Any action in Skyvia keeps a user, even not very technically equipped, entertained. You don't feel frustrated because of complex interface or functions.
Maybe I have to bridge both side with a sql database, and maybe that is what am I missing.

Seamless message replication to databases
Vantagens:
There are many beautiful things about Skyvia. It's convenient and has really many cool features. I'd like to highligh some benefits that make sense in our integration case: 1. Replication frequency. We are under a free plan, and there is a possibility to replicate messages from Zoho CRM to a database once a day. That's fine in our case. Paid plans allow for more frequent data intervals as far as I know. 2. Tools supported. We use Zoho CRM, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for the integration flow. All these tools are supported by Skyvia, so it's easy to build different pipelines with these tools. For instance, first we replicate all data from Zoho CRM to PostgreSQL, and then sync only messages from PostgreSQL to MySQL. MySQL is the base underlies our website and we extract those messages for publishing testimonials and customers reviews. 3. Easy to set up. Any action in Skyvia keeps a user, even not very technically equipped, entertained. You don't feel frustrated because of complex interface or functions. Everything is super clear and made with humans in mind.
Desvantagens:
Actually, Skyvia satisfies all our goals related to the data integration. We are happy with it. Perhaps an abundant onboarding training for clearing everything up would be great. Skyvia Connect
Comentários: Recently we have moved from on premise solution to Cloud solutions. The sales team and free demo was extremely helpful in assisting us on how to best use this solution. Within a very short time we were able to implement the solution to connect cloud databases to various reporting tools including excel based solutions.
Vantagens:
The solution is easy to use and very intuitive. We have had to make some changes to some connections due to changing end user requirements. Administration of the various connections is a snap. Our organization is exclusively using Skyvia for our connections. As we are a small business, all our employees use this application. We are using Connect with an annual professional subscription which we find a great value for our needs. We believe that Skyvia is the right solution for us as it can grow with our company's evolving needs. The solution came recommended from our AWS account representative.
Desvantagens:
Our experience with Skyvia has only been positive. We have not had any issue. To date we have not had a need to contact support, so we do not have experience with their support.

User interface is neat. Getting around the product is easy. Setting up a pipeline is intuitive Multiple connectors

Everything that the product is meant to do - Improper error messages - Endlessly running tasks - Extremely poor support
Skyvia Makes My Job Easier!
Comentários: Skyvia is an essential tool for our organization. Data must sync to several different locations and Skyvia handles it automatically and with ease. Highly recommended!
Vantagens:
Our data resides in Salesforce but it must sync to Google Sheets and Microsoft SQL Server on a daily, even hourly, basis. Skyvia makes that happen with very little intervention from our data management team. Set it an forget it.
Desvantagens:
It can be challenging to create complicated SQL statements that pull Salesforce data.
Friendly solution for data export from Google Sheets to Amazon S3
Vantagens:
What we absolutely adore about Skyvia is its simplicity and efficiency. It's like having a reliable colleague who takes all the hassle out of data export tasks. Setting up data flows from Google Sheets to Amazon S3 is straightforward, thanks to the intuitive interface — no headaches, no need to be a tech wizard! The best part is the automation capabilities. It's amazing how we can set up schedules for data exports, making repetitive tasks disappear like magic. It ensures our data in Amazon S3 is always fresh without any manual prodding.
Desvantagens:
What bugs us a bit is the lack of more advanced features within the platform itself. It's not a dealbreaker, but it would be fantastic if these capabilities were beefed up, making it a one-stop shop for all our data handling needs.
Seamless Replication from Cloud Apps to BigQuery
Vantagens:
Skyvia has many great functions, but we really appreciate scheduling. We use this function to make regular replication of Timely and Salesforce data to BigQuery. As Skyvia regularly sends Timely records, we could see, for example, how many hours per day an employee spends and maybe whether they work too much. Such things help us to stay flexible and make adequate decisions.
Desvantagens:
To be honest, we'd like to design replication pipelines for other tools we currently use. However, Skyvia doesn't provide a pre-built connector for that yet, even though we know it supports almost 200 tools. So, it's something we dislike about Skyvia and would want the team to consider our requests to include Instagram insights.
The user-friendly helper for data replication to Google BigQuery
Vantagens:
We needed to replicate QuickBooks and ActiveCampaign data to Google BigQuery and tried Skyvia. It's super easy to use with its drag-and-drop interface and handles the integration seamlessly. The automated syncing keeps data up-to-date without any manual hassle, and it's really cost-effective, too.
Desvantagens:
Skyvia is fantastic for straightforward data replication, but if you need highly advanced customization or complex transformations, you might find its options somewhat limited.
Seamlessly Transferring HubSpot Data to Power BI
Vantagens:
The simplicity of using Skyvia is really the most importable and the most favorite thing. The first beta setup took 10 minutes, which is a win-win strategy for us. Setting up the integration with APIs would have taken much more time and specialists involved. Analysts don’t have to use any third-party integration tools for bringing data to Power BI. They just use already preconfigured OData feed for HubSpot and extract all the necessary objects for reporting and analysis, when needed.
Desvantagens:
Skyvia allows only 1 endpoint under the free plan, which isn’t a problem or a drawback in reality. We’ve switched to the basic level, which offers unlimited endpoints and connectors as we needed to get access to data from various apps and databases in Power BI.
Skyvia has really changed our business for the better!

