Vantagens:

Considering how easy it makes my life as a hotelier and how much time it saves me I would say the software is also incredible value for money.

Desvantagens:

I found it took a while to set up and add in everything and I was a bit sceptical it was going to be intricate to use but this is not the case now.

Excelente suporte e boas funcionalidades

Comentários: Como um todo, tem sido uma experiência bastante positiva. Tenho bastante suporte, resolvem qualquer pendência, o valor é justo pelo serviço.

Vantagens:

O suporte ao cliente é muito bom. As funcionalidades são bem úteis e pensadas na experiência de gestão. Bastante customizável e prático de usar.

Desvantagens:

As vezes preciso clicar na reserva e depois voltar para ver alguns detalhes (número de hóspedes, valor, informações complementares) que poderiam ser visualizadas passando o cursor em cima. Seria bom que tivessem uma aplicação com algumas funcionalidades de gestão, mas o site é perfeitamente responsivo nos smartphones e tablets, então não chega a ser um problema.

Comentários: Como tenho outras atividades, e muitas vez não consigo estar no alojamento para os check in. A roomraccoon dispõe do check in on line e pagamentos, o que me simplifica o processo.O envio tambem ao sef e ao ine, é uma maravilha, tal como os recebimentos das reservas

Vantagens:

recurso como o envio do relatorio do ine, envio dos email aos hospedes, faturação, Sef, muito facil depois de assimilar como fonciona, de criar reservas. Programa muito completo, o que me tira bastante preocupação e trabalho.

Desvantagens:

Este software satisfaz me bastante, muito completo. O ideal para a minha estrutura de empresa. Só acho um pouco caro em relação a concorrência.

Um gestor de hotel simples e pratico e bastante intuitivo

Comentários: Experiencia positiva mas podia ser melhor se a solução de pagamentos e o reporting fosse melhor.

Vantagens:

Facilidade de uso. O suporte porque colmata muitos dos problemas do produto. all in one que facilita a gestão.

Desvantagens:

O modulo de pagamentos é muito mau. O reporting também. Tem muita informação mas alguma dela muito pouco clara e com dados inconsistentes.

Comentários: Descanso no tratamento e gestão de disponibilidades de quartos.

Vantagens:

Gosto da simplicidade e funcionalidade do software.

Desvantagens:

Inexistência de alguns relatórios que usava na Newhotel e o mapa de reservas com cores por booker facilitava muito. Não haver integração com a Odisseias.

Comentários: Como disse anteriormente, ainda estou a conhecer o sistema e tenho muitas dúvidas. Mas estas surgem com o dia a dia. Mas já aprendi a tirar dúvidas através do help desk e as respostas tem sido dadas atempadamente, o que ajuda bastante

Vantagens:

Estou a trabalhar com este software há muito pouco tempo. Comecei na empresa também há pouco tempo e por isso ainda estou a me ambientar a tudo. Não consigo para já avaliar todas as funcionalidades do software. A formação foi muito boa porque deu para ter uma noção maior das funcionalidades

Desvantagens:

Tenho ainda que me aprofundar mais na parte da faturação. Ainda tenho muitas dúvidas. Uma das questões foi levantada ontem, que é o fato de não conseguirmos ter duas formas de pagamento numa mesma fatura. Há que ser melhorado.

A wonderful platform for your independent hotel

RoomRaccoon offers a full suite of all the essential features an indepent hotelier needs, supported by a full scale of integrations. Great value for money!

Comentários: Although the product has a higher price, its functionality us excellent, everything works perfectly.

Product is easy and simple to use, it is very reliable, we did not experience any technical issues, booking engine and connections with OTA works perfectly.

Desvantagens:

The price is higher than another product and to have the full function of product, it is necessary to use several upgrades.

Comentários: Horrible! I wouldn't wish this kind of experience to anybody

Horrible, how they treat customers is unacceptable.

Desvantagens:

We entered into a contract with Room Raccoon under the main agreement that we could integrate Stripe as our payment gateway. However, during the final stages before going live, we were suddenly informed that integrating Stripe was impossible, and we were left with no choice but to use their payment gateway, incurring unexpected costs of approximately 10,000EUR based on revenue. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction and the fact that this change contradicted the terms we initially agreed upon, we were met with unresponsiveness, and unprofessionalism, and no solutions. Attempts to seek a resolution or a refund for the program we did not use for a single day were unsuccessful, resulting in the loss of 3,000EUR and months of work. After posting a negative review, we received a public response from RoomRaccon, expressing understanding and extending an invitation to discuss the matter for a potential solution: "Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation further. We would be happy to continue to be in contact with you and seek a resolution." Encouraged by this, I promptly reached out to them for assistance, hopeful that it was a sincere commitment. FAIL AGAIN! it's been over two weeks, and I'm still waiting for a response to my email. Our experience with RoomRacoon has been extremely disappointing, and we caution others to approach this company with caution.

Vantagens:

RoomRacoon does a great top of managing all of my channels and giving me a real time information. I also like how I can send confirmations, charge credit cards and send folios from my phone.

Desvantagens:

When I initially on boarded with Room Raccoon I found it hard to get responses to my questions but lately they added a US manager, and I have had quick feedback on all of my questions. The support seems extremely accessible.

Conversion Tracking only in premium package

Comentários: Nope. A tool what makes analytics a premium asset is not to be recommended. I'd change immediately but the [sensitive content hidden] doesn't want to change software yet

Vantagens:

It does what it needs to. Customer service was okay, once you reached someone.

Desvantagens:

If you want ecommerce/conversion tracking you need to have premium. That's absurd and the pricing is steep enough.

Vantagens:

Viele Möglichkeiten das eigene Hotel zu verwalten. Der neue Customer Success Manager kümmert sich direkt um seine langjährigen Hotelpartner.

Desvantagens:

Bugs. Aber das gesamte Team ist sehr bemüht diese zu beheben.

Comentários: RoomRaccoon bietet wirklich kleine Häuser eine wunderbare "Rundum Lösung" mit sehr coole Funktionen und Innovationen.

Vantagens:

Ich kann sehr schnell Zimmer reservieren, Preise/Zahlungen anpassen und mit dem Gast kommunizieren. Vor das Ende vom Telefongespräch hat der Gast bereits die Bestätigung/Offerte/Stornierung erhalten.

Desvantagens:

Das Repportwesen. Tagesabschluss findet mit Screenshots und keine genaue Zahlen statt. Man kann in der Vergangenheit Anpassungen machen. Schnittstelle mit Gastronovi war sehr mühsam und heute noch unbefriedigend.

Comentários: Leider inzwischen Katastrophal! Hier fühlt man sich inzwischen leider wirklich, als ob man auf den völlig falschen Partner gesetzt hat!Kundenservice und Zusammenarbeit sind nicht möglich! Bei Updates werden Funktionen gelöscht!

Inzwischen nichts mehr! Die Cloud Lösung ist gut

Desvantagens:

Leider hat der Service und die Funktionalität rapide abgenommen! Probleme werden nicht behoben, Tickets nicht bearbeitet, Mitarbeiter sind nicht erreichbar!
