I love how easy this is to set up and it also integrates with several payroll processors.

Desvantagens:

There is no undo or go back for example if I accidentally change or delete something it is what it is.

HR worthy app

Comentários: We use Homebase for our employees. It has an onboarding feature that handles ssn and direct deposit info, which is helpful at the end of the year as well. You can schedule your employees so that they can see their schedules right away. There is a quick pay feature. The chat rooms came in handy for daily medical notes for our staff and we could reference things that happened for each client as far back as we needed to go. Homebase really help streamline alot of HR tasks. I would recommend it.

Vantagens:

I really liked the scheduling feature and the onboardinh payroll features. Also the chat was great.

Desvantagens:

Having to sign into a desk top for some management features.

A wonderful experience with Homebase

Comentários: It makes my job so easy when it comes to keeping up with employees & tracking their hours. I want to see what the payroll piece will do. While I have a CPA doing my book keeping and doing payroll which cost me 600 monthly for two location. I want to really need to save money.

Vantagens:

I love the way I can manage my employees schedule using Homebase, make schedules, and update pricing. The Clover is the best POS system since sliced bread.

Desvantagens:

I want to use HR, but it's too high for me at this time. I need to get a employee hand book completed and I have yet to do it and I've been using Homebase to almost 9 years.

Homebase is indispensable

Vantagens:

It does way more than advertised. Love the scheduling (both staff and events). Love the communication facility. Love the timesheets and tracking!!

Desvantagens:

Hmmm. It’s not free? Seriously, I have not identified any material, enduring issues.

Good scheduling app, easy to use

Comentários: It was generally easy to use - and I really do enjoy the easy notification for employees.

Vantagens:

It provides notification for employees and it has scheduling that's easy to access

Desvantagens:

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't do anything else on Homebase other than scheduling - I already have QB for accounting.

Homebase Good for Small Companies

Comentários: It was good for it's use. Our staff found it easy to use.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, good way for team members to clock in and out showing us they were onsight as they were supposed to be.

Desvantagens:

It was tedious to see where a team member was assigned to go unless I looked at each one's assignment.

Overall good experience, with mild issues if check in/out was forgotten

Comentários: Overall I liked the ability to click/out myself, but I ran into snags if I forgot to check in or out at any point.

Vantagens:

I liked its ease of use once logged in. It stayed logged in on my phone so I didn’t have to log in every time I opened it up to clock in/out.

Desvantagens:

I didn’t like that I had to ask my boss to change my time card if I forgot to check in/out at any point. It made for a hassle for those few times it did occur. And if I didn’t notice before the end of the pay period, it could be a bigger issue.

Great App and don't plan on changing.

Comentários: I find the app easy to use for administrative and the employees find it easy to use for employment information.

Vantagens:

The schedule building part. So easy to make a schedule for over 30 people! The copy from a past week is a great time saver. We also use the timeclock. Very easy to correct those who forget to clock in or out. Also can tell by the dashboard who hasn't clocked in or isn't here.

Desvantagens:

Can't think of anything. We have had it for quite awhile now.

Integrating time cards/house with payroll. best customer service for anyone who provide scheduling and payroll.

Nimble and robust scheduling and payroll app

Comentários: Its a well integrated software for scheduling and time clock monitoring as well as payroll functionality. It has some unfortunate quirks, but none that outweigh the benefits of the app.

Vantagens:

Its very intuitive and easy to navigate. Online connectivity makes it easy for multiple managers to use it for specific roles.

Desvantagens:

Homebase "updated" their online scheduling and now its more cumbersome to use - multiple refreshes are necessary to keep up with changes (its frustrating)

Great for the money

Homebase is a cheaper alternative to more expense payroll systems

Desvantagens:

We have a connectivity issue everyday. This is a hassle, because the employees do not notify the business office and we find out about later. The employee usually remembers the time, but if they don't we use other measures for the time.

Comentários: My overall experience with Homebase has been quite positive. The platform’s intuitive design made it easy to manage schedules and track time, which significantly improved our team’s efficiency. However, there were occasional technical issues, such as app lag, which sometimes hindered our workflow. Despite these minor setbacks, Homebase has been a valuable tool for our team, and the responsive customer support has been a great asset.

Vantagens:

I really appreciated the user-friendly interface of Homebase. It made scheduling and time tracking incredibly easy and efficient. The ability to communicate with my team directly through the app was also a huge plus, as it streamlined our workflow and reduced the need for multiple communication tools. Additionally, the customer support was always responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues.

Desvantagens:

One area where Homebase could improve is the occasional lag in the app, which sometimes made it difficult to update schedules in real-time. Additionally, while the app offers many features, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new users to navigate initially.

Home base for Home Care (Family Caregiver &/or smaller settings = 5 STARS!!)

Vantagens:

Everything! From the ease of use, all the way into how easily we could manage/edit/change everything! I have honestly been on both sides of using this app, within the health / home care settings! It’s great all the way around, from both points of view!

Desvantagens:

Unknown. No answer. Nothing to complain about or no dislikes come to mind initially!

Comentários: I loved using this app to clock in, never froze on me once, it’s super easy to navigate through & the purple color adds a nice vibrant touch

I love how easy it is to use, it’s not complicated at all, this is the best system for scheduling, timesheet management, and payroll purposes. I can check everything in a few minutes

Great Business Tool! A must have!

It is inclusive of so many business aspects in one place. Very convenient for busy business owners and management staff.

Maybe it would be great if homebase can interact better with job posting advertisements, without it being extra cost for the user.

Scheduling perfect for our little flower shop

Comentários: After using it with our restaurant staff, our golf staff decided to use this as well, after hearing how easy it was to use and set up.

We like that our employees can be notified of schedule changes quickly, and they have the ability to trade shifts.

Comentários: Great! The automation of a lot of features (messaging managers if employees are late, payroll, schedule alerts) has made my life so much easier

Vantagens:

It's easy for my employees to use and it takes the hassle out of keeping up with hours manually

Desvantagens:

Getting employees to use the available/unavailable dates properly. I hire a lot of students that have differing hours of availability that changes often

Great for small business management!

Comentários: I love this app. It makes my job ten times easier and accurate. I love that I can keep the facts available at my fingertips because it direct has an impact on future schedules and events.

Vantagens:

I like the complete organization of the app and it's ease of use. It is very user friendly, and the features fit exactly what I look for as far as scheduling, tracking hours, abcenses, and availability.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing I do not like. I would like to see more ability to create events and add important notes to the schedule such as when orders are due, cleaning is needed, etc.
