I was so done..... then came my reps the Dude\!\!\!\! He helped with everything. Setting up orders, adding products, he got together with some IT people and fixed the product issue. Man, he really saved me and my concept for the business. Every time I had an issue he has been there to help. Even gave me some extra time due to the issue I had in the beginning. The company is fantastic, their customer service is exceptional. Always available whenever I need them and always willing to help.
