Comentários: Hexnode UEM is easy to use and is best for mac. I would recommend this software to everyone looking for an MDM with these features.

Vantagens:

Hexnode UEM is one of the easiest MDM software to familiarize. Well-prepared documentation helped us follow quite quickly. Moreover, any doubts regarding the software can be clarified with their friendly and knowledgeable customer service team.

Desvantagens:

Hexnode for windows was not upto mark compared to mac. Occasional bugs sometimes cause problems.

Razões para mudar para o Hexnode UEM: Pandemic scenario posed a WFH issue where we had to manage the devices remotely. So, we thought of trying out the Hexnode free version. Soon enough, we were convinced of its capabilities and subscribed for the same. Though we faced slight issues due to occasional bugs, we could clear it out with the help of the support team.

Awesome Product, Great Price, Fantastic Support

Comentários: I use Hexnode to lock down the iPads in my stores to only display a catalogue of items to my customers. The tool works easily and is very simple to set up and run.

Vantagens:

The platform is pretty handy and is compatible with a wide range of devices. Several of our offices across the nation use different types of devices, so this really helpful in our scenario.

Desvantagens:

I am absolutely happy and satisfied with the product and services. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Multiplatform and Easy to Use

Comentários: I cannot give 5/5 stars simply because I have only used this product in a test environment. However, my company has been impressed with the ease of use of Hexnode MDM and the very responsive support team. Our company was on the way to find another MDM provider and Hexnode had the quickest learning curve. They support all of our platforms including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android. During our trial we ran into a few issues, bugs, and missing features, but the support team was quick to answer our questions, provide workarounds, and submit feature requests. One of our biggest request was to be able to upload MSIX files for Windows applications, and this was implemented within 2 months of our request.

Vantagens:

Multiplatform, Easy Learning Curve, Great Support, Simple UI.

Desvantagens:

Groups cannot be nested, there are still some bugs to be tweaked, less robust Windows management, no Windows Automated Enrollment (OOBE)

A product with a great UI that requires some backend tweaks to make the product more stable.

Comentários: Overall, a good experience. Would recommend it to SMBs who are just getting into UEM. Might not be the best for large Enterprises.

The UI is amazing and very intuitive. Setup is a breeze.

Desvantagens:

Some features do not work as expected due to the lack of thoroughness in the backend stack.

Comentários: Hexnode is worth every penny you spend if you have similar issues as ours. I will certainly recommend it.

Vantagens:

Kiosk device management is pretty easy with Hexnode UEM. It has an easy and intuitive portal and interface. Overall, Hexnode is one of the best UEM available for its price.

Desvantagens:

There aren't many dislikes to talk about. Sometimes, the portal takes time to load. However, this happened just a couple of times only.

Comentários: Hexnode is one tool that does justice to the price. It has been easy to implement and mastering the software took only a few hours. Moreover, any doubts or issues can be raised and the support team will surprise you with their quick response.

Vantagens:

Hexnode is feature-rich in the Android and iOs platforms and almost all the features are really easy to implement. The enrollment of devices and users has been an easy process and the integration with identity service providers like Okta is a great advantage.

Desvantagens:

Not many negatives faced so far with Hexnode. Additional security for the IT admins to log in to the portal would be better so that more security can be assured.

Great MDM Solution

Vantagens:

It was easy to migrate over from another MDM application. The dashboard is laid at well.

Desvantagens:

I don't like that device location tracking - GPS is not a mandatory.

Great Customer Service/Knowledge Articles/User Experience

Comentários: One word to describe my whole experience is: Easy. Hexnode made it super simple for the small bank that I work at to enroll devices of both Android and iOS, as well as monitor and maintain them effectively. Their support is two clicks away, which is always nice for when I have simple questions that I can't find in their expansive knowledge articles (which is rare..)

Vantagens:

The layout of the portal as well as the knowledge articles provided for enrolling and managing devices are clear, easy to navigate, and even easier to ask for support with their built-in live chat function.

Desvantagens:

Nothing to complain about really! The pricing is a little steep for Enterprise features per device but it comes with great value.

Excellent Product

Comentários: Love the software. Easy to set up and follow instructions.

assigning various policies per device, enabling and disabling kiosk mode with ease and location tracking

for first-time users, it might look like lots of features but can easily be learned after you play around the system, nothing else.

Good value for money and awesome support

Comentários: We were using another MDM software before Hexnode and it has been a huge step forward in the control features and ease of use for the same price. The cherry on the cake is the super efficient support !

Vantagens:

The enrolment of new devices is easy and the control features are great.

