Never had a bad experience. Only positive experience with the product and it's support team. Continuously, they are focusing on releasing a more functionalities day by day.

Comentários: Overall, I am very satisficed with iSmartRecruit.

Vantagens:

I am using iSmart Recruit for more than a year. The product is such as unique and easy to use. It has an amazing features for sharing the mass emails to all candidates as well to all employees. It also has creative dashboard for the visualization of the recruitment matrices.

Desvantagens:

I think the product should have integration with zoom and other candidate assessment platform such as mettl, ConceptNinja etc..

Applicant tracking: Intuitive. Easily keep track of candidate job assignments, submissions to clients, interview status, hiring status, etc

Basic mobile app. Would be useful to have more features in the mobile version

Everything about iSmartRecruit is awesome. From the Dashboard to the Workflow management, from Candidate Upload to Job Advertisement, from Customisation to the Reports - it's as easy as cutting through butter. We are very happy to be using it and are planning on taking it a notch higher in engagement with iSmartRecruit. Great work. Keep it coming.

Couple of pointers. After all, we want the best to be great, don't we? 1. Resume Parsing could be made better. 2. Instant updation of Status change. 3. Social Media advertisement design has to be Customer centric. That's it, for now.

It is a excellent database for recruitment and very useful to search the resumes.It is the major support for tracking the candidature.

Sometimes the server will be slow. It will take time to load the page.

Comentários: If you are switching from Excel or any offline tool like us, I would recommend going with iSmartRecruit because you need lots of support and assistance initially and they are best in this stuff. Additionally, they will take care of your existing data migration also whether it is an excel file or something else.

Vantagens:

We have been using the system for our group of companies for many years. Since we started, we have been getting immediate support and multiple rounds of training which helps always existing and new users to use the system more effectively. Also, about new requirements, they always try to review our requirements very sincerely and apply the necessary changes immediately if it was straightforward.

Desvantagens:

Only the cons were UI and I think they did it well last few releases so there is nothing to share as cons.

Comentários: Overall i would give this app an A- it is fairly easy to maneuver and I've definitely found the best and most qualified candidates through this app! Completely makes the recruiting process a million times easier!

How easy it is to install and use! Launched this throughout our company and have had the test run be a huge success and plan to fully install in every office.

I did get a little confused about how to send and receive emails but wasn't hard to finally figure it out. Other than that I've had no issues at all with the program!

iSmart Recruit is an amazing web-based recruitment management system. It is designed to connect job seekers, companies, and recruiters. But it lacks to be fully integrated with Google meet for real-time voice communication.
