While most other platforms charge large fees, Vagaro does not. Their customer support is amazing\! While most other EMR customer support teams struggled to understand the obligations I have regarding patient care, they were more than willing to reschedule appointments. Their system's ease of use is beyond comparison. I struggled setting up my own webspace with other products, but their University and help videos, as well as other features such as their payment processing, API, and other technical items, helped save time. So, for $23.99, I get a base plan, but I can add on and delete as my company's needs change\! Most of their add-ons are just $10.00. I can use the domain that I have already purchased. Their widgets and links, as well as the software's look and feel, are very professional. They have helped me to create a trusted and branded look and feel for my services and products\! > > **Desvantagens**: Nothing. I have not encountered anything that they aren't willing to work on or help me with.
