Vantagens:

Experimentamos este software na nossa empresa de forma a substituir um software da concorrência que anualmente era um custo muito elevado e foi uma excelente decisão, facilidade de acesso, transferência ficheiros, acesso sem supervisão, partilha de ecran.

Desvantagens:

Tivemos alguma dificuldade inicial em implementar em todos os clientes e tempos alguma dificuldade em gerir computadores que tenham sido instalados por funcionários que já não se encontram na empresa.

Vantagens:

Licença conforme o pretendido pelo cliente, um software prático de usar no dia a dia, rapida instalação nos clientes e a nivel de custo dos mais em conta.

Desvantagens:

Alguma dificuldade por vezes em o software ficar online nos computadores dos clientes, por vezes é necessario pedir ao cliente para forçar o inicio da aplicação em ligar/desligar para termos acesso.

Uma excelente alternativa ao muito conhecido Teamviewer e Anydesk

Vantagens:

Preço, pratico e leve, permite enviar arquivos, partilhar ecran e dar assistência sem se instalar o software

Desvantagens:

Poderia ser melhor na gestão dos computadores, ficando associado ao instalados os outros não conseguem remover o computador ou renomear o nome

A gestão como é instalado nos clientes, se for instalado por um utilizador não é possivel outro utilizador mudar o nome daquele computador no ISL

Comentários: Com esta ferramenta consigo solucionar diversos problemas que ocorrem no dia a dia de trabalho, o cliente relata um problema, peço que ele instale o programa e me passe as informações de acesso, tudo é feito de forma bem tranquila e satisfatória, tornando uma experiência muito boa.

Vantagens:

O produto é fácil de usar e implantar. O acesso é feito de forma bem rápida e eficiente. Melhorou muito minha rotina de trabalho, todos os meus clientes esta familiarizados com ele. Oferece segurança para o cliente acessado e o usuário operador.

Desvantagens:

Poderia aumentar o número de acessos simultâneos na versão free.

Excelente software de controlo remoto em vários dispositivos

Comentários: Com o ISL tenho todos os clientes numa lista e qualquer problema que ele tenham, eu consigo rapidamente aceder aos seus equipamentos sem qualquer necessidade de o cliente se preocupar.

Vantagens:

Possibilidade de rapidamente criar o acesso autónomo num equipamento e depois ter a lista de todos os equipamentos numa lista organizada por mim.

Desvantagens:

Por vezes a ligação é um pouco instável caso a banda de Internet do cliente não seja muito boa.

Comentários: Cumpre a função ; Permite o acesso remoto, facilita bastante na ajuda ao cliente, e para nós também é muito prático.

Vantagens:

Experiência de utilizador apenas, é simples e intuitivo; serve o propósito.

Desvantagens:

Alguns colegas têm reportado problemas com Android ; Não tenho experiência para falar sobre o assunto; Nada a apontar em Microsoft

Market Leading Remote connectivity software

Comentários: Brilliant, we've been with them for 4-5 years now after switching from Log me in as they put their prices up just as we expanded our team, ISL were great to deal with.

Vantagens:

Its very easy to use, quick to connect to users machines and never seems to freeze or have connection issues, which is vital to our business

Desvantagens:

There is nothing to dislike about ISL. They contact us in good time about our renewals, the comms are really friendly and they are just a nice company to do business with

Comentários: We mostly support people in the USA, Denmark, Arab emirates.

Vantagens:

slo support, multiple monitor connect is nice

Desvantagens:

I can not prepare a remote access in advance. I have to open software, generate session ID and then wait a really long time for the installer to tell the customer to download it. Generating link is nice, but I still need to be there at the beginning. It is really confusing whenever session drops, sometimes it reconnects and writes some data into chat window? why chat window? Whenever you have chat open and remote and also file transfer it is really hard to manage all those windows. Audio chat would also be nice. Connecting to some remote in Arab Emirates can take up to 5 minutes. Having multiple administrators use the same Session ID would be also a nice feature.

" Long connection times can be caused by a number of reasons (network issues, ports unavailable, ...) If you can reproduce this issue, we can help you see the exact reason why the connections take a long time. Gret Remote Acccess Software

Comentários: This is the best, most intuitive remote access software for tech support technicians that service multiple clients.

Vantagens:

Accessing remote devices using ISL is easy. I have the app on my main PC, my laptop, and my phone. Being able to work on a device from my phone means I don't have to be tied to a computer for tech support. Everything works, always.

Desvantagens:

When moving devices to groups, and dropping it, the screen refreshes and goes back to the top of the list. If I am moving devices, I don't want to keep scrolling down. Would be nice to select multiple devices and drag and drop to the group. Also, would be nice to create an access password per group. Since I service multiple companies, it would be nice to select group and change password for entire group.

Good remote access software that does not break the bank.

Comentários: Overall this has been a great tool. I have used many other software in this field but so far this one is the best value.

Vantagens:

Very easy to use. Has everything you could ask for in a remote desktop application. UI is easy to navigate and understand.

