A huge helping hand with Running my shop!
Comentários: It has been great. My and my mechanics love the software.
Vantagens:
Their Ability to find the parts that I need to complete my shops jobs. Showing me my options when buying the parts and always getting me the best prices by far compared to other software i have tried.
Desvantagens:
I have not run into a issue in the year i have been using AutoRepair Cloud. Even moving between using their web services and the tablet application has been seemless.
Overall, the mark is 5
Comentários: I recommend using this application for auto repair shops. It seems as fine as possible.
Vantagens:
My favorite feature in this application is technical documentation: it has different types of tech docs (repair manuals, bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc.) for any vehicle. I also liked that this application provides import data from the Shopware.
Desvantagens:
Application sometimes a bit stucks. Payment after repair via PayPal is not provided (available only for pre-payment).
A great idea
Comentários: it was a ok experience, nothing special and didn't wow me in any way.
Vantagens:
I liked the features that it had to offer, has a great concept especially for small business. but has some great features and love the tracking progress of each job
Desvantagens:
the number plate and vin look up didn't work very well, it doesn't seem to find AUS vehicles very well so that was a downfall to me.

Comentários: I have been using this application for 2 years and currently it looks good as for me.
Vantagens:
Detailed database of customers, cars and their repairs and this data can be stored in a fairly large quantity. I also like that ARC is constantly improving and new features are regularly added to it.
Desvantagens:
There are small user-interface issues in some chapters of application.
Quite a user-friendly application
Vantagens:
I like that this application has quite a lot of interesting features. For example, sync of financial info to Xero. There are also versions for tablet and mobile devices, which are important for me.
Desvantagens:
But on the other hand, Loyalty Progam is a very useless feature and it seems working not so good.

In my opinion, it is fine app
Vantagens:
I found the CRM & Marketing feature is very useful, in particular the integration with Google Business and the ability to upload reviews on my business from other resources.
Desvantagens:
The Сustom Reports feature seems incomplete to me: some important data fields cannot be added.
I use this application for my business
Vantagens:
Communication center, which allows me send different types of messages to my customers. Appointments chapter, which provides possibility to make an appointment assigned to exact worker or bay.
Desvantagens:
Labor estimates and maintenances info does not cover all vehicles.
In general, this application seems useful for me
Vantagens:
I like wide Customers and Vehicles database and QuickBooks Online Integration. Financial Reports about performed Repairs for me seems useful too.
Desvantagens:
The Auto Parts and Inventory chapter is difficult for me. Sometimes there are also errors in this chapter.
I don't see any other alternative to this application

There is an option for integrating accounting. Numerous auto parts suppliers, including those in the local area We offer a wide variety of invoice templates.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes the application freezes and sometimes there is a problem with receiving SMS by my clients.
Good software
Vantagens:
Offline mode: I can enter basic info about auto repair when the Internet is OFF and then save it all when the Internet is restored. I also like that this application works fine even on old tablet.
Desvantagens:
VIN and license plate scan sometimes doesn’t find the car.
I use this application at work
Vantagens:
The Communication Center with vehicle owners looks multifunctional (including sending different Media). I also like integrated shop suppliers, which I can use to purchase parts just through this application.
Desvantagens:
Customer Support Chat sometimes gives reply with a delay. Also application sometimes returns some non-critical, but strange errors.
My mark for this app is 5
Vantagens:
I like in this application the following things: Customers & Vehicles database, Repairs database (including CARFAX integration), Technical documentation for vehicles (Repair Manuals, TSB, Labor Estimates, Maintenances)
Desvantagens:
Impossible to use PayPal or Stripe by clients for payment after job is completed. Only pre-payment could be performed using PayPal/Stripe.

Maintenance services are provided for all types of vehicles Timeline for tracking workflow efficiently The built-in OBD2 diagnostic feature can be monitored through a history log.
Desvantagens:
Not all part suppliers that I need are provided by this application.
Use this app every day
Vantagens:
Labor estimates are accurate I could establish prepayment options for customers. I can send a link via email or text to the customer for them to review the invoice and provide approval.
Desvantagens:
I'm sorry, but I cannot paraphrase the text while keeping the original format.
Great application for my business
Vantagens:
I can include images and videos in my presentations to demonstrate my points to customers. Provide comprehensive technical documentation for rear vehicles. Grouping items in Repair Orders and invoices can be helpful for organization and tracking purposes.
Desvantagens:
The diagrams in this software have more information compared to others, but they are mostly basic PDFs.
In general, I like this application
Vantagens:
Customers & Vehicles profile allows to store detailed information. Tablet version of application provides OBD II diagnostics. Wide list of Parts suppliers.
Desvantagens:
Inventory chapter seems not so fine. Not enough tutorials how to use some features, especially Inventory chapter.
Convenient and functional application
Vantagens:
An informative dashboard where I can see the current status of my auto repair shop at the moment. The features divided into sections quite logically, which makes the application easy to use.
Desvantagens:
Quite poor functionality in the offline mode. Internet connection is required for complete work of all features.
Great experience with AutoRepair Cloud
Vantagens:
Good functionality of the customers, vehicles and repair orders list. Multilocation provides me access to list of customers, vehicles and repairs one our shop to another shop in different locations.
Desvantagens:
Multilocation is a good feature, but could be more functional (for example, provide financial reports).
AutoRepair Cloud is a good application
Vantagens:
There are numerous ways to engage with customers through various media channels. Online inspection that is customizable. Concerns are being raised.
Desvantagens:
I can work without internet, but my capabilities are limited.
My feedback on AutoRepair Cloud
Vantagens:
Wide range of different small, but very useful features, like sync with Google, integration with Salesforce, etc. The most important for me is quick search of vehicle info by VIN or license plate and technical documentation for cars (first of all - labor times).
Desvantagens:
As for me, Financial Reports provides not enough information. Also, parts search via AutoZone doesn't work.
Good software
Vantagens:
Accounting integration is an option. The car's complete history is available through CARFAX.
Desvantagens:
Some times it is hard to navigate through and change repair order templates. Some work orders don't have order numbers on the final invoice.
My conclusion for AutoRepair Cloud: good application, 5
Vantagens:
I like full integration of all features with tablet devices. It is also possible partially work in offline mode when the Internet connection is lost.
Desvantagens:
The "Return Part" option could be more helpful and contains more information.
Feedback for ARC
Vantagens:
I like the detailed list of customers and their vehicles, the ability to automatically add vehicle data by search with License plate. Inventory and Part Order features look usefull too.
Desvantagens:
The are no such features like revert Repair Order to Quote and the ability to restore Quote from Recovery, as it could be done with Repair Order.
Recommend use this software
Vantagens:
A wide selection of technical documentation. The ability to create own repair manuals for each vehicles.
Desvantagens:
Parts Tech is not available in this application. I asked developers to add it, but it still not there.

It is compatible with tablets, smartphones, and websites. Timeline that is helpful for tracking workflow.
Desvantagens:
