Vantagens:

UI for time off management is pretty neat compared to other tools available in the market. Performance and goal Management and LKM modules are the most likable feature.

Desvantagens:

User interface is very old fashioned and navigation within program to find correct functions and features are really hard.

Vantagens:

I like the complete end to end visibility of Employee details and canditates tracking with lots of workflows built into the system

Desvantagens:

Cost is the major factor as it impacts on the decision making process

Comentários: It has been an excellent experience using this software and highly recommend this for HR management.

Vantagens:

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite simplifies the process of hire till retire, helps easily onboard the candidates, manage their profiles and then termination is done on the same tool.

Desvantagens:

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite needs certain improvements such as position based permissions, which is currently limited to role based permissions.

Comentários: My experience was very good, it is just what I received and I cannot complain, I would like it to be better but with the advancement of technologies this may change, those changes I would like to see and allow me to automate everything.

Vantagens:

The ease of use and its interface is very simple for those who have or not experience with the software

Desvantagens:

I did not find something that I did not like, perhaps scaling the connection with artificial intelligence, it would be ideal to be able to connect all this with automated learning

Too Complicated if you do not need an Enterprise Solution

Vantagens:

It is a solid HCM System if you are a company with subsidiaries and need to connect them all and intend to utilize it as such.

Desvantagens:

The system’s implementation, cost, and overall ease of use leave much to be desired, not to mention the customer service. The cost is particularly exorbitant, making it a poor choice unless you intend to use it as a comprehensive ERP system to connect subsidiaries. Its design is somewhat outdated, functioning more like a relationship database. Upgrades are a slow process, taking years to complete, while other HCM products are rapidly introducing new features to keep pace with technological advancements. Building out this system is a time-consuming process, and by the time it’s ready, newer options have already hit the market. It then takes additional years to integrate these new features. Considering the high implementation and ongoing costs, it would be more prudent to opt for other HCM systems. These alternatives offer similar modules that function effectively, but at a fraction of the cost.

All you Need as Employee is Here

It helps to manage All Employee information safely.Easy to access and submit their concerns like applying leaves, payroll management, Searching for internal job can be done by themselves.Time Sheet Management is good, In that more options available so that we can mention easily.Available in system and Mobile which is super good.

Desvantagens:

HR policy tab should be pre designed, so that employee get everything clearly.

Success factors builds healthy environment to work

Comentários: Excellent software to implement & use in any type of industry as it manages multiple things in single software.

Vantagens:

It's ease of use and mobile accessibility are the most important factors about this software, which I liked the most. It's provides one click access to payrolls,income tax , attendance, training related information.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it takes very much time to respond to sudden commands , which makes process bit slower.

Complete system for HR activities

Vantagens:

I liked the diversity of features available in the software, be it Time Tracking, Payroll, Ease of Profile Setup or applying for an e-separation.

Desvantagens:

I suggest that they have an option for employees moving from temporary to permanent to migrate their time off balance from the old to the new account.

User Experience on SAP HXM Suite

Vantagens:

The HXM suite covers all the features of payroll, HR, recruiting , training, onboarding within a company , Since it covers all the features which is necessary for a company to function , buying the suite makes sense.

Desvantagens:

The user experience is not that great , to it comparison Workday is very smooth.

A Leading and reasonably cost effective end to end HR system

Comentários: Overall this system meets our expectations. The platform is fast and stable.

Vantagens:

An end to end system to handle recruitment, onboarding through to employee management, absence, performance and succession planning and offboarding is not easy to find at this price point. The Integration Centre which can export data for use in other systems is feature rich and very fast for extracting data.

Desvantagens:

Reporting, and not unlike any cloud systems, isnt as strong as it could be. It is somewhat clunky and cumbersome to create reports. SAP Support, so far, is extremely poor.

Comentários: The product gets the job done at the end of the day but it can be unpredictable most often than not. It's user friendly but also is not expansive enough to be a designed tool to function with increased creativity.

Vantagens:

The product is user friendly and the ability to perform basic functions works for daily use. The product asthetics are appealing .

Desvantagens:

A lot of areas are in need of improvement. When software updates the next day there are always issues that arise that cause delays in daily tasks. External customers are limited in some user options that should not be restricted.