Desvantagens:

The only con I could even give it is when you set unattended access and then go to connect to that machine it downloads and executable every time. You can just label and save that .exe and use it instead of clicking the connect in the portal. Having more than 500 end users though I just do not want to have to dig through .exe's to find the one I want.

Comentários: using ISL for the last 9 months has been great, the software is easy to use, I have my customers all grouped into their own containers, I can access the software on my PC and my Mac Book.

Vantagens:

Speed of remote control. I was using Anydesk but found it to become very slow, when my license was due for renewal I looked around and found ISL and it did everything I required it to.

Desvantagens:

nothing. ISL Light performs exactly as I want it to.

It is fast, reliable and great value investment for my business, i could not operate without, have tried many other remote support and remote access tools this offered the best performance and value for money

To date i am yet to find any fault or issues with ISL, i am very happy with the product

Comentários: Having used ISL for 10+ years i can say it has been great to use everyday. It's very easy and it just works everytime.

It is very easy to use on both computers and mobile devices.

The reporting of end device hardward and software could be better. A simple report to view all devices or groups of devices in one place.

ISL - A great tool for remote access

Comentários: Overall it has been an incredibly useful product for the price and has assisted with many projects recently.

Vantagens:

ISL is fast and responsive to remote onto client machines. Easy to add unattended machines and share access internally.

Desvantagens:

ISL is lacking some features of higher-profile remote tools such as NinjaRMM or N-ABLE RMM. However this can be overlooked with the price and value for money.

Solid alternative to Teamviewer

Comentários: It was a positive experience for us so far. The software allows us to provide a professionally looking remote support service to mostly new and unknown users.

Vantagens:

We've just renewed our license for the third year. We're using it to provide remote tech support for our customers and it never let us down so far. Our support staff likes working with it. Certainly not looking back to Teamviewer again.

Desvantagens:

Two relatively small issues with it, last time we checked: 1. The chat identifies our staff as "Desk" and there is no way to change this. In TeamViewer we could set our identification to whatever we wanted (We had it set to "Firstname Lastname - Company" for clarity and personal touch). 2. It uses the chat like a log, so everything that happens while we're connected gets logged in the chat, and we feel it's difficult to carry on a conversation with someone with log output cluttering the chat.

Best all round remote dekstop support software

Comentários: We primarily use the product for offering remote technical support to our clients and customers. We are an outsourcing IT company, and we provide services and support to various business in the region. When we have the possibility of providing remote support, we use ISL. Because we only have to provide an eight-digit number to our customers, it makes the whole process much easier and faster. Some clients have become so familiar with the product, that they have it already ready when we call them and they only ask, “what is the number”. The icon is also very distinguishable, so it’s easy to explain the customers what to look for on the website or the desktop.
The ability to set an “always on” connection is also very valuable, as we don’t have to interact directly with the clients to establish the connection. It also allows for a fast glance at the operation of the systems, to see if they are online or not. The ability to save the computers and categorize them in groups also saves us time.
The stability and reliability of the whole system is very valuable and In our many years of use we haven’t had one incident, where we weren’t able to provide remote assistance because of ISL issues.
The sessions can also be paused and transferred to another operator, so if one operator has issues, it can be transferred to another technician, without interruption from the client side. Since everyone can see the active sessions, we can also collaborate much easier.

Vantagens:

- Easy to use for users and operators - Very fast installation and general use - Easy to start a session with users, only 8 digit number needed - Lots of features, RDP, always on, file sharing, recording, etc

Desvantagens:

I don't have any real issues with this software.

ISL Light as daily driver for remote support

Comentários: We can not imagine our daily business without ISL Light. We run multiple connections troughout the day to offer IT support to our customers. We tried many different solutions but ISL Light at the end proved to be the most reliable, fast and easy to use for our customers and operators.We would recommend this product over other similir ones any time.

Vantagens:

Software is extremly easy to use, it is very reliable and fast. Connecting to customer's PC is very simple and transperent.Customer support is always there and ready if you need it - but because the product works 99,9% we almost never use it.

Desvantagens:

If you run program 24/7 as we do, you sometimes miss the software update which starts upon running the program and logging in.File management - transfers between local and remote computer is working OK but could get some UI and UX improvements.

Comentários: We use it only for remote support, but we know that there are a lot of other functionalities.
It is perfect for our use, it is offer all what we need and it is easy to use.

Vantagens:

It just work almost everywhere. It is also very easy to configure some next generation firewalls as in most cases, you can just tell that you are using ISL. Very friendly for helpdesk and for customer.

Desvantagens:

Maybe downloading client. Some customers sometimes have a problem to find where is located this download.

Comentários: We selected ISL to replace TeamViewer, as it was becoming too costly to use TeamViewer. We were pleased to have a super-quick onboarding with ISL, with good support and guides to getting things setup and secured approaching

Vantagens:

For our business ISL helps ensure that we have secure and logged access to PC's, servers, and mobile phones of the clients that we support. Able to quickly and easily guide even the most IT challenged individual to downloading the client and enabling a connection is a huge plus.

Desvantagens:

Copying and pasting data within the tool isn't perfect, it sometimes pastes backwards when pushed into SQL Management Studio, and sometimes it refuses to copy and paste data between ISL and the local PC
