ScreenCloud is lacking depth in the user options and file permissions field, there are no analytics, and doesn't work well on the Android platform.

Highly recommended Digital Signage System
Comentários: My experience with the system has been great. Easy to setup and deploy, with flexible content creation tools. My customer love the system and the assistance from ScreenCloud customer service makes this a great solution
Vantagens:
I love the ease of setup and deployment. Was able to set up two sites sitting at my desk, box up the P1 devices and send them to their locations without issue. The flexibility of the content and available apps is also amazing.
Desvantagens:
It is not a con... there are so many apps that my clients can get a bit overwhelmed in creating their content

Ultimately, ScreenCloud is a solid choice for most use cases, especially for those who value ease of use and flexibility.
Vantagens:
The user-friendly interface. The drag-and-drop content option makes it easy for everyone to use. Even non-techy users can quickly learn how to upload and schedule content. Also, the cloud-based management and access. You can remotely access and manage from anywhere. You can update on the fly and make real time changes to content across multiple screens. Also, great for businesses with multiple locations and/or remote teams.
Desvantagens:
I would like there somehow to be more analytics associated with this type of platform but not sure if this is possible. Relies heavily on internet connectivity. If your network/internet goes down, the screens might not update or display content as intended. Costs can add up per screen but if using 1-2 screen fairly affordable for marketing and communications.

Comentários: We've had a great experience with screen cloud. During implementation, the team was super helpful in getting us setup and answering our questions, walking us through how to use the tool. It's been pretty intuitive and straight forward since.
Vantagens:
Easy to use, has helped streamline our "welcome screen" management across many offices, time zones, etc.
Desvantagens:
I'd love to hear more from the team at ScreenCloud about the latest features and functionality. The team was super helpful during implementation but havent heard anything from them since or evolved our use beyond where it was when we initially rolled it out. Curious if there's other new features we're missing out on because we haven't heard about them.

Comentários: Our screens are used for advertising resort offerings and for displaying ever-changing food menus. Having tried several other options, it is a relief to be using Screencloud on all of our screens.

Happy with ScreenCloud
Comentários: Have been happy overall, just wish we didn't have to rely on a Firestick.

The ability to control multiple monitors with different tactics for each.
Desvantagens:
I seem to lose connectivity more than I would like to. Mostly having to reboot the Firestick. One of our monitors has been offline for a few weeks and I cannot get it back online. Likely a faulty Firestick and not a Screencloud issue but still frustrating.

A great digital signage platform for marketers
Comentários: We've been using screencloud for over three years in our company, after using other online softwares that weren't up to the job. We were seduced by the multitude of apps offered by screencloud and the compatibility with our other marketing tools. Screencloud is easy to use for our marketing team, and we use it to distribute information to all our offices, as well as plug and play at trade shows and conferences.
Vantagens:
Support is very fast, responds directly and solves our problems instantly. There's never a downtime on our screens. UX is great, easy to customized playlists to have a great amounts of diversified contents to show.
Desvantagens:
Nothing the platform is greatr and was quickly adopted by our team.

ScreenCloud is easy to use
Comentários: It is easy to learn and easy to keep updated. I make updates several times per week and the software makes it very easy.
Vantagens:
The company I work for was looking for a cost efficient way to keep the team up to date on company events. ScreenCloud fit our budget perfectly. I loved that we could try it for a month for free to make sure it would work for us and it did. The software is easy to learn and use.
Desvantagens:
I would like to see more APPs available to load.

What I like most about ScreenCloud is the ability to display the same slide show on multiple screens at once.
Desvantagens:
It could probably use some more app connections like office products or Canva.

The easy service that keeps it simple.
Comentários: I really like the service. It's a really great option for our business. There are a lot of great use cases for it, and I love its simplicity!
Vantagens:
I love the ability to add content on the fly and distribute to all devices within matter of minutes
Desvantagens:
The hardest thing for me is sometimes getting the device back online because we use Fire Sticks, and the internet at certain spots where we use them is not the best.

Very easy to setup and manage. Lots of player options, including off the shelf/retired devices.

Would like to see more flexibility in some of the layout tools, to allow more customization of content.
ScreenCloud for Lobby
Comentários: We had an overall positive experience. It is effective in sharing messages and reminders to parents in our lobby. It is an accessible way to reach a wide spread of people.
Vantagens:
I like how easy it is to upload your own canvases and connect to your device. Its compatibility is great with uploads from different platforms. The timer features for setting specific post dates and times is very effective.
Desvantagens:
For us, it disconnects by itself from time to time from the server to device. While its easy to connect it is a hassle to be on top of reconnecting it.

Comentários: The customer service, platform and ability to create playlist, channels and brand the experience has led to our staff being able to showcase students and families across our schools. It’s a great tool for recruitment and when we have events at our schools.
Vantagens:
Since the upgrades the user interface is intuitive and and allows for seamless collaboration between buildings. It’s easy for an admin to confirm screens are online and update content quickly.
Desvantagens:
Prior to the updates our screens would go offline randomly and then the screen manager would have to climb up a ladder to manually reboot or push annotate. Since the update last year that hasn’t happened.

Comentários: Overall, good experience for what we are doing with it. Nothing too fancy but it's also very nice to inform all of our employees of what's happening with our company.

I love how easy it is to access the online portal from your desktop and also on the go on your phone.
Desvantagens:
I don't like how it can be finicky with the Firesticks. I have to constantly check the TVs in our factory to make sure it didn't restart and go back to the homescreen of the firestick.

Comentários: Overall the experience has been fantastic. I will continue to use ScreenCloud for as long as we need it.
Vantagens:
Ease of use. It is extremely easy to get up and running. Even if you are not technically savvy, you can get it setup within minutes. The platform is very easy to navigate and has plenty of options to choose from to create and display content. The price is reasonable and not outlandish for the service they provide.
Desvantagens:
I did not like that we had to upgrade our service to get access to dashboards.