Desvantagens:

The invoicing does not follow the "active" devices but we have to subscribe to a specific amount of devices, even if it is not used. It would be better to increment our invoice each time a new dive is enrolled on our account.

Best Solution for Mac

Comentários: Don’t hesitate to ask questions and do trial tests. Any enquiry can be done via live chat or by directly contacting them. Make sure the product and the plan suits best to your company’s needs.

Vantagens:

Hexnode is worth the penny we spent. Also, the technical support was one of the best we have received so far.

Desvantagens:

Advanced restrictions are available only for the highest subscription plan. It may be unreasonable to expect this, but better distribution of features is suggested.

Hexnode UEM feels relatively easy to use and navigate. It's simple enough for a beginner while it houses the complex management features that you would look for in advanced solutions.

Desvantagens:

We ran into a few glitches and errors while using the product but most of our concerns were addressed and cleared up by the team, so we do not have any significant grievances.

Vantagens:

This tool is so easy to use and to setup policies, no complex settings everything is at your finger tips ready to create your policy. Enrolling a device is just scanning a qr code! Its that simple. App catalog is amazing! so sleek and looks really appealing.

Desvantagens:

I have nothing to write here. Hexnode has been amazing

One of the BEST MDMS!

Comentários: Device management and full control, device monitoring

Vantagens:

Online portal is extremely easy to use and enrollment process is very simple. Changes made in the portal are applied immediately across all devices. Search function is really thorough and has all of the options that I needed.

Desvantagens:

Remote view feature is sometimes flaky. There can be a delay between the device and in the portal by a few seconds. Sometimes it doesn't work properly, making it unreliable.

The best MDM around

Vantagens:

I have been testing/trying out a few MDM tools and this is the best one i have use out of them all! It was so easy to use! Just tick/untcik what you do and don't want the end user to do and that's it you are set. you have so many options to pick from it makes really easy and covenant to setup your devices.

Desvantagens:

the only thing that i didn't was not being able to assign different roles to users, but after speaking to hexnode they implemented this for me so i could make different roles.

Great platform with great support

Vantagens:

Hexnode has been able to satisfy nearly all of our feature requirements and has a support team that is extremely responsive and helpful.

Desvantagens:

One particular setting caused us a huge amount of issues early on, and that is relating to mandatory apps being uninstalled from a device if the policy itself is removed. Easy enough to disable once we found it, but until then we were risking losing all configuration, login, etc. on our fleet of deployed devices should we make one wrong move with the policy. As well, an inability to elegantly manage both a staging/beta and production version of the same enterprise application is continuing to cause inefficiency and headaches.

Great software

Comentários: Allows us to have a tablet that is secure and single purpose.

Vantagens:

It's easy to manage and the customer support is great! We have it set up on 18 tablets now and works great. We use it daily.

Desvantagens:

I wish I had more control over software updates, but I think that's a fault of Android, not Hexnode. No major complaints.

Vantagens:

remotely support to users. very good support/security tool for our cellphones and tablets for our company.

Desvantagens:

could not enter the new device number in the admin section. no boxes, no arrows, no links.. i needed to get support and see that i only change the number.

Security and Management software for mobiles

Comentários: It helps us secure many mobile application which contains the SPI data. The security is good, User Interface is good. It is a very good product.

Vantagens:

I comes with a very good Security structure for mobile applications. It comes with functionality of secure and wipe. All mobility platforms which includes Windows (deskpto, laptops and phones Phones), iOS, Android , macOS etc are supported by Hexnode MDM.

Desvantagens:

No technical glinche detected as of now, in my knowledge. The support could be better.

Excellent, Intuitive, Easy to Use

Vantagens:

Intuitive and ease of use. Went thru 3 different MDM's before picking this one. MaaS 360 is garbage compared to Hexnode

Desvantagens:

No 2FA as of yet. But their support is great . Also, the AD option should sync more regularly than once a day.

Support is timely and very helpful. Portal is user friendly. Quick to set up what you want the way you want it.

Desvantagens:

Price is high. Other than there is nothing to dislike about this service.

Budget-friendly MDM

Comentários: We are satisfied with Hexnode as it has almost done everything we required. So I would recommend this software.

Vantagens:

Hexnode easily connects to the active local directory or Azure cloud. Since Hexnode MDM is a cloud-based server, you don’t need to manage another server. Moreover, associating policies are pretty straightforward.

Desvantagens:

Hexnode is best suited for mac devices as it is mediocre for windows. Hexnode could have added more lockdown capabilities for Windows.
