Comentários: My experience with this software is not very overwhelming but It's kind of an average software. It helps me to generate some good leads initially. But these glitches made me to switch to other software.

Vantagens:

Uploading contact numbers in excel format is very easy in this software. Users can even customise their messages in this software.

Desvantagens:

I faced many glitches when I used to do sms marketing through this software. It crashed multiple times after composing my whole message.

Texting Made Easy

Comentários: The customer service is impeccable! I really enjoyed working with the person assigned to me. She’s very helpful!

Vantagens:

The fact that I do not have to individually send texts to all of my clients that’s wonderful!

Desvantagens:

I think the cost could be more reasonable, which would encourage me to use the service more often. Also, I wish that the text came directly from my phone number because some people may not recognize the EZ TEXT number.

Comentários: The system is okay, it does the job to get mass messaging out.

Vantagens:

Mass texting capabilitites and having a central space to do this.

Desvantagens:

The plans are costly for the number of messages we can purchase. The monthly/annual plans are not helpful as our business needs to send messages out in larger numbers. Would like to see an app that we're able to use, and not just a web page.

Vantagens:

It's ease for loading mass contacts. Running reports. The user-friendliess and cost effectiveness of the platform.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the site can be a bit slow in sending out bulk text messages. Or the site can be down for maintence and send texts super delayed.

Comentários: Satisfied with this product for corporate mass texting tool.

Vantagens:

Simple and efficient way to send mass texts and organize contacts

Desvantagens:

UX can be a little clunky at times. Some shortcuts and options aren't readily available, but the texting itself is reliable.

I like that it is easy to create different groups. I also like how it is easy to schedule recurring messages.

Comentários: My boss is very happy with the results we have achieved from our EZ texts and for that I am pleased.

Vantagens:

It is affordable and relatively user-friendly. I can get my messages out whenever I need to send a blast. I also enjoy that our groups and people can respond back so I can get head counts for events when folks RSVP.

Desvantagens:

The website is not very attractive. It's a bit dull, but that's okay, and I honestly prefer it. The simplicity and lack of issues when sending or creating make it worth it. I like it.

Great service at a great price!

Comentários: As a business owner, EZ Texting has been phenomenal. We own an estate sale company and when we do cells, we allow people to sign up to receive texts when we are doing another one. Our sign up participation has been really good. EZ Texting goes very well with the rest of our advertising!

The cost in the age of using EZ Texting are great! I like receiving the results of the texts as soon as they have been sent that way, I know my bounce right immediately.

Desvantagens:

There are really no cons. It’s a fantastic service and I recommend it to everyone.

Comentários: I highly recommend it. I have implemented it with other clients (I also have a small marketing agency), and it's perfect. There are not too many bells and whistles, which I like. It just gets the job done very efficiently.

Vantagens:

It was very simple to setup and get up and running. Dumping our phone list was painless. I had our first text out in under 10 minutes. The reporting is almost immediate and keywords easy to implement. We use this in conjunction with a fraternal order and the golf league. It's ideal for keeping people informed and even the seniors have phones that receive texts. They love it.

Desvantagens:

I haven't found anything not to like yet. Easy, cost-effective and does the job.

Great solution for Non-profits needing texting communication options!

Comentários: Overall it's a great software for people to text into and enter into your system. This has allowed us to capture more of our people's information and move them along our different process queues.

Vantagens:

I like that we can lump different people into groups depending on the information we need to share. This allows us to schedule the messages out ahead of time and make sure everyone is getting the most accurate information possible.

Desvantagens:

The software can get expensive if your needing to constantly send out weekly messages to mass amounts of people over 100. You would need to purchase more credits, and it can get expensive.

Was the best out there before recent changes

Comentários: Customer service is typically pick to respond when needed, however we did have a several week wait for an issue on our end to be remedied by the company, with no communication throughout those weeks even with weekly contact submissions on our end. The product is great for the most part, but the recent changes and customer service issues are enough to break my loyalty with them and consider companies elsewhere to see what our outside options are.

Vantagens:

EZ Texting is easy enough for just about anybody to use - surely where the name came from. On certain packages, MMS messages are only charged at a single credit where others are double or triple.

Desvantagens:

Within the last year, they have changed the account features which now require an upgrade to send instant messages. We pay thousands of dollars throughout the year for our usage, but are now asked to upgrade if we want our messages to continue being sent instantly, otherwise we are looking at a 40 minute delay.
