Comentários: I had a great overall experience with AssesTeam from the very beginning.

Vantagens:

The team is very hands-on, responds quickly when you have any questions, and will jump on a call if needed.

Desvantagens:

We had technical issues with our OKTA sign-on, but we figured it out.

Why we love AssessTEAM at Epic Cardiovascular Staffing

Comentários: I really like this software system for our performance evaluations. My division has used this for 3-4 years after originally using a different system. It takes a little while to get truly comfortable, but it has worked very well for us. I've built out our evaluation templates myself, and if that's something you're interested in, AssessTEAM allows you to do that.

Vantagens:

I'm able to configure my evaluation templates exactly the way I want, and can customize the system to send them out the way I want to. This software is very flexible, and allows you leeway to tailor it to your needs. We use these evaluations for joint commission certification, and I like the way the final evaluation is presented. I can easily create multiple templates for any job description I may have a need for.

Desvantagens:

When I started with the system, it has so many features it's a little overwhelming. Luckily, my support person, [sensitive content hidden], was always available to help me, and over time taught me how to make the system do exactly what I want it to do. I can't stress enough how important customer support is for software like this, and [sensitive content hidden] has provided that expertise for me every single time I needed his help.

Comentários: Generally the support team at AssessTEAM has been great with setup and implementation and ongoing support.

Vantagens:

We were not looking for a traditional Team Management Software we were looking for an existing system to manage and assess our core competencies and develop them. We found that AssessTEAM was a good start. The support team was able to create features that we wanted. We like that the reviewees can view their reviews in totality, other software is very much managment-facing. We needed something employee-facing.

Desvantagens:

We had a few glitches that made it seem like we were Beta testing the software. It was a bit of a hassle. Luckily, the awesome support team was able to fix the problem in short order. I wish the system was a bit more configurable in terms of goal setting.

Excellent Tool for Performance Management

Comentários: From the very beginning, very responsive and accommodating. Service has been excellent and consultant [sensitive content hidden] very knowledgeable and collaborative.

Vantagens:

The ability to customize evaluations to assess performance for all types of business needs; performance reviews, key performance indicators, training assessments, monthly report updates and more. What allows AssessTEAM to stand apart from competitors: their business consulting support and assistance. They are around the world, yet assessment and attentive to assist with development or problem solving. They are great listeners as well and do their best to incorporate suggestions and or address issues quickly. Love working with [sensitive content hidden]!!

Desvantagens:

We would like to move data into a report format. Now we are able to pull KPI data via excel. Would be great if the data could feed into a reporting tool -- so AssessTEAM would be the one stop for update reports.

Excellent, Affordable Performance review Platform

Comentários: Overall AssessTEAM experience has been great. from the sales and intro process, to usage, to conducting performance reviews, and especially reporting. Love it!

Vantagens:

UX and UI are simple to use. The platform is laid out so you can get up and running within no time, without requiring a lot of help menu and support. However, when needed, it is easy to find solutions to questions.

Desvantagens:

Too many performance review questions to chose from.

A simple and effective performance review system

Comentários: Assessteam is a very easy to use program to track my team's performance. It let's us customize the KPIs and goals, and allows us to pick an evaluation schedule of our choice. The convenience of using mobile apps to do monthly reviews on the go is a bonus and the customer team support was very approachable. Looking to leverage other features like time tracking also in the coming months.

Vantagens:

Customizable performance indicators, easy of use, support for mobile apps.

Desvantagens:

Goal setting can be little more advanced and include OKRs

Comentários: The 360 Degree evaluations was easy to setup and very user friendly. The service we received was beyond our expectations taking concierge service to the next level. It was easy to connect to support staff and was extremely helpful in all our engagements

The friendly service we received from [sensitive content hidden] The system was extremely use to use. The amazing service and features from the product allowed us to setup our 360 degree evaluation in a few days and distribute to all our employees effortlessly!

Excellent customer support

Vantagens:

While the system is a bit clunky and lacks some flexibility I am used to, we have had excellent support from [sensitive content hidden]. He has been instrumental is our desire to continue leveraging the tool going forward.

Desvantagens:

Self review process is not-intuitive. We had to work around it but I can't specify right now. My admin is more familiar with those hurdles we encountered.

Comentários: The customer service has been great. Rajat is always there to help us whenever we need which is super helpful.

Vantagens:

Once I got the hang of it, I liked the process of creating certain templates and assigning result areas where needed

Desvantagens:

It was complicated to get a handle on it, and I'm still hesitant when it comes to using it for different things other than feedback reviews

Comentários: I have had a very good experience and would recommend that if you are looking for a company that will provide dedicated service, is responsive and a value for your money that you give AssessTeam a try.

Vantagens:

I especially like the fact that they are accessible. I can schedule a call with my sales director to walk me through any questions I have about the platform and they are very responsive by email as well. I also like that I feel they are well suited for smaller companies. Some of the other competitors had extremely high costs with large minimum subscriptions which are cost prohibitive to smaller companies who want a good product.

Desvantagens:

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet, but will be happy to provide recommendations for improvement once we have rolled out and completed our first review.

Comentários: Very happy with the service, with the customer support, friendly service and problem solving orientation. Special thank you note to [sensitive content hidden], always with a smile on his face despite all the problems that araise.

Vantagens:

Certainly the availability and the agility of the team. I work in Portugal and i never had a problem to get an answer to my queries on time, or to book a meeting, which always happened on the same day.

Desvantagens:

I think reporting could be done in more detail.

The Arc Middlesex County's experience with AssessTEAM

Comentários: It has been a wonderful business partnership and experience. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very knowledgeable and available for questions and coaching as we learn to use the capabilities. We received the best support!! The Development Team is responsive and willing to try new things to expand the utility of the system.

Vantagens:

Quality, paperless, performance management tool, Consultant Support is professional and accommodating. High quality for the cost. It is a tremendous timesaver -- we moved from 100% paper to 100% paperless, online Performance Review and Employee Goal Management system/process.

Desvantagens:

Ability to expand use to include customized reporting.

A KPI management system that focuses on the quintessential nature of a successful business

Comentários: Not only is AssessTeam is particularly easy to use, but its lists of KPIs linked together in the Results area are critical to the successful running of my business. By implementing this system to monitor employee performance, I can keep a handle on the progress of all the current projects and deal with any employee issues that arise before they cause a problem.

Vantagens:

The work-from-home KPIs are superb. It allows me to keep track of my staff’s progress, especially when working from home. One unintended benefit is that I can monitor my employee’s physical and mental health and wellbeing via these KPIs. There is no doubt that these tough times are starting to affect everyone. Thus, if I can help improve employee quality of life, then it’s a win-win both for the employee and the business.

Desvantagens:

There are a few niggles with the software. However, the customer support team is incredibly willing to step in and resolve these niggles. Small issues are “situation normal” with any software package. However, what makes AssessTeam different, it is the customer service staff and their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve these issues.

Easy and powerful at the same time

Comentários: We were part of the beta as one of the first companies to start using AssessTEAM, we received a high level of support from the team and they have been very responsive to our needs. The rollout was seamless with nothing that my team could not manage on their own with the videos and the knowledge base.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

The mobile app does not enable any administrative features or overall reports which are only available on the web interface.
