Vantagens:

The interface is very clear. I've been looking for a program like this for a long time. I definitely recommend.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it can be difficult to reach customer service. Sometimes the program may slow down.

Desvantagens:

Complex implementation is one of the major cons, it demands careful planning, skilled personnel, and substantial training investment. There are more challenges while comes to customizing SAP S/4 HANA compared to SAP MM .

SAP ByD Struggles

Comentários: SAP overall is very disorganized. I do not recommend purchasing any of their software because they promise you the world and don't deliver. Look at SAP Anywhere and S4, both have been flops up to this point.

Vantagens:

It is great for SCM but that's about the only thing.

Desvantagens:

You have to click 10x before getting to the screen you need. It doesn't properly record revenue and doesn't offer a VSOE606 option for revenue recognition. If you're looking for an ERP you're better off using Netsuite.

Cost saver and Flexible

Comentários: Did lots of data migration and haven't seen anything that goes wrong. I can easily trust my data kept safe there. Also used graph data processing feature time to time and predictive analytics feature, can easily recommend as works great.

Vantagens:

Fastest SAP product ever as it operated and built for cloud, never had a connection issue. Simplifies processes and can improve user experience.

Desvantagens:

First time users need serious training and the product could be expensive for small or medium businesses, so should be considered for large companies.

A consultant perspective on S/4 HANA Cloud

Vantagens:

S/4 HANA Cloud brings a refreshing upgrade experience, which has always been a pain in every organization I have worked with. It also you forces you to re-focus your business processes, as the upgrade responsibility now occurs when dictated by SAP. Something great about having the most up to date system is S/4 is very focused on enabling APIs to interact with your ERP. Since you are constantly updating, you have available the latest APIs.

Desvantagens:

Its main strength is also its weakness. Your business users have to be very focused on validating the base functionality after an upgrade. It can be time consuming at times, but is essential to ensure business continuity.

Great ERP system with in house analytics system

Vantagens:

I really like the Analytics module and amazing visuals it provides. The overall ERP system is really great too.

Desvantagens:

The initial on boarding for non technical people could be a little tricky.

Comentários: My experience is good. Updates are still rolling out as different uses are implemented. It continues being a learning experience. I'm excited for my organization to maximizes SAPs uses going forward.

There is a large amount of adaptability that can be used with the software.

Desvantagens:

Materials have to be setup in the system which can be tedious.

Comentários: When starting with the program, transactions and reports were a bit difficult, but after handling it, it is a very successful and reliable program.

Vantagens:

The veracity of the information, the updated reports and in different formats for greater understanding and analysis.

the structural design of this software and its advanced features. its very helpful in analysis with real time data. it has a basic rules that make an disordered company structural.

As everyone know that cost of the software is not affordable by small enterprises. Also its authorization procedures are complicated and will not support in urgent situations.

Vantagens:

Everything. I can write a book on SAP benefits. I have been job hopping for years and wherever I find SAP, I am certain that half my job is done. This Cloud version is even better. Couldn't ask for more. We plan our entire day, week, months, years through it, share it with the corporate through the cloud feature with no hassle. Each and everything in my maintenance department revolves around it.

SAP is the best ERP, hands down. they don't need to, but if ever I would love to see them working on their GUI.

Comentários: Wonderful experience. SAP S/4 HANA offers 360 degrees visibility into logistics management.

Vantagens:

Order fulfilment module (HF Delivery Note and Order fulfilment) enables real time tracking of all orders that have been issued and their respective dates of delivery. The feature of the relationship map is also incredible while doing stock reconciliation.

Desvantagens:

Overall its my preferred/ best choice of ERP system however at times the system takes long to start while loading add-ons. I guess this shouldn't be a big issue depending on what add-ons have been chosen by the end user.

Comentários: SAP ERP is one of the best standard tools used by maximum larger organizations of the world. The integration between the modules and sub-processes is extremely reliable. Having the 24/7 access to the support service of the vendor makes it more promising. I have been using this ERP for more than 2 years and successfully managing the supply chain related transactions without any error.

I like that SAP By Design made it possible to go from a low auditable system to a highly auditable system very quickly. There is a confidence level in SAP that is appealing to partners and customers.

Desvantagens:

Because it is web based, customization options are limited. With that said, I've learned that is is preferable to conform to the kind of best practices inherent within BYD than it is to keep making things up as one goes along.
