So whenever I need to send an invoice, I have to change the system settings then change them back. I often will forget to change it back then I get calls from customers.

PestRoutes is the best

Comentários: The team at PestRoutes is the best! I've used several softwares during my time in the industry and I have to say that PestRoutes is the hands down the best. We started using them two years ago and the growth of the system amazes me! The team is always pushing forward and deals with probably their most difficult customer with ease (us at TruForce)! We always have little things we'd like to see and I can't tell you how many beta versions we've had! Don't go anywhere else trust me!

Vantagens:

The team behind the software is really what makes the great software it is!

Desvantagens:

I couldn't put my finger on any negatives in the capacity that I use them

Customer Service is a JOKE!

Comentários: My onboarding guy, [sensitive content hidden], was incredible. He was the best part of my experience because he was always available and ready to help. The software has been great when there aren't issues, but as soon as an issue comes up, which it always will eventually, good luck getting any help from customer support. They rarely call back. They will always respond to emails, typically within a day or two, but the help there is laughable. I have been constantly frustrated with customer service. For that reason, I would suggest any other software as long as they have good customer service. I have lost so much money to their slow responses and how it has effected the operations of my business. It's unfortunate because the software is awesome, albeit a little pricey, but customer service just ruins the experience for me.

Vantagens:

The software is pretty good. It is functional and integrates nicely with scheduling. The app is great.

Desvantagens:

Customer service is ridiculous. I have been a customer for 5 years now because I like the software, but I'm at the point where I am fed up with not feeling like a priority. When issues come up be ready to wait for days, weeks, and even months for a solution. Currently I have been locked out of my account for 3 days due to a bad card on file, and even though I paid the balance in full the second I was locked out, they have made no effort to get me back into my account to run my business, which has been on hold for three days now. This isn't even the worst thing I've experienced with their customer support, but I already wrote a novel review elsewhere on that experience. I am currently looking at competitors because I am blown away by the lack of interest in their customers. Not being able to run a business for three days because customer service won't get me back into my account after they have been paid is completely unacceptable.

Comentários: Been using it for a few years now. Every app has glitches but I feel it’s been relatively smooth.

Vantagens:

Everything is pretty integrated and works well.

Desvantagens:

I wish the app didn’t refresh or reload while checked into an appointment. If I leave the app and go back, the app starts from the schedule menu. That could be a setting on my phone, not really sure.

Good system for complex reports and programs, not so flawless

Comentários: Overall i like servsuite for its multi-tier program, adds multiple events for each program at predetermined intervals and pricing- but it comes with many many flaws, it has become very frustrating- their effors are great but fixes are very slow and it is impacting out work flow

does not sync with google, many hiccups and tech support needed, updates tend to cause issues, programming takes a long time to fix issues and we have been struggling, lag in the email server system,

Helpful, but more left to be desired

Comentários: The customer service has largely been responsive, kind, and they really do seem to care that we're able to be educated on how to use FieldRoutes as well as making sure we're in a position to being doing it correctly. The time it took us to implement was extremely frustrating - we signed on in mid/late January and didn't go live until June 15th of this year. And even when we did start, it felt like I had to keep explaining our business, what was important to us, and how we wanted to use the software, and despite that, constantly kept running into problems. The wait times to get things done were really frustrating to us. I'd communicated a ton with FieldRoutes implementation specialists/developers/customer success members about things we wished FieldRoutes would do in order to make it smoother for us to use, & be less of a "pest control only" type software, and my impression is that we're just a tiny fish in a very big sea of their clients so I'm left feeling very cynical we'll ever be able to have the software become more configurable to our industry. Simple things like adding different placeholders in forms/agreements, providing different customizable fields in customer cards, being able to download pdf's more easily in the Form Lookup, is stuff that would make a massive difference in our use of FieldRoutes but I have been provided with very, very little hope that those changes will ever be made. Although I must say, FR's been a real big improvement & help for us still.

Vantagens:

Routing, dispatching, and scheduling have been great. The real time data and tools on the dashboard are extremely helpful to see how productive your company is and how your business is doing on the top line.

