pages. All a massive waste of time. I feel ripped off, and ignored by peek

A great system for my clients.
Comentários: I had a positive experience communicating with and setting up Peek Pro for my clients. They were all very helpful and made it as simple and easy process for a great price.
Vantagens:
Peek Pro made it easy to setup a booking system for my client that worked with the features we needed (automated bookings, management of bookings, payment processing, etc).
Desvantagens:
My biggest gripe with peek Pro is something most inconsequential, but I wish the actual interface looked better. It works great, but it isn't the most beautiful looking booking system I have seen.

Comentários: There was a slight learning curve coming from FareHarbor but it's really easy to catch on.I like the customer flows so much more thank FareHarbor.

Simplicity and mobile use. The calendar is very easy to use.

Not sure what needs to be improved. Either than reducing my calendar view in rentals to “view booked dates only”

Comentários: Once we had the system running the support become a bit vague. The feature we asked for (managing battery life of our bikes), and been promised, never really worked.At some point their system crashed, causing us a real havoc and we decided to change our booking system.
Vantagens:
Easy to implement. Clear, transparent payments managing.
Desvantagens:
Complicated online waivers. Customers struggled to understand the system.

Comentários: Peek allows our customers to book overnight accommodations as well as activities from one booking engine.
