Great value

Vantagens:

A huge security benefit, which we didn't see at the competitor we used before - upon login the 2FA code is asked first, before the password. So brute force attacks are completely useless that way.

Desvantagens:

There are some quirks, but they are not critical. Just inconveniences - for example the Android app doesn't match passwords by subdomain (just by main domain), which works in the desktop browser extension. So for projects/clients that have a lot of apps/tools on the same domain, but different subdomains, the filling function becomes useless.

Password management made easy

Comentários: I really like Keeper. I use it daily. I really like that they give you a free family license when you have a corporate license. I have started using Keeper with the personal license for my personal passwords as well. I would definitely recommend Keeper for the combination of features, support, and price point.

Vantagens:

There are different records types so you can store all sorts of sensitive information, not just usernames and passwords. We used this to store encryption keys, secrets, etc. The software is very easy to use and easy to search. You can share the passwords individually or at a shared folder level. There is a one-time share feature that makes it easy to share passwords with contractors or external vendors who do not have a Keeper license.

Desvantagens:

There have been many improvements made since we started using the product. I wish there were a little more ways to organize passwords when you share them on an individual level. When you share a single record that's in a folder, the person you share it with cannot see the folder so they end up seeing all the passwords in a flat view. I wish they could see the folder structure it was in and only the passwords they have access to. The search feature makes up for this a bit because it works very well.

Keeper is perfect

Stay away. Over promise and under delivery.

Enterprise features. Also the paradigm of password ownership, even when shared with others.

Desvantagens:

Charged renewal even after telling sales that we did not want to renew (no option to cancel online). Did not keep the promised price after we migrated from competitor. No one liked to use their apps

Good solution for my small business

Vantagens:

User friendliness and ability to share passwords

Desvantagens:

Set-up was time consuming, mostly because I didn't understand how. At first, I felt like I had to become an expert in your product in order to be successful, which I don't think should be necessary. I would have liked to have a 10 minute call with someone that could tell me exactly what to do or do it for me. I don't recall that being an option.

Great app to store and manage passwords!

Comentários: We have hundreds of sites we manage and managing passwords for a team was not easy. An excel ss doesn't cut it. Keeper makes it easy for the team to update passwords as needed and everyone else has easy access to shared passwords.

Vantagens:

The ease to implement and store passwords. I really like how easy it is to find stored passwords. I like that you can copy and past to the site you need to access. It's intuitive and just easy to use.

Desvantagens:

I wish the alphabet line to the right was a little bigger when I am using the phone app. This is not a big deal but I would like more of a variety and color options for the background.

Intuitive and Useful Password Manager

Comentários: I think Keeper is very intuitive, easy to use, and keeps all of our passwords for our company and our clients secure.

Vantagens:

I appreciate that it has its own password generator in the program, in the screen when you edit the information for a website. I used to have to go to a new website to get a new password.

Desvantagens:

It may be my admin needs to fix an issue, but it can be annoying to have the prompt to fill in my password on every website when its not needed anymore. I can probably fix it myself.

Vantagens:

The browser plugins make it easy to manage and input long secure passwords without retyping and hand-jamming

Desvantagens:

Can be difficult to use Single Sign On application when pop-ups are not allowed in your organization

Keeping our data safe!

Comentários: We've used for over a year and had a very positive experience!

Vantagens:

I don't have to think about any of these details after I enter them - so easy to use for that reason and to keep our org safer!

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the direct launch link that was entered "breaks" from the actual launch...not sure why, but at least the info is still safely saved.

Not going to worry now

Comentários: After a scary experience where I thought I’d lost all my online data I discovered Keeper Security as a cloud based system to give me a back up

So easy to use and gives me confidence that I won’t lose key info

Not found anything that I don’t like yet!

Keeper for Business is a great password keeper

Comentários: Overall my experience with Keeper for business has been a good one, I'm getting more used to it everyday.

Vantagens:

What I like most of the software is it's ease of use. The GUI is very well laid out and intuitive; most other password managers are very basic and Keeper definitely looks the part of a profession software.

Desvantagens:

What I like least about Keeper are two things; First, the search function could use some work, it's very clunky and often makes finding what you're searching for a pain. Also the load times when first opening the software are long.

Decent Enterprise Password Manager

Comentários: We hoped to get users to adopt using keeper, but have had pretty poor overall adoption. Early on, there were some bugs in the browser integration that caused user headaches, and Keeper developed a reputation in our org of being a problem, not solution. Average user thinks storing passwords on the web is insecure, and people make crazy arguments as to why they do not want to use a PW manager. Short of an edict that it must be used, adoption has been our major issue. The IT team users Keeper, and we are happy with daily use. We have had pretty good support from Keeper when problems have come up. Most issues were getting the Connection to Azure working (documentation was not up to date, the Azure Web site had been modified). Migration between versions was another big issue when some users lost access to their vaults. In short, this is a good tool, but we have not gotten the business value we had hoped for due to poor adoption.

