Vistex provide great software

Comentários: The software might look old and clunky but it is amazing bit of kit

Vantagens:

The software is really easy to use and has so many features I have been using it for 3 years and still finding more out about it

Desvantagens:

The cons of this product is the visuals of it, it looks very old and clunky

Great sales management tool

Vantagens:

Once you learned how to operate within the system, you could navigate through it quickly. It was easy to read your promotions and give you an accurate view of you ROI and trade liability.

Desvantagens:

There were times when the system wasn't as user friendly as one had hoped for. Sometimes it would be difficult to get customer support if you ran into an issue with the functionality of the system.

Comentários: Overall Vistex has a lot of potential. There is a great amount of features and options that the system is readily able to handle, and such an ease of customization as well from a developers standpoint. The issues that arise though are around performance, and customer support. It is a very tight lipped company around sharing their knowledge on the software so a consultant or previous implementer will be necessary for its use. As part of a company that works with Large sized customers, the amount of rules and data we manage was seen as too high for Vistex, though it is our industry norm.
