A seamless professional time-saver of a course management platform!

Comentários: For almost 2 and a half years, I've had a very positive experience running an online professional training course business on the Corsizio platform. It saves me hours of work every week, for which I'm very thankful. It works so well and smoothly that I rarely need to reach out to support, but when I do I'm impressed by the speed and professionalism of the response from the Corsizio staff.

Vantagens:

Corsizio is intuitive and reliable. It seamlessly manages the many complex class management tasks of scheduling, invoicing, reminding, and following up with attendees. The public view is modern and easy to navigate, which I believe has lead to increased registrations for my courses.

Desvantagens:

I have a hard time identifying a negative aspect of the service.

Excellent registration engine for classes and events

Comentários: I switched to Corsizio because of its integration with Zapier. I have not been disappointed. I actively recommend it to others.

Vantagens:

Corsizio is easy to use for a variety of different types of classes and events. It is designed well, and has a robust process for cancellations and refunds that makes it easy to avoid problems like chargebacks. Corsizio integrates with Zapier, which allows for automation when someone registers. Support team is very responsive and knows the product well.

Desvantagens:

The fields for collecting info from registrants are a bit inflexible, 1) title and organization are relegated to custom fields; they should be standard fields that can be turned on or off, 2) name field is full name only and Corsizio always assumes the first word (and only the first word) is the first name, which messes up name tags for people with two words in their first name (e.g. Mary Ann). Better would be two separate fields for first and last name.

Corsizio Registration Portal

Comentários: Switched from Bookeo and won't be going back.

Vantagens:

Easy to set up and customize. Very reliable and easy for customers to fill out the online registration forms. Customized divisions, categories and levels make embedding specific courses on specific web pages very intuitive.

Desvantagens:

Calendar sync with Google calendar and conditional logic for registration pages would be very helpful.

good for starting an educational business

easy to start and to clone courses which you once established and just exchange some features.

Desvantagens:

If i want to load up pictures I have to spent a lot amount of time to get them in correct shape that they look good. If I would know the size of an template would be nice. Better I can adjust by reshaping in the tool (see how it is done in contacts in Iphone if you add a picture which does not fit. How about a gallery....

Best affordable registration platform that is also flexible and customizeable

Comentários: Overall, given how affordable, flexible and customizeble Corsizio is, we have found it check's more boxes for us than any other platform, even though other platforms check some boxes that Corsizio does not, it does not lack any features we need (some are just accomplished in an unusual or non-typical way). Though it may take someone with a little more advanced understanding of apps and platforms to be an administrator, its a platform easy enough for any user to learn and work with.

Vantagens:

Firstly, that there is a fee-free level for processing low numbers of registrations monthly. Secondly, that the customer support response rate is rapidly fast and helpful. We also love that they provide ongoing upgrades to features to keep the platform growing in its benefits and usefuleness. It is also wonderful how customizeable the global features are as well as the ability to create customized fields, and confirmation/reminder memos. We also wanted something that could embed in our own website so registrants would not be re-directed to app platform and end up leaving our site. Corsizio offers this with several customizeable options/settings. Lastly, having the ability to assign team members with their own accounts and permission/account access makes it a fantastic choice for us that have staff which need to access events for various different reasons, rather than sharing one login with everyone. It's integration with Stripe, which utilizes the same team members interface/accounts option is also a positive feature.

Desvantagens:

Though we appreciate some of the formatting features in memos, we find it very limited and glitchy. We desire more fully developed formatting options that are eaier to implement. For example, it would be extremely helpful to be able to upload images rather than provide a URL link, as well as more flexibility with image placement around text in a memo and the ability to re-size.

Great product and room to develop even more

That 2 people cant register together and pay at once. Unless I've missed something in the instructions...plus it would be nice to set up a single event and have tome slots availabile with qty management to meet max/min.

Excellent Online Registration and Payment Software

Comentários: Overall experience has been terrific from onboarding to using the software.

Vantagens:

The ability to create and customize forms for our needs. Layout and navigation of the website and help tools are very good. Fairly intuitive to use so not much training required. Excellent and responsive Support Team from Corsizio.

Desvantagens:

Took a little experimentation and practice from our team, as well as some help from Corsizio Support to fully understand how to properly use forms that we created. The reporting features are almost too robust for our needs - not really a negative and more of a preference from our perspective.

The Best I've used. Great product.

Comentários: I've used a few different systems to list my classes. Eventbrite, square, etc. None of them are anywhere near what you need for making a system like this work. This took every complaint I had about other platforms and made something that works really well.

Vantagens:

It's fast, it's responsive, it's pretty customizable. Great product.

Desvantagens:

It could use even more customization options.

Should be able to offer monthly payment classes, rather than just one off sessions / events. Also, would be great to be able to force new custom fields into existing events, rather than having to go through each one individually every time we update something

Comentários: We're utilizing Corsizio for prof. development courses and a unique student pipeline which requires two different catalogs. The ability to separate these instances was excellent. In fact, a lot of "oh no" moments along the way were quickly squashed by the feature set of this system, such as custom fields during registration. The big thing for us is leveraging the API to bring data back to internal systems, this is a relatively simple and straightforward set up as well. I am hopeful that the product continues to improve, but it's pretty solid as is at a more than reasonable price point.