Vantagens:

Keeper is pretty easy to use. Support is pretty good. Security model is good. Azure / AD Integration Admin console shows good stats on adoption rate and usage.

Desvantagens:

Ability to import from 1 password is very limited. Instructions are poor, and relies on CSV and CSV grooming to get an import to at best partly work. As a long time 1password user, having to manually update every entry, and recreate the OTP was way more difficult than it should have been. One of the Keeper upgrades broke access to a number of vaults, and correcting this was a wasted day of my life. Azure integration stopped working right for these account, had to get them setup again with a Master Password. Seems like the upgrade was poorly on inadequately tested. The need to have a VM dedicated to connect Azure to Keeper- drop this. Other integrations with Azure do not require an on premises VM. Why is this integration not hosted on a Keeper Server? Security audit has no filtering between personal and shared entries. Cannot add columns to audit results, and cannot limit audit to a single vault/folder.

Keeper Makes Your Life So Much Simpler

Comentários: I highly recommend Keeper. It has competitors, some of which are slightly cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Keeper is rich in features and can really help you to get your business's or your own cyber security under control.

Vantagens:

Keeper has given me the ability to create, maintain and securely store and retreive more than two hundred and fifty unique passwords, PINs, and the answers that I have given to the security challenge questions that I use to access password protected websites as well as my numerous devices. I also store a lot of sensive data in Keeper, like family health records, contents of safe deposit boxes and their locations, license and VINs numbers on autos that I own, etc. It is a wonderful tool for both work and personal records and because I only have to remember one password, it can be long (mine is more than fifteen digits) and can contain numbers, symbols, and upper and lower case letters. All of my other more than 250 passwords maintained by Keeper are similarly complex. The length and complexity of the passwords that you create is limited only by the rules of the individual websites that you use. Can you remember 250 distinct, long, randomly generated alphanumeric passwords? No, but Keeper can. Just remember to put a copy of your "master" password in a secure place (like a safe deposit box) in case you have a memory lapse.

Desvantagens:

Almost nothing bothers me about Keeper. It has many, many features, some of which I have yet to use, but it works well on all of my devices (Windows, Android and iOS) as I currently use it. There is a learning curve with Keeper, but not to difficult. You will be using many of Keeper's features after a few hours of use, and its basic features after a just a few minutes.

Simple, Elegant Password Management that I have used for 2+ years

Comentários: I have used the app for over two years and have found it to be a time-efficient and safe way to store my passwords for ALL my online accounts. I also store other important information on there (like SS # etc)

Vantagens:

Browser App Extension allows you to have passwords automatically entered. Such a time saver Seamless integration and syncing between devices I guess we have no way of knowing if the App is REALLY safe but if you goto keeper.com they have extensive documentation on how they encrypt and store your data, their security disclosure and their certifications. I guess if you're really worried you should store your passwords under your mattress at home.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the Browser App Extension Popup does not bring up the correct login. An example of this occurs when you are on an ecommerce site and taken to a 3rd party payment site (ie Paypal Popup) but you retain the shops URL. As Keeper does URL matching to determine what password to retrieve this can be an issue...you need to open the Vault interface and get your paypal password. A way to select what username/password combo from the popup dialog would make things easier.

Safe Deposit Box for All Your Passwords

Comentários: Best password generator I've ever used. It's simply great!

Vantagens:

This is a great product. Keeper is a vault and a generator for passwords. And it also has a browser extension that allows the vault to be accessed while online. Keeper can generate ids and passwords for new sites...and they are very secure passwords...very cryptic 128-byte passwords. It also is has fields for storing answers to questions used to verify one's identity that are sometimes used by sites. In the vault, you can organize passwords in folders...for example, all banking passwords in one folder, home information sites in another. And it will fill in the id's and passwords automatically if you wish. The vault can be backed up to the cloud or stored on another device of your choosing. The can print them out. Finally, it will sync across several devices. Create a password on your computer, it shows on your tablet or phone.

Desvantagens:

This product is simply great! They do have a small charge annually if you want to share the program with other family members.

