Great piece of kit

Vantagens:

Easy to use which allows us to focus on other aspects of work and allows employees to book holidays via the app which they find really useful.

Desvantagens:

Some say its limited in its features, but I find it suits my needs and we're kept up to date from the sales/service team at bright of the up and coming features.

Fantastic Product

Comentários: Overall, a fantastic product and system. Very easy to use, and most importantly affordable for SME's!!

Vantagens:

I decided to implement and tailor the Bright HR for my business. I spent so much time running on excel sheets! This has completely changed my routine, it saves so much time and I feel I'm are far more efficient in managing my staff.

Desvantagens:

There's nothing I can say thats negative.

Data & money held hostage

Comentários: My data and money is being held hostage. In short, they invoiced me and then their sales guy [sensitive content hidden] wanted more money and to upsell me on more services. When I declined, he cancelled my service as what they invoiced me didn't cover what I was getting. I wonder if I will get my data and money back but I doubt it if this is how they treat customers that have been with them for years. I am resentful of the time they have wasted but I did always want to try Breathe HR.

Vantagens:

The app is simple and does the job. I just needed something to record annual leave and send reminders.

Desvantagens:

The harassment from their sales team. I didn't appreciate the aggressive sales approach or the blackmail that followed, which was ultimately followed through with.

Comentários: Excellent software that allows you to manage the HR process all in one place!

Vantagens:

The software is easy to use and benefits from intuitive navigation systems.

Desvantagens:

Nothing to note at present. The features are well thought out.

Keeps all your HR info in one place

Vantagens:

I love the request holidays function, that you can store files such as employment contracts on Bright HR and that you can view the calendar for your whole company/department - all this is one place!

Desvantagens:

This nothing I don't like about this software!

Excellent product and customer service

Comentários: No requirement for physical calendar which is prone to errors, staff can access planner anytime and anywhere, approvals for annual leave are straight forward and managed more effectively

Vantagens:

Very easy to use, straight forward setup, very quick to answer queries, customer support has been excellent so far - definitely the way forward to outsource HR for small businesses!

Desvantagens:

Some areas needed a bit more explanation and guidance on how best to use

This makes HR a breeze!

Vantagens:

Asking for time off and coordinating the team's holiday schedules has never been easier. I like how simple it makes it for me to ask for time off and to choose which dates will be my holiday time off.

Desvantagens:

I don't like how sometimes there are a couple of minor glitches in the calendar when trying to go back a page.

Great interface, however, lacks functionality

Vantagens:

BrightHR has an easy to use and simple interface. It is great to be able to check HR stuff on a mobile app.

Desvantagens:

The software is great for tracking attendance and sick days, however, it lacks functionality when compared to other HR tools. The scheduling capability is quite limited and there isn't a place to record payroll information.

Onboarding

Comentários: So far it really fits in with us as a company & the ethos of compliance we want to adhere to. It is going to be a great benefit for the company & in particular the employees.

Vantagens:

We've just started using it & it appears very easy to use with clear prompts to follow.

Desvantagens:

Its too early to say as we've only started using the software

Comentários: Only just starting, but it seems to be very straightforward. Looking forward to using it.

Vantagens:

The BrightHR programme is easy to use and quite intuitive. Time will tell, but I am sure it will streamline our processes.

Desvantagens:

Too early to make any judgements in this regard.

Demonstration of system

Comentários: I had a really good call with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to introduce me to our new Bright HR system. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very professional and understanding during our call. Excellent customer service skills and understanding when the original call time had to be slightly delayed. Really pleased that I now have an understanding of the system.

Vantagens:

Comentários: At times like covid 19 all the support is at hand and is registed and easy to find

Very easy to use and excellant support service

there is nothing i didnt like about the software

Comentários: Very smooth. From start to finish it was very easy to use, with great assistance!

Vantagens:

It is very easy to use, I was able to set it up with ease. Any questions that I had and was unable to find answers to my account manager was very helpful and had answers for all my queries.

Desvantagens:

There are a few things which would be great to be included, for example blocking certain periods of holiday out (ie our peak trading times).

Bright HR

Comentários: Bright HR has brought a whole new professional image to our company and as we have grown this is exactly what we needed.

Vantagens:

So easy for my members of staff to book their holidays and see all of their HR files in one place.

Desvantagens:

no real cons as is 100 times better then our previous system.

FT review of Bright HR

Comentários: We currently use excel spreadsheets to record everything. Just messy. This will improve systems and save time.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, everything in one place. Backed up to the cloud.

Desvantagens:

I have not found any cons. we are very happy with the software

Comentários: I am now able to organise staff, records etc. in an easily accessible way. I have had some excellent advice from the HR department and I followed it to our advantage.

Vantagens:

I really liked this system, which is easy to use, even for those less technical. The help staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Its so pleasant to have someone take their time to explain both the benefits of the system and the assistance you can receive.

Desvantagens:

Perhaps its a little too large for my immediate needs, but I can see its future benefit.

Everything is so intuitive and easy to navigate around. I love the idea of moving to a paperless system for my employees. Customer support is excellent - very helpful and approachable.

Desvantagens:

I can't think of anything that I dislike.

New User

Comentários: Had considered alternative products but Bright HR was highly recommeded by an associate organisation. The experience thus far has been exceptional from the initial contact up to where we are now.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, but more importantly the level of professionalism which which the product has been offered, implemented and supported.

Desvantagens:

Nothing to dislike as yet - will keep you informed

not being able to edit a shift pattern, would be easier if you could edit instead of having to create a new pattern

Bright HR

Comentários: I find up until now we are stumbling int eh dark to try and wrap our head around the package but i'm confident going forward after today's training it will be good.

Vantagens:

I feel once we get up and running it will be very beneficial

Desvantagens:

Trying to get my head around the software but after the training phone call today it should be a lot easier to use
