I love how professional these pages look and all the features you can add into one page. It was very simple and easy to create each page and then work with HubSpot as well.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

Acredito que há espaço para melhorar a questão de visibilidade de propostas aceitas ou não aceitas, como um dashboard.Além disso, ele não é tão maleável, é um sistema mais engessado.

Vantagens:

I like that Qwilr creates engaging and flexible documents to fit my proposal needs. The program is very user friendly and blends with my brand's vision well.

Desvantagens:

It's pricing is a bit expensive for a single-person business. I really appreciate the product but when looking to cost cut, I've been considering other options.

Comentários: Overall, Qwilr is a great tool for document design and we've been complimented on the style and feel of our proposals.

Vantagens:

Qwilr has a clean designing feature that makes it easy to update. It has a good, but not great integration with Hubspot. The block style editing is very helpful.

Desvantagens:

The document management. I cannot easily close all the links to past deals. Until recently we didn't set an expiration on deals. Occasionally, the navigation is clunky with updating a design.

Comentários: The Qwilr sales team pitched Qwilr to us as a contract management tool, when in fact it is designed for building proposals for digital services. There are many perceived issues with Qwilr that reflect our team's attempt to use Qwilr for a use case it was not built for. If you need to send digital/marketing services proposals, this could be a great fit for you.

Vantagens:

Clean user interface. Conceptually, if you are building simple proposals they can come across as quite visually appealing.

Desvantagens:

Generally, the document editing component is pretty tough to utilize and quite rigid. Things like the price table have a one size fits all approach to presenting information. Document management is complicated, it's very easy to lose a specific document/template, especially if you have a handful of users all creating documents. Notifications were not reliable for views/signatures.

Comentários: Overall experience with Qwilr is nice and one who needs perfect quality of electronic signature and documents storage facilities.

Vantagens:

Our business requirements are as such that electronic signature and documents storage should be the priority for us to look for any CRM tool (currently) and in that aspect Qwilr outraged it's competitors.

Desvantagens:

Qwilr doesn't have right customised template as their design and templates are not upto the mark (compare to other tools) along with that it is quite expensive for long run.

Easiest Proposal Creation Tool On The Market

Comentários: We are in the Advertising and video production business. We have always needed a workflow where we can get our proposals or propositions to clients fast so we can get to business. Soon as we started using Qwilr we were able to create templates of our most popular services to be able to use them for future proposals and send them out almost instantly to our prospects to take a look at and get their feedback right away.

Vantagens:

The simplicity of this software is what makes it a "must-have" for agencies or businesses that need to send proposals to clients on a daily or weekly basis. I have tried countless of other software's that claim to be the same but I always end up frustrated with their User Interface that makes it hard to figure out how to change simple objects, texts, or images etc. Qwilr by far has been our best proposal tool for getting those signatures from clients and money in the bank faster!

Desvantagens:

At the moment there is not much I would change about Qwilr. As a designer, I would love to have the ability to make custom design changes without much code such as more click and drag design features but that's something I desire for almost every single software I use. At the end of the day this software does what it's meant to do and exceeds at it.

Nice Proposal Building Tool

Vantagens:

It's easy to quickly get a proposal built out and sent. I like the control it provides over acceptance and signature capturing. The splash blocks are really nice, with lots of good photos and videos that we can use as backgrounds. Style controls are also really nice, and ensure that all of our branding is consistent throughout our proposals and NDAs. We also use the quote blocks frequently and like the way those provide pricing information to our clients.

Desvantagens:

We typically build our initial estimates inside a spreadsheet like Google Sheets. We'd love if importing into the quote block from a spreadsheet was easier. Right now, to preserve our formatting better, we do a lot of copy and paste, and that's not optimal. It would be nice to have some additional text layout blocks as well, like tiles or multiple columns. Lastly, if we need to go through the legal process with a client, we typically end up having to convert our Qwilr document into a Word document for attorneys to review and mark up. It would be nice if there was an export feature that made this easier. Today we have to do this manually through copy-paste.

Comentários: I love quiller and will continue to use it. It looks clean, it's easy to use, easy to customize, and prospects. Absolutely love it.

Vantagens:

Quiller is easy to use and easy to customize. In a world or most companies do presentations through PowerPoint, having a web-based presentation and proposal where you can make changes on the fly that they can see immediately is wonderful. It looks great. Once you have it set up, and is overall a great product.

Desvantagens:

We did have to hire a third party to help design the templates because it was a little difficult to get everything to look great right off the bat. Plus they're pricing feature is nice, but they don't take into account more complicated industries that require full contract negotiations. We have the pricing feature on there but it doesn't work the way it should for our industry.