It is easy. For someone who does not have an extensive background in this area, I was able to dive in and get started pretty quickly....without having to slow down to learn MySQL queries, etc. With all of the tools, out-of-the-box integrations and generally pretty clear documentation I found connecting our systems with Skyvia to be a good experience.
Desvantagens:
When an integration runs, It would be great if there were options for sending/receiving the results...at the very least, receiving an email with the csvs for any failures attached. I am told that this is already on the roadmap.

Moving Users from MySQL DB to Zoho CRM
Comentários: We used Skyvia Import scenario for loading users from MySQL database to Zoho CRM. We had to set up the corresponding scheduling so that new users were transferred on a daily basis. Also, we used hourly updates. In order to avoid duplicates (to load only imported new records, based on email address) we used Upsert function while creating a task.
Vantagens:
Our needs were covered by free Skyvia plan. This is amazing but I am willing to pay for such a nice tool.
Desvantagens:
Nothing at all. We’ve done all our tasks and are satisfied.

It's a very stable platform and very easy of use. We've been using Skyvia since a couple of years, and the support team is also fantastic.

Skyvia Backup for Zoho CRM data
Comentários: We use Skyvia Backup to run automatic daily backups of our Zoho CRM data. So all I need to do is just periodically login to compare different backup versions by dates to see what's changed or got missing (sometimes happens with our customer support team), and restore some particular record by request.
Vantagens:
I like that I haven't thought about Skyvia Backup since we've scheduled it for our Zoho CRM. It works like a charm, saving our developers and admins several working weeks a year because they do not have to back up data manually.
Desvantagens:
I would like to receive email or push notifications on the successful backup creation, not only on failed ones.
Great tool for a number of reasons
Vantagens:
We use Skyvia for importing data into our medical claims database with Salesforce. The scheduled importing via ftp is very useful for us and the ability to be flexible and customize the imports that we do has been a huge boost to our company. It has allowed us to be much more efficient.
Desvantagens:
It would be helpful if there were better documentation. Or training videos available.

My initial impression though is that it is an amazing tool! I've actually been telling people about it every time they bring up Jitterbit or something similar.
Desvantagens:
The one place where it didn't fully meet my needs was in the formulas and logic allowed to map into Salesforce. I wanted to be able to use logic to decide if a field or record should be updated.
ActiveCampaign deals backup
Comentários: We use Skyvia for ActiveCampaign deals backup. We use AC heavily as our CRM and project management tool.
Vantagens:
I like that I don't have to keep an eye on backing up data once I set everything up, and the interface is very user-friendly.
Desvantagens:
I would love it if Skyvia could also back up our Google Drive and Emails.
Easy to use and implement
Vantagens:
We use Skyvia to mass update records in a Dynamics 365 environment. Turns out Microsoft is pretty terrible at this.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes it works slower than I expected because of the queue. Although, we haven't faced any mistakes at all.
Second CRM migration and I wish I'd found Skyvia sooner
Comentários: We had received a quote for CRM migration services and while it seemed reasonable, we couldn't justify the extra expense. By connecting both our existing CRM and future CRM to Skyvia, I was able to migrate all of our data within a week and preserve all of the structure, relationships, and history that I thought I'd have to shell out thousands for.

Very simple to set up and use. Able to achieve a lot on the free version

Requires some baseline knowledge of how APIs work and you must familiarize yourself with your data source's structure

Overall experience has been great
Comentários: This tool met our requirements very well. Good value for the cost. Worthy product functionality and performance. Give it a try. We are using Skyvia to integrate data from our cloud services to on-premise databases and back to the cloud. We primarily use Skyvia for connecting to Salesforce to pull down data into our other on-premise databases.
Vantagens:
Simple data loading, much easier than the standard data loader from salesforce, UI is simple to understand.
Desvantagens:
Some of the error notifications could be improved but it's not vital.
Fast and reliable backup
Comentários: The overall experience is great - simple and reliable software.
Vantagens:
We perform a regular weekly backup. We definitely like that Skyvia Backup allows us to see details about previous backups and restore specific data if needed.
Desvantagens:
The software is great but we've faced some problems because of Salesforce restrictions. For example, our SF account contains the 'History' object which is read-only. So this table can be backed up but can't be restored.
A simple tool through the browser which enabled me to connect to SQL database in Azure
Vantagens:
I was able to connect to Azure SQL database, and saved the connection details for future uses. I didn't have to login to Azure and in order to use Microsoft tool.
Desvantagens:
There are no wizards and graphic interfaces like in SSMS and in VS, but I didn't expect them to do it. In the equivalent solution which Microsoft began to supply lately (written in May 2017) it neither exist.
