Uso para marcar reuniões

Vantagens:

Sempre foi muito útil para fazer uma pesquisa de disponibilidade a longo prazo, contribuindo muito para a marcação de reuniões e encontros.

Desvantagens:

Em um primeiro momento é um pouco complicado para entender sua dinâmica de uso

Interface não tão boa para acesso móvel

Vantagens:

É rápido e fácil para uso em desktop, possível visualizar a preferência da maioria em caso de agendamento em grupo, além de permitir selecionar horários de preferência e de disponibilidade total, o que é bem útil para agendamento com muitas pessoas.

Desvantagens:

A visualização em aparelhos móveis deixa a desejar, as vezes não sendo tão fácil visualizar todos os horários disponíveis para um agendamento.

É bem prático quando se precisa decidir uma data com muitas pessoas.

Desvantagens:

Faltam algumas funcionalidades que poderiam facilitar muito, como integração com a Google Agenda para agendar automaticamente o evento após X respostas.

Comentários: It is a great applicatoon for schedules, planning meetings and polls. It is good for decision making and very helpful to a business.

Vantagens:

It is a simple application that is very easy to use. It help us decide on everything. Creating polls is also very useful for people who can't decide.

Desvantagens:

sometimes the application has a delays and theres a time that viewing results are very difficult.

Easy to use scheduling tool

Comentários: I have had great success in using it, and I like showing others how to use it for ease of scheduling.

Vantagens:

I love how easy it is to plan a meeting without the dozen back and forth emails about who is available when. It allows you to see all stakeholders in one spot and organize a time that fits best into everyone's schedule.

Desvantagens:

There have been some changes made over the last year or so that have caused the website to be slightly harder to navigate.

A Once Wonderful Product...On The Decline

Comentários: Doodle used to be the standard for scheduling meetings and for good reason - the tool was easy to use. However, the past few years, Doodle has really gone down hill. Part of this isn't their fault: Calendly and other scheduling tools gained popularity and were more convenient for people to use. Part of this is their fault:
- Their redesign was a big step backwards
- Their user interface is now worse and harder to use
- The free version is virtually pointless With all of that said, if you do pay for Doodle then the product is a decent tool. Is it better than Calendly and other tools? It depends on your use. But, if you are looking to just use the free version, I would steer you in a different direction. Hopefully Doodle will fix their issues and get back to being an extremely useful tool.

I use Doodle for meetings

Comentários: It made personal conversations much easier for me through video calls that are fast and without having to travel to places

I use it to organize meetings with clients or coworkers. I can schedule them in advance to have an organized agenda and when the day comes, Doodle notifies me with notifications which meetings are for that day and the time of each one. I have found it to be a useful tool in which I can trust my entire meeting agenda without forgetting any and have a good conversation without interruptions

Desvantagens:

I use the basic tools and they have always worked correctly for me without any failures or system crashes

Comentários: Perfect online scheduling tool for group of people.

Vantagens:

Doodle is perfect when you need to schedule anything online without other people in your group. It allows to create pools to get overview of time availability of other people - then you can make the best decision when plan meeting or online call.

Desvantagens:

The user interface should be a more modern :)

Great, and surprisingly—Free option!

Vantagens:

Ease of use and free option for occasional use to schedule events with multiple stakeholders when we want to choose the day/ with the highest likely attendance.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes I forget to click a button and then don’t realize that my information wasn’t recorded .

Comentários: we tried it as a free trial first and then decided to move forward with it

Do more with Doodle!

Vantagens:

I love doodle. It helped with scheduling and communication across multiple people at one time. It saves time and emailing, which allows me to contribute time to other work duties. I like how I can give many options for scheduling and allow users to make multiple votes. Using this has improved meeting attendance as many users who select their availability are more likely to attend.

Desvantagens:

I wish some of the features were not paid only such as Zoom meeting option. I will like to be able to include the Zoom link within the Doodle poll.

Amazing platform to schedule meeting

Scheduling groups with ease

Vantagens:

With doodle you are able to send your team options for a meeting time. Each participant is then able to input their availability based on the dates provided. Once everyone has responded to the poll you can then see which date and time works best for your team. Gone are the days of checking everyone's calendar to find time to meet!

Desvantagens:

I cant think of anything negative to say about doodle. I have had great experiences using it

Wonderful Meeting Scheduler

Comentários: My overall experience with Doodle is great. Doodle makes it easy to schedule meetings.

Vantagens:

I like that Doodle allows for easy meeting scheduling.

I least liked that on the free plan, Doodle doesn't notify when a participant chooses a meeting time

Comentários: Doodle helped me scheduling the group meetings. However, for 1:1 meetings, it's better to use Google Calendar Schedule directly.

Vantagens:

It helps you quickly find the most suitable time for large teams.

Desvantagens:

If you have more than 1 calendar, you can't sync them all with your account.

Love This Platform

Vantagens:

I love being able to utilize this platform for free and being able to collect the needed availability of my Subject Matter Experts.

I've been using Doodle for over a decade

Comentários: Doodle has allowed me to efficiently find a meeting time for a variety of sizes of groups of people. I always think it has everything I need, yet with every update there is some cool new feature.

Vantagens:

My favorite thing about Doodle is how scheduling is incredibly easy and the visual it provides when viewing the available of a large amount of people is so helpful.

Desvantagens:

Doodle is awesome, I can't think of one con. In the 10+ years I have used Doodle they have done so many updates and I'm always excited to see what's new and improved.

Doodle Polls

Vantagens:

The ability to obtain the availability of a group of people for meetings.

Desvantagens:

No real cons, but I don't use Doodle for anything else other than obtaining availability.