Comentários: We've used QWILR for our business proposals and for our not-for-profit activities as requests for sponsorship for more than a year.
I enjoy how the proposal looks once I finished writing it - it's so much better than a Word document - and we receive comments all the time about how our proposal was very different to any others our potential client received.
I've recommended it to many friends and colleagues.

Vantagens:

IT looks fantastic! I am not any type of designer yet QWILR makes my proposals look brilliant. Clients don't need to download software to use it. It's Australian, just like us.

Desvantagens:

Can't be accessed via mobile - this was a big problem for me one day as I was on my way to the presentation and desperately needed to change something in the proposal. I understand that it may be easy to make unintended changes via mobile but Instapage has the same risk but I can amend that. I think it should be user choice. It's just changed to a paid model and begins at a pretty expensive price point of $29 per month which is what we pay. I think they need to review the pricing structure as the minimum is too high and the next price point is too much of a difference. I've just now seen that under the new pricing structure, I'm unable to time limit a proposal. I can have this feature only if I pay the next level, $89 USD per month. This is unfair as it's a huge jump from $29 to $89 per month and because I would have thought time limiting was a basic, not advanced option. This should change. Proposals can't be archived or grouped so over time you end up with a really, really long list!

Comentários: Overall its a perfect tool very helpful for sales team to send quotes and proposals and saves us many hours of making manual proposals.

1. It is a great platform that saves us many hours2. Proposal builder is easy to use, and many resources are available to learn how to edit templates and blocks3. Great integration with Sales CRMs (Hubspot)

Desvantagens:

You need to be the same user of Qwilr that has the ID with Hubspot (same account) if not you cannot use templates (which makes you buy additional accounts on Qwilr for each hubspot user)

Super adaptive platform for many uses and incredible customer support!

Comentários: Qwilr has been a great tool for our team in providing simple, clean and professional proposals to our clients. They did a great job onboarding us and helping us get started quickly. We were sending proposals within days of signing up. So many platforms take so much set up and the lag time between when you are actually getting use and benefit from them is long after sign-up. Qwilr is not that. It's been great!

Vantagens:

I love how adaptable the blocks are for creating professional proposals. The interface is intuitive and when I wanted to do more than what I could easily find on my own, the customer support team was absolutely incredible! They were so quick to jump right in and help me accomplish what I set out to do. They asked questions about our business and workflow to help create proposals that really worked for us and our clients.

Desvantagens:

The integrations with HubSpot took some getting used to. They don't work in the way I would anticipate them to work, but the team helped me create some best practices and workflows that would ensure they worked every time.

Best way to create live webpage proposals, instead of static PDFs

Comentários: I am overall happy with my experience using Quilr. My clients are impressed by how professional and branded the proposals are, and I like having them all saved online - rather than keeping track of endless versions. It's easier to keep multiple stake-holders on the same "page" rather than on the same "file".

Vantagens:

I liked the ability to send/review live proposals online with clients - rather then sending them a PDF. During negotiations, we can make changes to the proposal and update them live. That way all parties have the latest version online - rather than resending and tracking iterations of static docs and versions.

Desvantagens:

I find it somewhat difficult to add new sections to templates. For example, if I am using one template but want to add a unique section that I saw from a different template, it takes me a while to recreate it from scratch. Would like the ability to cut/paste from different templates.

Comentários: Great experience from the initial outreach with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to the support received as a client. The webinars are also helpful.

Vantagens:

Ease of use. Being a small firm, it can be difficult to get time with my marketing team for projects. Qwilr was chosen because of the ability for people who don't have the graphic design chops to turn out beautiful landing pages. Price. Significantly less expensive than their competitors which aren't as user friendly.

Desvantagens:

There are some limitations to content blocks that I'm trying to work through but thats it.

QWILR! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE??!! :D

Comentários: As a visual brand strategist, I have many clients that require a proposal for larger projects and websites that my team and I create for my clients. Creating the proposal, although a creative process I enjoy, was INSANELY frustrating with creating pdf, emailing them and editing them all over again. I'm really thankful to have been introduced to Qwilr based on the webpage capabilities that it offers. And because it's web-based, the integrations of using video and other embeddable capabilities lends itself to a more creative and "DYNAMIK" proposal for us. THAT is GOLD for us! The automations and integrations make the whole platform that much more amazing and time efficient. With a few tweaks to the Quickbooks integration, it will make Qwilr PERFECT for me (and maybe some other quickbooks users as well). NONETHELESS, Qwilr is still a prime choice for my company. Even much so that I've integrated it into the proposal portion of our sales process. Amazing job guys and I can't wait to see how Qwilr will help execute many client proposals for our clients moving forward.

Vantagens:

Love the automation aspect of when prospects have accepted a project. Love the analytics to let us know what parts they have focused on the most. Love the integration possibilities and the dynamic qualities of having a web-based proposal instead of a pdf/paper style of communication via email.