Vantagens:

The setup is smooth, the API is straightforward, our less technical users can register easily. Our admins within the system have also provided great feedback, we were just lucky to stumble on this solution.

Desvantagens:

It's hard to find things to complain about. Two minor things come to mind. One, the registration is not really a shopping cart style experience, so registrations tend to happen one at a time...not a dealbreaker for our needs but would be nice. Two, the onboarding process was almost nonexistent. We don't have an account rep, or success manager, or even anyone contacting us about using the system ever. It's very impersonal. As an IT guy, this is not really a bad thing to me, I just want it to work and I'm not interested in the relationship aspects of the vendor process, but it could have been beneficial a time or two and just struck me as odd.

Much Needed Change

Vantagens:

Love the customization options, sleek interface that is up to today's User Interaction/Experience standards. So affordable and love that things are easy to find.

Desvantagens:

It would be nice for instructors to be automatically sent full rosters or for instructors to be able to email their students through Corsizio without having to make them back-end users.

Corsizio is a lifesaver!

Comentários: Overall benefits for us pertain to the time we've gained back from having the Corsizio product run enrollment for us, the ease of use for both students and admin, and the ability to embed the product seamlessly into our website. We can't live without this software!

Vantagens:

I'm so glad I found Corsizio. For us this software has taken the once tedious and time consuming task of course management and enrollment and streamlined the process making it extremely easy to manage. The user experience for those enrolling in our courses has also been made much simpler. My favorite feature is the ability to set up "memos" (emails) to be sent to all enrolled students at scheduled times and having that record of communication attached to the course profile. It serves as a sort of CRM for us. I would encourage everyone to learn about the markdown formatting tools that allow a lot more customization in certain areas. The look and feel of the Corsizio product, including the communications that are sent from the system to our enrolled students, is also very professional and makes us look good! We simply could never go back to the ways we were doing course enrollment before.

Desvantagens:

A feature we'd like to see added is one that would allow us to take an enrolled student and enroll them in other courses/events with a simple click or two from the student's profile. Instead, we have to open a second admin window, navigate to the secondary class(es) enrollment forms, and copy and paste the student's enrollment information on the original screen into the applicable enrollment form for the other class. Corsizio makes it very simple to transfer a student from one event to another but we'd also benefit from a similar feature when manually enrolling students in a sequence of events.

A Great Solution for Class Registration Management

Comentários: Our experience with Corsizio has been excellent. Since moving to their platform we have saved money, saved time & energy managing our class registrations and have saved our class administrators a ton of grey hair. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an inexpensive but powerful online class registration system.

Vantagens:

Corsizio is extremely easy to configure and use. We were set up and running with the platform within just a couple of days. The admin menus & settings are intuitive and there is enough control to customize the platform to your liking, without having so many options as to be overwhelming. It is super easy to add classes, add registrants, transfer registrants between classes, issue coupons & refunds, process credit cards and all of the other admin tasks involved with managing class registrations. Their support, both in-person and online is excellent, and their pricing model is incredibly fair.

Desvantagens:

A WYSIWYG editor for class descriptions and emails would be nice. Having to learn/use markdown formatting is a bit cumbersome. And it would be helpful if Corsizio integrated with payment solutions other than just Stripe.

Great upgrade to minimal effort

Vantagens:

Corsizio has changed the way I deal with registration, payment and communication with course participants, and has made my life incredibly easier. I highly recommend it.

Desvantagens:

I have some recurrent courses where I would like to send the same messages during the weeks, which is not possible. Also, I would love to be able to create invoices.

Great value

Vantagens:

We are a small language school and this has been a very affordable way to stream line our class registration process. Corsizio allows us the ability to post class schedules, registration, and payment processing online.

Desvantagens:

The only complaint and it's small is that it took us a little time to figure it out. However, the customer service is great and helped with the process.

Setting our events and one-on-one coaching sessions are easy and a one-stop shop for our clients to secure their spots.

Comentários: Posting class schedules and providing access to quick and easy online registration has been a wonderful option for our disbursed workforce.

Vantagens:

Ease of use by both admins and learners. Easily switch status of courses and ability to publish and unpublish.

Desvantagens:

No interface with our HRIS. Find it difficult to set up a training series, one that includes multiple courses.

Would like to see options for registering families for events (not just individuals).

Comentários: Love Love Love! Reduced paperwork, reduced admin time, reduced payment processing time, quicker to fill classes. Improved staff communication. Allows for working off-site. Overall this is a must have for any organisation running classes or workshops. Most other options we researched were simply ticketing software - Corsizio is perfect for our needs.