Desvantagens:

We've had a pretty difficult time adjusting things that we need in order to report to clients and to counties on the work we do. This software feels often like we've fit a square peg in a round hole, but it works for us. The thing that is the most frustrating to me is how this software still seems totally built for pestcontrol businesses, and if you aren't in that category, you seem to have to make your business flow fit as best you can into the software. The big thing I was excited about with software was being able to send out a crisp, smooth, digital, monthly renewal service subscription to customers throughout the year because we've historically done that using paper. We're still not to the point where any of the customer reporting/county reporting/renewal processes seem to really configure to what we need, which is frustrating. I'm hopeful FieldRoutes makes their product more configurable and adjustable to the industry needs of their customers, and makes it less of a static/"what you see is what you get" type software.

Comentários: Been very happy since switching from prevoius software. FR fits our model much better.

Vantagens:

Cloud based software. Uptime is solid. Billing options and scheduling options are customizable.

Desvantagens:

Mobile app needs attention. Slow and not user friendly. Contracts need to be streamlined and less confusing to customers

Worst Imaginable Software

the fact you prompted this review over the alert and task bar option so i had to complete it to do my job. If you want people to review you dont hinder their ability to work. Or at least let them opt out of it instead of a forced review hyperlink that blocks and restricts me from doing my actual job till the review is done. Kinda scummy

Comentários: A+ - best software available for pest control industry - from sales to service

Vantagens:

Easy to use, adding customers, subscriptions and scheduling has a nice flow. Customer service is quick, efficient and very pleasant to work with.

Desvantagens:

Havent come across anything that I dislike yet, probably the most difficult thing so far is there are so many features and options that it makes it difficult on the service side to apply this much info for customer in timely manner.

Good compact reliable program

Comentários: Field Routes solves the perennial problem of keeping records of customers, applications, dollars owed, scheduling and etc.

Vantagens:

Although we have not used it long, from our initial presentation to the present, we have found it easy to implement, and easy to use. There are no long complicated methods to entering customer information, scheduling services, collection, and getting relevant reports.

Desvantagens:

To date, we have not found any appreciable cons to the software.

There are definitely changes that could be made

Comentários: It's been a bit of a headache to get it figured out, but overall it does help keep things running smoothly from the office. The workers using the mobile app have the most trouble.

Vantagens:

I like being able to schedule appointments and then when completed, they make automatic invoices for me.

Desvantagens:

The time clock on the mobile app, as well as a lot about the app. I feel it should be more easily used like the website is. The reset for the "sent" feature on the invoices is frustrating because it throws things off. The fact of setting it up to quickbooks is a headache and next to impossible it seemed. A lot of it is done manually because the software doesn't organize things as well as I think it could.

Best Customer Service Ever

Comentários: It makes things streamlined, and much faster. It is a very professional service which in turn makes us look more professional and we have even paid to have our contract personalized and made into html so it is available on the app. The reports are amazing and really gives us so much information at our fingertips. The whole process from the start until now 6 months late has been wonderful and I truly feel even to this day my hand has been held through the whole journey.

Vantagens:

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing and helped us navigate a the huge change of transferring over our business. This program works wonderfully. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING -- BEST I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH IN ANY COMPANY. They truly care and follow-up is amazing -- they will talk you through steps and hold your hand throughout not only the beginning, but any bumps along the way. I am blown away by the customer service and with all the reps. They respond so quickly and always do their best to fix the problem and do anything they can. I have called/emailed them so many times, not even with problems, but just to find out how to do something in a better way.

Desvantagens:

Some of the glitches -- like where some customers were charged over 800 in one month because of a glitch without our knowledge -- have been rough or invoice numbers disappearing or changing to a different number have been touchy. I understand all programs have glitches and Pest Routes has been attentive and helpful in every situation. The only thing is I would suggest when a glitch comes out -- to let everyone know that this is something they could experience so that they can go in and run a report to stay on top of it. If we would have known about the multiple payment glitch we could have run a quick report called "Account with Credits" and we could have seen the multiple charges right away and let the customers know ahead of time - or even refunded them asap.