Comentários: The main focus of SAP HCM is employee administration: which gives basic, personnel-related data, and leverages a centralized database that enables employees and management to access up-to-date, consistent information that supports HR- and business-related decisions.
Global employee management allows to supports processes involved in international employee relocation, including planning and preparation of global assignments to personnel administration and payroll for global employees managements.
Perfect Payroll and legal reporting which allows for large multi-regional countries payroll handling and support for legal regulations compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
Manager Self-Service (MSS) which provides managers with the information and application access for employee development, compensation planning (and approval), and budgeting.
Employee Self-Service (ESS) which provides employees (even if deployed globally) with the information, access, and tools to autonomously manage their own important life and work events.
Shared-Service Framework which is a multifunctional framework that allows for the same architecture to be deployed in support of HR, finance, IT, service center operations, and other business functions.

Vantagens:

Talent management analytics: which allows for employee skill/qualification analysis; recruiting process evaluation; learning program effectiveness measures; succession program assessment; cost-benefit analyses of employee compensation programs.

Desvantagens:

Training and SOX deployment is bit difficult

Perfect one stop solution to manage employees database

Comentários: Overall good and mature product. Have been using it for almost 2 years now and not a single time faced any issue. Must for medium to large scale organization.

Vantagens:

Very clean and simple UI which makes it easy to use, goal setting is very easy, good feature of requesting and giving feedback, good features in terms of employee directory search, course tracking is made easy and lots of other good features which I have used. Also one good feature is that you can customise your own ui with just simple drag and drop of tiles and arrange them according to your usage and importance.

Desvantagens:

I personally feel that UI colors can be improved and its usually kept very simple. Good to add feature like giving badges when providing feedback.

Comentários: Payroll and Legal Reporting is near perfection, although with challenges (at least PT Location has challenges on the legal report side. All the HR information is gathered in one place, which allows for reporting and analytics to be deep and accurate.

Vantagens:

Talent management analytics: which allows for employee skill/qualification analysis;

Desvantagens:

The learning curve of usability is a bit steep, although when you get the hang of it you won't believe how effective this software is.

Many features but hard to use

Vantagens:

- Employees familiar with SAP in other use-cases will have an easier time adapting to this version of the software. - Reporting functionality if powerful and capable to dealing with large amounts of data and pulling what data looked like on a particular time-frame.

Desvantagens:

- Administrator interface is not intuitive and has a steep learning curve in order to use it. Requires a significant amount of time to train new administrators. - Learner portal is not well laid out and can be confusing for new employees.

Comentários: SAP SuccessFactors was one stop solution for all the requirements related to HR.

Vantagens:

SAP SuccessFactors is a total one stop solution for almost all the HR functions such as Employee on-boarding, Performance Management, Payroll etc.

Desvantagens:

As SAP SuccessFactors has a lot if functions and rolls, it is found little bit confusing to operate. If the main options made simplified, it will be great.

Comentários: The base its there, but unless you are running SAP everywhere it does not scale well.

Vantagens:

SAP is amazing in one thing, they have an incredible amount of software, I mean they build their entire enterprise on that! Success Factors is one of them, it is a HR management/training software. Many companies use it.

Desvantagens:

However they are not very good at maintaining it. Success factors is prone to missing information, subpar support, and just straight up madness. I've had to handle tickets consecutively of missing information and just over all. It looks like a software out of 2003. It is simply garbage. It will not sync well with systems. My god its horrible. Please stay away

Decent but outdated compare to others

Vantagens:

The software integrated with other SAP tools which provide more choices for HR professionals to have everything in one go. It is also customizable depending on your organisation process/requirements.

Desvantagens:

As it involves several different software it can be bit unstable at times specially during upgrades period

Comentários: My overall experience with SAP SuccessFactors has been neutral.

Vantagens:

What I like most about this product is that it is a typical applicant tracking system. It gathers your candidates and as a recruiter, you can sort through the hay stack as a traditional recruiter.

Desvantagens:

What I least like about the software is that there is no Artificial Intelligence in our software that could make it easier for the recruiters to do their tasks, such as sourcing.
