> **Vantagens**: Countfire is a dream to use. It does everything I wanted when I imagined a program to help automate the takeoff process, and they are still improving and adding more. 

The ability to hide the background and define zones are two features that make complicated plans go so much quicker. Out of the hundreds of projects we've completed already, very few have issues that hinder the programs functionality. But when something like that does pop up, there is always somebody to respond quickly and take a look. They always are happy to hear customer feedback and take suggestions. I can't say enough good about the team behind this software, they are going to change the industry. I can't believe a couple of months ago in 2021 I was still printing drawings and using a yellow highlighter.

> **Desvantagens**: What I like least about the software is the output excel file is a bit complicated compared to what we are used to. I only count devices of one discipline at a time, there is really no reason for more than one sheet. After I download the take off from countfire I always delete about half the rows / columns and transpose the x and y.

> **Vantagens**: Easiness to use and quick to upload drawing and start take offs. Like how it remembers items i have taken off on previous drawings of the same discipline.

> **Desvantagens**: Cant change size of the point for counting items on busy drawing. For example the circle covers other items i need to count and therefore can be missed.

> Very good and enjoying using it. Making take offs very quick and saves printing off drawings and cost effective.

> **Desvantagens**: Either the loading time or the fact that sometimes it messes up the background and believes it is not background. Though I understand this is probably due to the drawings rather than countfire.

> **Vantagens**: the way it counts across drawings is great, the way you can side by side documents to assess changes in specs etc is brilliant, and how you can override drawings with new stages.

> **Desvantagens**: the only real problems i have with it is normally if the drawing is bad i.e it has images on it and not done correctly at the designer end.

> my overall experience is very good, countfire its self is great it is just very dependant on the level of the drawing fed in to it.

> **Vantagens**: speedy takeoffs - intuitive system. learns for future drawings so you don't need to assign reference for every drawing. excellent training provided and good customer support.

> **Desvantagens**: The estimating tool is clunky and difficult to adjust from takeoffs as items are already grouped by drawings.

> For takeoffs excellent, for estimating i am still undecided, feels like some further development is required to make it more flexible.