Desvantagens:

The only thing that I don't like, at the moment, is the aspect of how Qwilr communicated with Quickbooks with the line items and product/service categories. Currently Qwilr inserts each line item into Qwilr as one default product/service and everyone has their own setup, based on their particular company, in quickbooks. So the one size fits all communication doesn't work in this case. Furthermore, once that data has been setup in the Quickbooks invoice, you cannot change any product/service details without the WHOLE LINE being erased. Even if you wanted to create a grouped service offering, you can't without just creating the invoice manually from scratch to achieve what you need. This then erases the benefit of the integration in the 1st place. So if this can be worked on in more detail for Quickbooks (maybe Xero customers might have this problem as well), that would be SO AMAZING and make my Qwilr experience complete! :D

Beautiful, Modern Presentation With Plenty Of Functionality

Comentários: I've enjoyed QWILR so much I brought it with me to my new company. It makes for ease and elegance in proposal writing and communicating with prospects.

Vantagens:

I love the look and the feel, but most of all QWILR functions in every way I need. From quickly building from one of my own templates to getting a simple signature for my terms and conditions, QWILR makes proposal building fun and easy.

Desvantagens:

The price was a challenge at first. I had to sell the program on colleagues before I could use it myself to minimize the expense. I would like to see a feature wherein documented chat/negotiations could be stored for the back in forth. Perhaps a block that allows for feedback when it's necessary.

The best tool for creating proposals that convert.

Comentários: I've used Qwilr in a number of different businesses and I'll continue to take it with me as I move from place to place.
I haven't come across another saas platform that allows for sales teams to create a proposal that is easily controlled by marketing for brand integrity, but flexible enough that the sales team can truly personalise each customer output. We spent the time creating a number of templates that made for easy adjusting and sped the process of getting proposals out much faster.
The conversion rate is crazy good - each customer being delivered a proposal that functions as a micro-site means they're getting an experience second to none and also allows us to track the time spent on each page of the proposal. When we follow up with calls, they become far more intelligent because we have a sense of what potential questions they may have.
Having the ability for people to accept and pay for the proposal without leaving the micro-site also creates a seamless experience that we've become very accustomed too.

Vantagens:

Ease of use Flexibility Time it takes to roll out is virtually zero

Desvantagens:

At the moment, taking people off and adding new people to the account can be a pain

Qwilr has been a game-changer for our business.

Comentários: Qwilr has changed the way we treat documents and has had a huge positive impact on our business. Previously, we would pour countless hours into new business proposals and other external documents. The end result, while full of smarts and creativity, would end up being one long, ugly, dumb document. With Qwilr, anyone (even with zero design know-how) can turn documents into beautiful web pages. Our external documents now look beautiful, and we've been able to increase the success rate of our new business proposals. Qwilr pages work brilliantly on any device so we know the recipient will enjoy the experience of opening and reading them. The feedback we've had from clients is overwhelmingly positive, and this app has helped us increase our new business win rate. Qwilr pages have just the right amount of customisation. We can make the Qwilr pages look and feel like "us", but we can't go so far as to break the great design inherent in a Qwilr page. The analytics and data behind it is great too we have a lot more knowledge about the effectiveness of our documents now. We love it and will keep using Qwilr to grow our business.

Easy for Everyone

Comentários: Qwilr is by far the best system we've used for estimates. It's live-flexibility allows quick changes that have resulted in quicker response times. It's template and cloning features have also saved lots of time in development. We're getting estimates out in 24 hours versus a week.

Vantagens:

I really appreciate that Qwilr has a built-in approval and payment system. I've eliminated two other systems with the addition of Qwilr, and saved our small studio thousands of dollars. I also appreciate the ability to track estimate views. It really helps with client management.

Desvantagens:

The greatest challenge we continue to have is formatting. There are limitations to the actual estimate portion, and we've had to create separate sections for timelines, which can be redundant and inconvenient.

Comentários: Great product, can't wait to see future improvements, just some minor tweaks I would make.

Vantagens:

Really great for our teams uses, the customizations are great, and it is super quick to setup, create a doc and get it sent off. The tracking features are SUPER helpful.

Desvantagens:

The price gap is way to large between the basic and the plus. Some of the features in the higher priced version would be amazing to have but the gap in prices is just too much for our young scrappy company. I also wish it was easier to break the branding on documents, to really fit the doc to match to branding of our clients on a case by case basis. We have found that in our industry they react very well to seeing that their branding has been adopted in our proposals. If there was also an app for creating documents on mobile on the go that would be fantastic.

The most well designed quoting software out there, that allows for customisations that properly reflect our brand (not just a “change your logo” tool; QWILR truly becomes an extension of our brand)

Desvantagens:

At times it can lag if you have heavy branding, but with a few chats with support this is exponentially improving.