Vantagens:

Going from a messy and confusing manual system, I fell in love with Corsizio immediately. Our organisation is saving so much admin time its unbelievable. Classes and workshops are so easy to set up and the public landing page is very professional, easy to view and makes registration and payment easy for workshop registration.

Desvantagens:

There's very little we do not like about Corsizio, however we would like to see more flexibility with the feedback option where we could create our own feedback templates.

Amazing software for very little money

Comentários: We are a national and international motorcycle education and tour business. We run two-day classes in the United States, one-day classes in other countries, and 12 day tours abroad. Our students are U.S. citizens as well as citizens from dozens of other countries. Corsizio is extremely easy to use, and each class or tour can be incredibly customized down to the very last detail.

Vantagens:

1. Corsizio gives you so many options to customize, and I'm very impressed with the amount of options provided. Anything and everything is customizable, including setting up access codes, custom add-ons, and setting dates when a class is open or closed for registration, etc. We provide multiple kinds of classes and can impressively customize each one. 2. During our last tour, I was able to log into Corsizio on my phone and manually add hotel charges to people's accounts. At the end of the tour, participants just logged into Corsizio and paid the pending charges with their credit card. It was so easy to do for us, and very simple for the participants as well.

Desvantagens:

The two major issues I have with Corsizio are the following: 1. We provide tours at over $6,000 a piece, and people have to pay a small deposit to reserve their spot. Corsizio does not allow for multiple small payments - instead, customers have to pay the remaining amount in one chunk, which is hard for a lot of people to do. We cater to international participants, so there isn't a way for them to send us a check for smaller amounts. 2. The main photo is huge and the presentation screen to potential students is less visually-appealing than other software I've seen. 3. Participants cannot transfer themselves to another class. I want participants to have control over their registration, so I have that toggle button clicked (which is a huge pro about this software). Unfortunately, since they can't transfer their registration, they end up cancelling their own registration, signing up for a different class and paying the deposit again, and then asking me to transfer their old deposit to the new class. I can't transfer their deposit - all I can do is transfer their registration - and now I have two registrations and two deposits for the same person in the same class. I end up cancelling one and adding a manual payment, but it just gets messy. 4. You have to set up a different account to accept different currencies. We have international students in our tours so this makes it difficult to collect money for just one tour.

Super Easy to Set Up

Comentários: We used to have a customized Wordpress implementation for our course registration, complete with shopping cart and calendar. Problem was that updates to Wordpress would break the site, leading to unpredictable outcomes for a critical function.
With Corsizio, I have the functionality of our old custom implementation, plus lots more (e.g. auto waitlisting, email notifications, tiered pricing, gift codes). The beautiful part is that these features are designed with the course registration process in mind.

Vantagens:

I loved how I could go in and set up the course registrations for our school very quickly. The interface is very simple, and Corsizio is very thoughtfully designed. I was able to go from zero to full online implementation in less than an hour. The other strong point is the Customer Support. It is provided over email and I found that we would get responses within hours. We had one customer who had issues with payment, the Customer Support person did the troublehooting and determined it was a customer internet error. All good!

Desvantagens:

I can't think of a negative. Maybe if the percentage that Stripe deducts were lower? But that's not a Corsizio issue.

Just One Thing

Comentários: Overall, I just wish I had learned much longer ago that this platform existed! I absolutely love it!

Vantagens:

I like that, while I set up the classes or events, Customer can register, pay, and or cancel on their own. Saves a lot of time.

Desvantagens:

I do not like the fact that there are so many steps to set up an event scheduled for once a week over several weeks. There really should be a way, once date range is entered, to indicate that the event occurs daily, weekly or monthly, rather than having to enter every date individually.

This is a needle in a haystack!

Comentários: Honestly without Corsizio we would have had to create a completely custom website application for probably over 10,000. I had a hiccup during implementation where I had two different catalogs of courses (separated by "division) embedded into one webpage, and the code was creating problems with the resizing of the second window. I emailed support and they gave me simple instructions to modify the embed code to get it working perfectly. I was pretty blown away by the support team. I am using Kajabi and Mighty Networks to host our teaching content online, and am trying to share the news far and wide about Corsizio and how we've solved a lot of the problems common to those platforms with this solution.

Vantagens:

What do we like BEST about Corsizio? The embeddable views, the class size limits, the waitlist, the coupons, the early bird pricing, the Zapier output information, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are using a couple of different online course creation software sites, and their registration process just wouldn't work with our limited class sizes. We really needed the above features, and the only places that I could find those features (if at all) were extremely expensive on a per month basis. Corsizio's pricing gave us plenty of wiggle room to make sure we are hitting our numbers each month before the software pricing kicks in.

Desvantagens:

It definitely took a while to get it plugged into our website in a way that looked the best and filtered classes out the way we wanted. But I think that's because of how many options there are. Of course there are things that would be on a wish list like subscription payments (and one parent account being able to manage multiple "child" subscriptions under it). But that's something NO ONE seems to offer. Oh- and an attendance option for each day of a non-consecutive dates breakdown. But those are tiny compared to what it already offers.