Vantagens:

-It saves time on each login that I have as not only are the password and login details held securely but all you don't even have to enter them. All you have to do is click on a button. -It allows the user to save all their log-in details and and then group. Thus, it allows you to have a helicopter view off the platforms you use etc. -You can also use the software to store other information not related to log-in and password details

Desvantagens:

- Sometimes the login might be on a certain page, however, the software might have stored a different page. -When you have multiple people signed up for the one account. If it's emails there is no problem but sometimes it might be login with numbers, thus it's hard to know whose accounts it is.

Love Keeper for Business

Comentários: It makes all my password needs safe and secure and helps me be certain that my business is not threatened by unwanted hackers. I generally use a 16 character password and I've never experienced a hacker breaking one of my passwords. My business is password safe!

Vantagens:

It's easy to work, saves lots of time looking up passwords, keeps my passwords secure from hackers, makes it easy to assign a password to a given site, makes it easy to insert my password into a site, and the cost to use it on all my devices is a true bargain.

Desvantagens:

At times, within certain programs or sites, the automatic entry feature doesn't initiate. In those instances it is a bit of a hassle to open the Keeper program and copy and paste the password, but fortunately this is more the exception than the rule.

Essential application

Comentários: This has been absolutly essential to our business processes. We deal with hundreds of unique passwords and having them in a central common application accessible to our technical staff has been key to maintaining control.

Vantagens:

It is easy to access, easy to use and works on a variety of platforms. It has plugins for the major web browsers. It has the ability to segregate repositories for different groups and to share passwords where necessary. Ability to audit passwords and quickly see where a common password may have been used.

Desvantagens:

Wish that it also had the ability to autofill non-web based applications.

Comentários: We require our end users to change their master password every 4 months. Our higher end security level clearance users are required to change their master password daily. That’s a lot to keep up with and keeper has helped our end users decrease their tickets for lost password by over 92%.

Vantagens:

Ease of use for end users; top notch security; ability sync across devices

Desvantagens:

Would prefer it force client to chose or create a folder. My client sometimes create loads of entries without folders and they are heavy users then get lost. The search feature is an excellent tool for them to use but folders help keep them organized.

Vantagens:

The application is intuitive and easy to use. You can organize and save logins and password details. No limit in the sharing of files or records. Store unlimited passwords. The application ensures round the clock support and customer service. To improve the security of your vaults, you can use the biometric fingerprint option to gain access to your accounts. The application is flexible to be customized according to the organization’s rules and procedures. Login and password generation. The application, in addition to passwords, also permits attaching images and media files to your digital vault. The main advantage of the tool is that you just have to remember one main password to access these from any device or from multiple operating systems. Allows easy navigation and data is automatically backed up.

Desvantagens:

Form filling (auto filling) capabilities can be improved. If you are choosing a monthly fee, it is indeed an expensive alternative. The free version lacks features. A feature to notify users when their subscription needs renewal.

Stop Writing Your Passwords Down!

Vantagens:

Google Chrome has a way to store passwords within your browser but on your phone what are you supposed to do if you forget one of your passwords? USE KEEPER! This app is the best for keeping your passwords organized - you can even separate the software or websites you use into folders. For example, I have all websites I shop on under a "Shopping" folder and all the bills I pay online under a "Finances" folder, and so on.

Desvantagens:

When using the computer, you just have to remember to be logged into your Chrome (or whatever browser) extension at all times so Keeper will automatically fill your password for you. And everytime you close your browser, it logs you out so you have to reenter your credentials when you open.

Good Software but watch out at renewal time

Comentários: It is just a tool. It needs to work and be able to be renewed with no effort. We don't need half the functions and don't want to be charged or pay for features we don't want or need.

Vantagens:

Easy to use and deploys onto phones. Users though can end up with duplications if they enter their own and don't share but we enter for the company and do share.

Desvantagens:

Didn't like the way a $225 5 user subscription ended up at $950 dollar with a recommended addition that couldn't be removed by the user. Had to muck around contacting customer support to resolve and at this stage not resolved so we may end up dumping Keeper in favour of one of the other vaults

Great Product and Easy to Use for the Whole family

Comentários: My whole family from teenagers to 60+-year-old mother uses it. I use it in the office, at home, and on the go. I have hundreds of passwords securely saved that I can access easily from all my devices. I love that I can quickly generate new passwords and store new site information quickly and easily. Customer service has been wonderful the couple of times I have needed them. I love that I am able to share passwords and login information between users, including my coworker.

Vantagens:

Ease of Use. Strong Passwords. Multi-Platform. Several Plans to Choose From. Great & Fast Customer Support. Price is Right for Me. Simple to Share Passwords Between Registered Users.

Desvantagens:

The only thing that I have found that I do not like is that there is no warning before the subscription expires.