A very robust CRM for the pest control industry

Comentários: I took over as Branch Manager after our company had been using PestRoutes for over a year. They had migrated from PestPac, and it appears for all intents and purposes that the migration went well. It was a steep learning curve for me, and they want to charge for additional hands-on training (what I would call "re-doing the onboarding"). Even 2+ years on I'm discovering that our people either weren't trained properly in the beginning, or that that tribal knowledge was lost in the general turnover that companies experience. However, their customer service has always been helpful as we've called in about simple questions because we didn't know where to look in the Help Wizard.

Vantagens:

The reporting features are incredible....if you have good input. Not a FieldRoutes issue, just a pebcak error.

Desvantagens:

Reporting is a double edged sword: there are so many different ways to get the same information that I've had to create a library of how to run the reports that we want. Yes, you can save reports, but only in the Reports tab. Side note - why isn't the Sales Report in the Reporting tab but in the Customer tab?

Very happy with FieldRoutes!

Comentários: Using the software has helped us to streamline our billing and scheduling processes, thereby saving us time and money. We have also been able to improve our customer communications through the software. Highly recommend FieldRoutes.

Vantagens:

Most helpful/impactful features: Billing, Scheduling, Reporting Their customer support is phenomenal! Every time I find a glitch or have a question about functionality, the customer support team is right on it. And recently, they have started offering informative webinars dealing with how to use different features and functions of the software.

Desvantagens:

We have had problems using API to integrate the software with forms on our website because we don't use FieldRoutes' marketing platform.

Over all worth it

Comentários: I believe over all the database is great. I think it is something that is great for the ease of use and the reports are easy to find. I do like that the scheduling is easy and you have several different ways to schedule.

Vantagens:

I like that it is user friendly and simple with most of the actions that need to be performed.

Desvantagens:

I do not like that it is difficult to remove a payment. Actually that you can not remove a payment if it is placed on the incorrected account by accident. The only way I know how to fix it is to just make the payment 0. I do not like that you can not get a list of customers for a technician. I would like to print out each techs customers with last date of service. I have called customer support and they have given me ways to do this but it always leaves out customers.

Field Routes

Comentários: I especially like that Field Routes makes tracking everything from adding a new customer to billing a service that has been completed. We have had much less missed billing.

Vantagens:

Integration was easy and went quickly. I like the fact that we can schedule, update and invoice everything through Field Routes. There is very little that goes on with a customer that cannot be done through Field Routes. I especially like the customer service I call a lot for help and they are always very helpful.

Desvantagens:

My biggest concern is that techs seem to have issues with the mobile app mostly with the time clock. We are always having to make corrections with their times. Also at one point they added an option to do estimates but it took away another add-on that we used all the time. I believe they are working on that though, still waiting.

Comentários: Regardless of my issues, Customer SERVICE WAS THE BOMB. I use other softwares in another line of work, and don't get this kind of customer service. I recommended search by Invoices, not sure if my recommendation was what spurred this upgrade, but I certainly felt listened to. As I have used the product I have gotten better, and when I need something or don't understand why the product is doing something, the explanations from customer service are timely, educational and patient.

Vantagens:

The ease of which I can track my customers, input their treatments with the pricing, and notification of completed treatment. It's AWESOME and takes less time to enter as used. Also like the merchant pay portal and the reporting features. I couldn't say more about the reporting features, it's just amazing!

Desvantagens:

not reliable when using a free email service and the extra costs to that, though minimal was annoying.

A great software program that is a little rough around the edges.

Comentários: Overall I am very please with FieldRoutes and plan on using them for years to come.

Vantagens:

I like that it handles everything that I need to run my company. From start to finish

Desvantagens:

This software program is very technincal and is fairly difficult to use on the small things. There should be a bigger help center and articles on how to do things and how to troubleshoot problems. However, the support team is very helpful. Also I wish on the service side of the app that it would show the time of when an appointment is scheduled even if it's an any time service. The sales side shows this so I don't understand why the service side can't as well.
